A great tour once we got the right address to connect w pickup

The tour guide Bob was well prepared and talk and info helpful. Bus driver was terrific. The negative was that the address to meet the bus and idescription that given was in the reserve was totally incorrect and more than 5 minutes from description. It was on a different street. I contacted the Viator site and they gave me correct info. But we easily could have missed the entire tour. Bob and P the driver 5 stars, app directions 0. Thank goodness someone responded to my message when nobody was showing up.

Perfect Port Transfer

What a PERFECT experience. Luis contacted me by phone and text that he was on the way to the port. He even arrived before we were off the ship! A perfect day! Bob & Roger were wonderful guides. Informative, helpful & fun. We saw four manatees, a few gators, a handful of monkeys and a lot of birds and had a great time. I definitely recommend bringing a change of clothes - it rained - and we loved every minute of it.

We are with Abria today and have a really interesting and nice trip. The kayaking are fascinating & we see many wild animals including monkeys, manatees, alligators, and turtles! Abria is so patient and energetic to give us a tour and show us where the animal is.A really good memory we get from here, it is worth spending a 2 hour here.

Exceptional Disney Transport Service

Quicksilver Transportation is exceptional and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! We used them twice. They picked us up at the Orlando airport on arrival, took us to our Disney hotel and back again to the airport on our last day. Both times, Jeremiah our driver, was on-time, professional, friendly, and flexible. Especially when one of our checked strollers was missing on arrival and he had to wait while we worked that issue out. We were a group of 8 arriving on two different flights around the same time with 3 kids needing car seats and boosters and they coordinated it all perfectly for us. The front office coordination was impressive as well. They confirmed right away when I reserved the two trips on the app, called me the day before to confirm details and followed up both times with detailed text confirmations with contact numbers for both the driver and the front office just in case. I highly recommend them if you need a van for your next Disney trip.

Fun (but quick) fMily activity

The staff is so helpful and even take pictures to help set you up for the best photo available. We enjoyed learning some science begin illusions. I brought two 10 year olds and while their attention span was about 45 minutes, I think it accomplished what I wanted. An indoor activity for an affordable price.
