Unforgettable Evening - Honeymoon Highlight - Sicilian Cooking Class

Andrea and his family were truly exceptional. My husband and I booked a cooking class with him while we were in Palermo for our honeymoon, and even though it was already a week and a half into our trip, it was the first moment we genuinely felt like we were celebrating. When we mentioned we were newlyweds, Andrea went out of his way to make the experience feel incredibly special. From the moment we stepped into his home, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt at ease. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so comfortable so quickly in someone else’s home. Andrea was patient, encouraging, and wonderfully clear as he taught us each technique, and the dishes we made were absolutely delicious. After the class, he even sent us a link to his YouTube videos so we could revisit everything we learned—something we’re already excited to use once we’re back home. My husband and I can’t recommend this cooking class highly enough. It truly set a new standard for all future classes, that I doubt will ever be able to be met again. If you have the chance to learn from Andrea, take it. It was one of the highlights of our entire trip.

What can I say... the entire experience was fantastic! We were warmly welcomed into their home and Andrea graciously worked through traditional Sicilian dishes as we created an incredible 4 course feast. We sat down as a family to enjoy the fruits of our labor and the conversation and laughter flowed. We left feeling like we connected with long lost friends. I highly recommend this incredible cooking class and evening!
