Be prepared. It is a...
Be prepared. It is a steady upward climb toward the top. But well worth the effort. We loved this tour. We learned so much of the history of Mont St Michel. It was a very hot day and lots of people but we could still enjoy the tour. Walking back to visitor center (our choice) was a hot 45 minute ordeal but it was good to see the abbey from the road.

A Must Do Tour
This was an excellent tour. Visiting the D-Day Landing beaches---along with the American cemetery at Omaha Beach----was a highlight of our visit to Normandy. It was both impressive and somber. Shoutout to our tour guide for getting the group to the American cemetery to watch the flag lowering ceremony at the end of the day. To hear the national anthem played, followed by taps, and a military flyover as the flag was lowered over the 9000+ graves of American soldiers who gave their lives in WW2 was a somber and touching a moment we will never forget.

From Passion to Perfection
We were very fortunate to have a guide who was very passionate about D-Day and was always ready to answer questions. His energy and passion made the trip. We did not feel rushed had plenty of time to view and reflect. Tour is great for all people and all ability levels. Thanks to Fausten for a super tour. I hope for all future visitors a Fausten in your future.

Great service and so friendly
Definitely worthwhile. First off - the service. We had challenges with trains and luggage getting to Bayeaux and they saved the day last minute by taking our luggage in the tour van. Then after they made a special trip to drop off us with luggage at our hotel which was amazing. It really saved our day.
In terms of the tour I really appreciated seeing and hearing about some of the less considered parts of d day like the logistics. We all know the famous beach stories - and it’s amazing to see Omaha - but I feel like I got a lot more appreciation of the whole operation. Plus our guide really focused on the human factor - the loss of life and huge impacts - on both the soldiers and the French.
I definitely recommend this tour to anyone. I will advise that coming to Bayeaux in the morning without any place to leave your luggage will make the day harder. There are luggage storage places but they take lunch beaks from 12-2. So make sure you have a plan for luggage or come the day before so you can have a stress free day.

Fantastic Tour!
This was a fantastic tour to the three major sites (American cemetery, Omaha Beach and Pointe du Hoc). Our tour guide (can't remember her name, but she wears a pink jacket) was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge. There were 7 of us on the tour. I can't recommend it enough.

Unforgettable Tour that Every American Should Experience
This is a pilgrimage every American should make. It was a beautiful, moving, solemn and unforgettable experience. Our tour guide ("Sam") was outstanding; his depth of knowledge and insights were unmatchable. The tour included all the stops we wanted to make and was perfectly timed to provide us with ample time to truly appreciate each experience. The communication about the meeting point and details was excellent, and we were returned to the cruise ship port in plenty of time before departure. Five stars all around; thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Awesome for kids!
This was the perfect way to make history fun for kids. Ours were 12 and 14 and loved sitting on the back of the motorcycle and riding in the side car. Remi and John were great guides who clearly loved their job and enjoyed sharing Normandy with visitors. Highly recommend!

Our guide Sam was...
Our guide Sam was amazing. My husband knows all the history of Normandy and the time period but I was worried about how little I know. Sam was great at narrating the time period and getting us up to speed as we went to all the sites. He even added a bathroom/coffee stop on the way and a souvenir stop at the end. It was everything we needed. They were great at sending communication ahead of time so we knew right where to go.

Informative and emotional
Our guide, Thierry, was very knowledgeable. He added a lot to the tour with his detailed stories about some of the men who fought in these battles, and the tactics and strategies of the combatants and their commanders. He used pictures and maps of the action in his presentation. Wear comfortable walking shoes and be ready for a few close quarters and steps in the bunkers. Also be ready to stand as your tour guide details what happened in these areas in 1944. Come with your questions. Our guide time the ending to be at the EOD taps and flag lowering.

Great tour and guide!
Absolutely terrific from start to finish. Emilie, who was my contact in setting up the trip, was great with good communication.
V, our guide, was equally wonderful. She was really well-prepared with a book of visual aids that really added to the information presented.
En route to Pont du Hoc, she laid out the war prior to D-Day, with the resistance and the Vichy government.

Mont Saint-Michel Tour
We were happy to be picked up in Bayeux and driven to Mont Saint-Michel. My husband was happy to be there during low tide and get to walk out on the muddy clay surrounding the island. The village and Abby were as impressive as we’d hoped. Our guide, Vi, was full of knowledge and stories than enriched the experience. I enjoyed the scale models of the Mont. Keep in mind the lines for the bus back to the parking lot are long, so we had to wait for another bus, and that made us a little late on our departure.
