Great kid friendly family day from Paris
Loved our tour with Julie! She was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. She made hard concepts easy to understand. It was great to have a local’s knowledge with global perspective. She did great navigating around detours. We saw things we would not have seen otherwise. It was an easy (but long) day trip from Paris. It was great with 4 kids 10-12.

An unbelievable experience with a fantastic guide.
We felt extraordinarily lucky to have Igor as our guide -- a trained historian, former teacher, with deep personal roots in Normandy. Thanks to Igor we were gifted stories that gave us a much deeper appreciation of what we were seeing, what had happened and what both the citizens and the liberating soldiers/sailors experienced. Igor's grandmother was in Bayeux during the War and he shared her stories with us! He even found a way for us to arrive at the American Cemetery at sunset, to hear "Taps" played.

Expert Guide Who Brought History to LifE
This tour was excellent from start to finish. The pick-up was easy and everything was very well organised. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about the history, which made the experience even more meaningful. Visiting Omaha Beach and the cemetery was very moving, and the stories and context our guide shared really brought the history to life. A powerful experience and one I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Normandy.

Mont Saint Michel tour...
Mont Saint Michel tour was very well arranged. We were lucky to have the same guide, Manon, for the tour! The entire tour was indeed an unique experience in the medieval charm of the island and the abbey. We got enough free time to explore the area & grab lunch on the island before returning.
Indeed worth visiting !!

Magnificent Mont Ste Michel
We had a marvelous time. Our guide, July or rather Juliet, I believe, was absolutely spectacular.
She picked us promptly at 8:00, expertly drove us thru the beautiful French countryside to Mont Ste Michel. Which is much more magnificent in person than any picture could ever capture.
July expertly informed us about the history of the Abbey & village from it's inception to modern time. Explaining how this marvel was built and the history surrounding the various changes to it over time.
She had the added duty of guiding me up and down the various levels, as I have a bad hip. She kindly did so with much care for me and my not so young anymore, companions. The place itself was truly great but her compassionate and very pleasant demeanor made for a most memorable experience. We’ve traveled the world and she is one of the most pleasant & best informed guides we’ve ever had.

A tour guide is a must to truly experience the D Day invasion
Adrian, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the many sites and details surrounding the D Day invasion. He told personal stories along with the details.
We were late leaving Rouen so we emailed the company. We received an immediate response saying he would wait for us. We arrived and we then followed him via our car to park for free at the train station. He was very patient and understanding.
Timing our arrival at the cemetery to coincide with the lowering of the flag made the visit especially poignant. To improve he might talk more about the cemetery before we arrived so we could experience it with more quiet time for reflection on the enormity of the locale.

Take this tour!
This tour is a unique experience, for sure! The roads traveled to Omaha Beach were through pretty countryside. Bring a scarf for your neck and face because the wind is quite chilly while riding on the motorcycle. Remy and Philip were excellent guides with interesting information about D-Day and the cemeteries. Highly recommended.

Great Tour with Pierre-Alexandre. Highly Recommend!
Pierre-Alexandre was our tour guide. Pierre picked us up at the train station exactly on time. Since this was an all-day private tour, Pierre asked me if I had any special requests. I told him my father was a bombarder on a B-17 bomber and dropped bombs on Normandy on D Day in 1944. Pierre was immensely knowledgable on the events during the allied victory against the Nazi army during the war and the details of the fierce fighting men. My father left me the handwritten flight records of every mission he flow and the target locations. I gave Pierre a copy of those records since he was such an exceptional guide.
I highly recommend this tour and especially Pierre. Ask for him when you book. You won't be disappointed!

An Authentic and Inspiring Experience
This is a wonderful half day tour of Omaha Beach, the Normandy American Cemetery, and Point du Hoc. Our guide, Charlie, was very passionate about the war in his words, in his careful and deliberate depictions and sketches of what the Allied soldiers experienced on D day. I felt totally immersed and in the guide of an expert who truly made the experience worthwhile. You will have an opportunity to see the intimidating cliffs the US rangers had to scale to storm the German gun batteries and awe in just how difficult that feat would have been. You will see the American cemetery where the thousands of lives were given over the course of the war to fight tyranny. If you time it right, you will get to see the taps ceremony at 1600 which undoubtedly evokes a sense of admiration and sadness. Finally, seeing the same beach the thousands of Allied soldiers stormed under terrible weather conditions and sheer bad luck really gives you a perspective on what sacrifice truly means. I highly recommend the tour.

D-day brought to life
This was an excellent tour. Our guide, Bert, brought us back to 1944 with stories and pictures from the time. At each stop we were given an appropriate amount of information of what we were seeing and frequently were given a story of real people and what they went through.
My uncle survived the invasion of Normandy and I went through quite a few tissues when we got to Omaha beach, but even if you don’t have a personal connection, you are very likely to become emotional.
The sacrifice and the bravery of those soldiers was incredible.
This tour was one of the best I have been on and cannot recommend it more highly.

5 Stars to Fred & Bayeux Shuttle!
We had a fantastic day with our guide, Fred. We visited and saw all the stops listed on the itinerary, and Fred had great information and commentary the entire day. I have been to Normandy and the D Day beaches before, but my husband hasn’t, and he said the day was everything he hoped it would be. The meeting point was easy to find and less than a 5 minute walk from our hotel. The van was very clean and comfortable, and Fred made sure to point out restrooms when needed and good spots for a quick bite to eat. Highly recommend checking out the Airborne Museum if you can move quickly, and then grab a sandwich at The Normandy Bar after. 5 stars to Fred and to Bayeux Shuttle for a wonderful experience.
