What are people saying about Normandy

A must, but only if you can handle the crowds.
Bring your patience and wear good walking shoes! It’s worth it! Magnificent abbey sitting atop a village surrounded by water. The abbey is so interesting and historical with so many stories told by the guides. The village is VERY crowded which makes it difficult to navigate. We walked down from the abbey on the outside of the village to avoid the crowds. I think the most beautiful vista is approaching the abbey from the bus that brings you to the foot of the mount.

Very thorough, in-depth and detailed walk through the history of the Juno Beach landings and Canadian soldiers' experiences, but with additional info of all the beach landings on D Day. Our guide, Wally, was a wealth of information, anecdotes and even visual aides to help us try to picture the events leading to June 6th and what happened in the weeks to come after. Wally clearly loves his job and we completely enjoyed our day with him.

Deep Dive Into D-Day
This was a fantastic deep dive into all things D-Day. Our guide, Arthur, was so insightful and engaging! We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and getting to see and experience all of the sights and sounds of Utah and Omaha beaches. And getting to experience taps at the cemetery was an experience we won’t ever forget. Highly recommend!

A Full DayThat Captures the D-Day Experience.
Our guide, Frederick did an exceptional job with his abundant knowledge of the D-Day experience, along with the historical significance. During the course of the tour there was ample free time to explore on your own as well. The only negative part came when it was apparent one of the other inconsiderate tour guests had a horrible cold subjecting the group to constant coughing and the associate risks.
The tour company might consider advising people who are not feeling well to be considerate of others and cancel their reservation.

If we could give this 10 stars, we would!
This was AMAZING!! We had our own personal tour guide driver. He picked us uo from our hotel (3.5 hours away) and took us to Normandy. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and kind. He gave us some great tips, recommended an amazing restaurant and was patient when we needed an additional bathroom break! We could not be happier with this booking and would absolutely recommend it to everyone. Of our group of 7, only one (a teenager) was a history buff, the rest of us were a mix of 'interested' to 'I'm just here because my parents made me' ( also a teenager). He did a great job of engaging us all, knowing who to share more specific details with, and who to just chit chat with. This was wonderful and worth every single penny.

Enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide, Remi, was extremely knowledgeable about D-Day. He was so excited to share the history and loved to point out key points to keep you engaged. The sidecar experience was thrilling and provided a level of experience you could not get from navigating on a bus/car/van ride. Definately recommend this tour.

Expert Guide Who Brought History to LifE
This tour was excellent from start to finish. The pick-up was easy and everything was very well organised. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about the history, which made the experience even more meaningful. Visiting Omaha Beach and the cemetery was very moving, and the stories and context our guide shared really brought the history to life. A powerful experience and one I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Normandy.

We had a very informative tour of Pointe du Hoc, the American War Cemetery & Omaha's beach. Our guide Manon explained the significance of the place & events associated with the DDay landings in Normandy.
Manon also was kind enough dropped us at the hotel although it was not included in the list of hotels eligible for drop offs.
Overall it was a very memorable tour!!

Mont Saint Michel tour...
Mont Saint Michel tour was very well arranged. We were lucky to have the same guide, Manon, for the tour! The entire tour was indeed an unique experience in the medieval charm of the island and the abbey. We got enough free time to explore the area & grab lunch on the island before returning.
Indeed worth visiting !!

Outstanding DDay tour
To whom it may concern;
We had our DDay tour on Oct. 25, 2025 with out tour guide Bertrand Couillard.
He provided an excellent experience. His knowledge of the event, and the history that led up to the DDay attack was outstanding.
He was pleasant right from the beginning of the tour. He spoke most of the way to our location providing information of what we were about to receive.
I really felt his connection since he was born and raised in Normandy.
I can’t say enough about Bertrand (Bert) and the enjoyable trip he provided our group. If we ever go back, I would personally request his tour.
Please let him know how we appreciated his tour & knowledge.
Paul & Diane Wade.

An Authentic and Inspiring Experience
This is a wonderful half day tour of Omaha Beach, the Normandy American Cemetery, and Point du Hoc. Our guide, Charlie, was very passionate about the war in his words, in his careful and deliberate depictions and sketches of what the Allied soldiers experienced on D day. I felt totally immersed and in the guide of an expert who truly made the experience worthwhile. You will have an opportunity to see the intimidating cliffs the US rangers had to scale to storm the German gun batteries and awe in just how difficult that feat would have been. You will see the American cemetery where the thousands of lives were given over the course of the war to fight tyranny. If you time it right, you will get to see the taps ceremony at 1600 which undoubtedly evokes a sense of admiration and sadness. Finally, seeing the same beach the thousands of Allied soldiers stormed under terrible weather conditions and sheer bad luck really gives you a perspective on what sacrifice truly means. I highly recommend the tour.
