Francesca was fantastic! She had things very organized and also taught us a lot about prepping and cooking. We made 3 different fresh handmade pastas and sauces. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our meal together. Great family adventure!

Francesca is wonderful. She opens her home to teach the art of Sicilian cooking. She starts her course with flour and eggs and we go from there. We made three different types of pasta and made three different dishes. All of them were superb. I HIGHLY recommend this excursion! It is a 30 minute urban drive from the docks and worth every second!

Cooking with Francesca felt like cooking with family, it was warm, fun and delicious! Our kids absolutely adored this experience and it was so special to learn to make so many dishes. We will cherish this memory as a family. Also, the pastas were the best meal we had in all of italy. So delicious! Francesca was a delight to spend the day with and she was wonderful with the whole family!

The real deal! Great pasta in a home kitchen

Pasta making with Francesca was absolutely lovely! She taught us 3 different pastas and sauces, at a good pace that kept everyone engaged and enjoying the class. We really did cook it all ourselves, and then we ate it all! Everything was fantastic. We brought the leftovers home and had it again for dinner the next day. Our group was age 7 to 50+ and we all had a great time.

Francesca is very friendly and humourous. She made the group instantly feel at ease and she is specifically good with children - there were two families as well as three extra adults in the group. We enjoyed learning all sorts of tricks and titbits about Sicilian cooking and made 3 different pasta dishes as well as 3 different sauces. It was excellent fun and the food was delicious. Î recommend this course to all interested in cooking and having a good family time together.

This was an absolutely amazing experience! It ended up being a private class for us, which was great. Francesca is very passionate about cooking and is an excellent teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our cooking questions. She made us feel apart of her family!

Francesca was an amazing hostess, teacher, and cook. We were two separate groups of people in her class, and she did a great job of creating a collaborative environment. The food was just incredible, and I really that making all the recipes at home is quite doable. I highly recommend Francesca’s class.

The cooking class with Francesca was the highlight of our trip to Sicily. My college aged daughter and I spent the morning with Francesca making three types of pasta. Francesca is highly knowledgeable and her love for cooking and Sicilian food shines through her instruction. She speaks English as well as a native speaker. Her kitchen and is spacious and very well equipped for the lesson. The experience was fun, relaxing, and instructive. We are excited to make the pastas at home for our family! Thank you Francesca!
