Overview

Try your hand at chocolate-making with this family-focused chocolate-making class. Your chocolatier instructor will guide you and your children through the chocolate-making process as you make treats such as molded chocolate eggs, decorated chocolate coins, or even chocolate lollipops. You'll then package up your creations in a gift bag so that they are ready to take home to eat or present as a gift.

Chocolate class

I did this private class with my two preteen-teenagers. They had a great time and the chocolate was great. In my opinion, the class seemed more geared toward adults and was a little more serious than I imagined it would be. After the class, I looked back to the reviews and saw that most people who did the class with children had a female instructor. We had Krishna and he was very knowledgeable- I learned a lot- but I was a little bit stressed out because he was very serious, lots of rules. The guy who did the tasting took himself a little too seriously and was less kind to us- we were trying to have fun after all, and we are not chocolate experts :). Overall, it was fine!

Great experience - kids (ages 12 and 9) had a blast, sampled and took back a lot of chocolate! The instructor was engaging and explained things well. Would definitely recommend this family activity in Paris!

Lisa was the best and was so sweet, warm and friendly. She took time to show us the process and definitely got the kids involved. Honestly, I hope we can take a class from her in the future!

Lisa was patient with our daughter and let her do all the steps of the project (some of them better than the grownups). We all had a great time, one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a wonderful experience at this chocolate making class. Elise was a great teacher who let our 5 year old be the star of the show. Our daughter was kept very engaged, and we left with so much high quality chocolate. Seriously, we had to buy a special bag so we could carry all the chocolate home since we took the class the last day of our Paris trip. If you’re looking for a unique experience where kids can learn and interact in a fun way, I would highly recommend this class.
