Theo did an excellent narration on the features and unique elements of Mont St. Michel while being mindful of the exertion some elders had climbin the extensive steps
Fantastic experience! Trust me, do it despite the pain!! Ignore the nasty guards taunting you from the ramparts!!

Excellent tour, brilliantly handled by Nad. Instructions from Ophorus were clear and accurate about meeting places and what to expect in the tour. Nad was extremely informative and passionate about Mont Saint-Michel, as well as Normandy in general. Very highly recommend this tour.
It was good. Communication was excellent, the guide was informative and friendly, timekeeping good too.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. We did some group tours, but we also had some time to explore on our own. Loved it.
Our guide was impossible to understand. He had a very heavy French accent, a limited English vocabulary and spoke very quickly. He would be best suited to leading of group of French speakers but not English language speakers. We asked him to slow down, or define the words he was using but he really couldn't explain it to us. This made is very frustrating.
Valentin is one of the best guides I have ever had. He was super knowledgeable and friendly, yet professional. Mont Saint Michel is one of the most amazing places I have been to as well. Really impressive place.
Mael was an excellent guide. He gave us so much interesting information. He answered all of our questions.

I was profoundly disappointed in this tour. Honestly, I misread the fine print that said 1 hour guided tour of the Abbey and 2 hours of self-tour. If I had realized that this tour only provided 3 hours at MSM, I would have never selected it. Two hours of self-tour is nowhere near long enough to tour the whole of Mont Saint Michel and this limited time was not worth the > 300 euros. I was heartbroken to be leaving at 2.30pm in the afternoon.

Mael was an excellent guide. He gave tons of great information before, during and after the tour. His communication skills were outstanding and very clear. He constantly ensured everyone stayed together and understood meeting points and times. He made this trip extremely educational and enjoyable. On our next tour we could be so lucky to get a guide as passionate about his profession as Mael. Thank you!
Charles is a delightful person who was easy to be with for our whole day tour, and of greater importance than his personality was his knowledge and excellent communications skills. He is an excellent teacher. We learned a great deal about the history or Normandy and even more about Mont-Saint Michel. Although MSM is an extremely crowded tourist site it is still worth visiting. Truly magnificent.
Valentine was excellent. He was patient as there were crowds and made adaptions! He had a lot of knowledge on the history and timelines. Excellent English and pace.
This was a wonderful small group tour to Mont Saint-Michel. Our guides were excellent, relating a lot of great information on the ride and within the site. We had plenty of time to explore on our own, take photos, and get lunch. I traveled with older family members and the guides were great about taking things slowly so they could manage the stairs. The whole process was very smooth. Highly recommend!
We truly enjoyed the wealth of knowledge Charles showed and presented to us. We totally learned and appreciated the tour.
Learning the history, seeing the architecture, and the views, enjoying local lamb for lunch! Our guide, Valentin, was very knowledgeable, he answered all our questions, he was very congenial!
Our guide was great and knowledgeable. Fun! My only complaint is that being let go for lunch before the drive home was a real problem. We needed to be forewarned that at that time getting lunch is virtually impossible. Advise people to pack a lunch please.
Good visit to the Mont, keeping a decent pace without being rushed. Valentin was a good guide both in knowledge and in attitude.
Valentin is a wonderful guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful and kept the tour moving at a nice pace. He gave an excellent tour of the abbey. Note that many tours do not include a guided abbey tour. I couldn’t imagine exploring the abbey without Valentin. There is so much history and detail to be shared. The van was roomy and clean and we felt safe and comfortable during our drive. Thank you Valentin!
Tour guide - Superb. We traveled back roads to Mt St Michael. Majestic site. 115 steps to top, not ADA friendly.
The first views of Mont St Michel were incredible. As we got closer, it’s overall magnificence stood out. The tour got us there but interpretation was minimal.

It was an awesome sight to see Mont Saint-Michel rising from the sea in front of us.
We climbed the 350+ stairs to the top. our guide, Charles, gave us a lot of history of the Abby.
On the way down we had a delightful lunch with a view of the the tide flats.
A must see. Tour guide (Valentino) very passionate. Ask questions.
Be prepared to take a shuttle to get there (far walk from parking lot).
There is so much to see.
Best day trip!!! Highly recommend! Our tour guide (Charles) was awesome! Very knowledgeable and kind!!!
An interesting tour with a very knowledgeable guide, Charlie, through the local area and Mont St Michel itself. The ability to use his official guide credentials to see areas normally off limits to visitors gave us a much more personal tour, even on such a busy day
We appreciated our tour and guide so very much because Mont St Michel can be so overwhelming due to the volume of visitors.
Great guide and a fun group to tour with! This was what we were looking for in a day trip to see this historic site.
The abbey was remarkable, and the number if rooms and spaces were more than I had expected. The tide was out in the afternoon and people were walking on the sand.
We really enjoyed our tour with Valentin. He brought an enthusiasm to the tour that made it very engaging. As a trained archaeologist, he had a unique historical perspective on Mont Sant Michel’s history and evolution. I would highly recommend this tour.
Our tour guide was inexperienced and did not seem to have much knowledge about Mt Sainte Michel. I learned more listening to other tour guides. This was a very disappointing experience. We would have done better using a self guided tour.
