Amazing Day
This is one of if not the most informative and amazing tour we have ever taken! Matt was the greatest and his level of knowledge is beyond impressive! He went out of his way to take us exactly where my grandfather landed. Unbelievable experience and will be coming back for other tours!

Excellent excursion with extended opportunity to walk and reflect on the hallowed beaches and Pointe Du Hoc
Our travel guide, Ash (a graduate student at the Sorbonne) was extremely knowledgeable. His memory and recitation of history, dates, facts and figures regarding number of fathers and sons buried together, brothers buried together, total interred, etc. was most impressive and enhanced the excursion. I thought this was better than the Princess excursion because, instead of stopping at a local restaurant for an hour and a half lunch, this tour gave everyone a bag-lunch of ham and cheese on a French baguette with homemade macaroons, and potato chips, to allow for an extra hour+ touring Omaha, Utah, and Pointe Du Hoc, which was the whole point of this excursion. I especially appreciated being able to walk on Omaha Beach and gather a small sample of sand from this hallowed ground. It also gave us time to have our lunch at picnic tables under field tents that were set up by the US, British and French forces who gathered to commemorate the June 6th D-Day anniversary.

Our guide, Jordan was...
Our guide, Jordan was very knowledgeable and provided lots of information without overwhelming. We loved his enthusiasm. His English was excellent. The tour was very moving, especially the stories Jordan related. There were plenty of bus breaks and the bus was quite comfortable. There is a break for about 1.5 hours for lunch and/or visit to the Airborne Museum. Highly recommend.

Wonderful and moving experience.
We loved this tour! Peter, our tour guide, was wonderful and incredibly knowledgable on WWII history. He took us to the Normandy American Cemetery, the memorial site for the National Guard, and the cliffs where the Army Rangers scaled on D-Day. We had a delicious lunch at the beach as well.
