Marthe was wonderful. She was patient, kind, and open to sharing her home with us. We cooked a delicious meal together and learned a lot. It was a great experience, and we had lots of fun.

Chef Carole was so lovely to open her home to my daughter and I. She showed us how to make some traditional French holiday recipes that were absolutely delicious and we both felt like we could replicate them when we get home. She went over the ingredients in great detail, letting us know where they were from and how the flavor profiles worked together. As people who don’t usually “dabble” in the kitchen, we are now inspired to do so together more. Thank you Chef Carole for the truly amazing and unique experience!

Don’t book thru Viator, do it direct Une Cuisine A Paris. Viator app sent us to the wrong address & we had to spend an extra $30 to get across Paris. The Chef said Viator has know about the problem but doesn’t fix it

It was a cozy little group. Chef Dominque shares interesting insights in French food. Love picking out what we eat for lunch and trying something new. I never knew how tasty celery rooted could be. His cooking tips are also easy to follow. Definitely will try it back home.
Companies were great too!!! Had blast with our cooking partners John, Ellie,Bernie and Barbara. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris and enjoying cooking.

I am not much of a cook but even I was given tasks that equaled my level. Dom was our cook and he was very knowledgeable. It was probably one of my favorite experiences in the tour.

We started off at a famous bread bakery that wins award every year- the awards are actually listed in the window. Had the most incredible croissant we have ever ever had and then baguette- unreal!
Then went to a chocolate store- omg the chocolate is 100-150$ per pound!!! It was unreal! Then he went into a specialty meat store and got insane salami, then went to a specialty cheese store and got 6 huge pieces of cheese and then to a wine shop. We had a table for the 7 of us and we learned all about the cheeses and wines - there was more baguette and we feasted on the salami cheese and wine- red and white depending on the cheese. We were there for at least 90 minutes all talking to each other and learning about each other and it felt like we were in a scene from a movie or a book that I just can’t put down. It was one of the most beautiful experiences I ever had traveling.

Dominique is a fabulous chef and person to spend the day with. He was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our experience cooking and attending the market with him very much. We are pescatarian and Dominique had no trouble accommodating. We made cantaloupe soup, fish with white beans, had a cheese tastings and made a fig tart. It was a highlight of our trip.

The chef was friendly, definitely an expert, and did a superb job teaching to the different levels of each student. She led us in making three courses which all tasted magnificent. Unlike other classes where each person makes their own plates, this course had us all contributing to the same dish and taking turns at participating which resulted in a lot of standing around watching others. I still learned a lot though while others were up to the plate and with this quality of dish I don’t think it would have been possible for us to each do everything. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price and less hands-on than I was hoping for.

The address was not sent to me and was not listed anywhere I could find, I finally gave up looking and clicked the link to contact viator with issues, and that is where I found the address! How weird! instructions sounded confusing to get to the location until I arrived and then it made sense. Once we arrived, it was wonderful. Dominique was Amazing, it was just my teenage daughter and myself and we felt so comfortable in his home. He was so kind and professional. We enjoyed chatting about things to do in Paris while we cooked, and we enjoyed learning about the different cheeses and where they come from and the foods from different parts of France. The food we cooked was delicious and we truly enjoyed ourselves the entire time we were there! It was a great experience!

We had such a wonderful time at this cooking class! Maryam was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful—she shared so many great cooking tips that I can’t wait to try out at home. Her French sense of humor kept us laughing the whole time, which made the experience feel even more special and fun.
The class took place in her beautiful apartment, which far exceeded my expectations. The space was charming and elegant, and it added a truly authentic and personal touch to the whole experience.
We learned a lot, shared a delicious meal, and had such a memorable time. I’d absolutely recommend this class to anyone looking for a genuine, joyful, and tasty Parisian experience!

We learned a lot of tips on how to cook (choosing produce and fish, using kitchen knives and julienne cutters to cut vegetable and onions) in addition to how to prepare the meal from the starter to dessert. Simple recipes but amazing result. Loved it!l

It was a well organized, informative and enjoyable experience. It was also lovely to be in a French person’s private home. We enjoyed preparing and then eating some regional specialties. Our host shared her history of learning to cook from her family and then becoming a professional cook for her husband’s restaurant. That experience showed when teaching us the tricks of the trade!

This was the most in-depth cooking class I have taken! It was sooo much fun! Dominique was such a great teacher and so nice! He and his wife were very inviting and good company while eating what we learned to cook! We made a soup appetizer, quail 2 ways main dish and chocolate lava cake!!
I can’t wait to try and recreate what we made at home!!!

For us a good experience is one where we get to know, just a bit, our host, and we feel comfortable in our environment; all while having a new experience. We had this today.
We created a simple French meal while learning some new techniques on food preparation, learned about different French cheeses - which we happily ate on fantastic French bread - and then shared our meal.
I wouldn’t have changed a thing. We loved it.
