This was my favorite experience of my entire Puerto Vallarta trip! The sights were amazing, the staff were all fun and friendly! The photos they take during the experience are also very good quality so they are worth the purchase! Would definitely do this again and recommend it to anyone in PV who is thinking about going!

Amazing ATV ride. Break for food, drinks, and pool. Also, stopping at the waterfall was amazing. Crossing the bridge was quite a view!

If you have a gator from Covid, bring it. Gloves are also nice to have. It is dusty. They do use bandanas. Fun and a good long time riding. Picture package being sold was pricy.

Rating is based on the excursion itself, not the transpiration to/from. We loved riding ATVs through the hills and over the bridges. Jonny and Luis were amazing guides and kept us very safe. Jonny was very helpful and caring of our experience. Be prepared to ride in an open air truck back to your drop off location.

Really fun experience! We rented two person ATV and while as never got going fast, it was still so fun. Our guide, Carlos, was nice and we had a great time swimming in the falls and then lunch after.

It was a great experience! The miche spot had really good ones! Only
Note take your own little speaker so you can play music during your ride.

We drove a razor. That part was a blast…lots of fun. The restaurant at the site was crap. I had ‘nachos’ and my kid got the soup. Nachos had no flavor. Soup had flavor but unfortunately the flavor was ‘mud.’ And expensive, but the facility was very nice- clean bathrooms. They took photos for us, which turned out great, but they wanted $60 US for the package. I might have paid $20. Lots of ‘if you just pay a little more you can have….’ And everyone asking for tips at every turn. It was a well run adventure and everything was on time. I’d do it again but would not get lunch.

The guys were great, but at the end no one mentioned about the tequila tasting where when it was included.(?)

Félix was great with the tour and Carlos took amazing pictures! It was so much fun 10/10 would recommend

There are different pickup areas. Snacks and drinks are available halfway through the tour during a quick stop. There is a restaurant at the end. There is also a free tequila tasting and you can buy bottles there. They accept USD or pesos. Our tour guides Luis and Polo were great.

We had a great time riding through the mountain and across the bridges. It was dusty, but well worth the trip!

Lots of fun. Beautiful countryside. Ending point offered food buffet was amazing authentic food choices and very cold beer. Would do again

If you’re after a thrill you will not be disappointed. My partner drove whilst I tried not to scream. The sharp bendy roads, dust, water and sheer drops were enough to get my heart going. The safety of us all was at the front of their minds (maybe not my partners 😂) the ride over the Jurillo bridge was peaceful with fantastic views. After we went for a refreshment at a mountain top bar and it was breathtaking. Finished off with a tequila tasting season where they were very generous. The guides had great enthusiasm and we enjoyed the trip very much. Him more than me. 😂

It was a great time! I feel the trail was too short for the money paid and time spent getting there and back. Doubt I'd do it again but great guides!

Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed our guides and had a great time.
This experience stands out as a sightseeing tour; families enjoy it a lot since it's not very tiring and can be enjoyed by all ages (6+, drivers must be 18 with a driver's license). A beautiful way to discover the stunning Sierra Madre mountains while appreciating their breathtaking views.
We hope to see you again on your next visit to PVR!

Book it! Had an absolute blast. From the trails, the waterfall swim, to the jungle bar, the food, and the tequila tasting, this is a MUST excursion. Our tour guide John was awesome. Made everything fun.
Claudia_J, Feb 2026
So fun on the ATVs... Got to swim by a waterfall and over two cool bridges. Our guides Jose Louis and Louis were fun and engaging. Also saw some cows grazing.. That was cool... Also got to sample some tequilas
Mark_E, Feb 2026
The entire experience was outstanding. It takes a half an hour just to get to the point where you start the ride then it's 2 hours of just the craziest trails . It's very well managed the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Justan_H, Feb 2026
The overall experience was fun. However, please be aware that there are about 70 to 80 steps to get down to the waterfall. And also there is no safety precautions in the water. I slipped into the current and was carried away and no one knew where I was going. The great staff signal for me to come back to where they were, obviously I could if I would. I had to fight for my life in a current, and there is no rope no Bowie and no safety. Not sure why they would even have this a part of the excursion because this was extremely dangerous for a person that doesn’t have pretty good swim skills. I went down about two waterfalls before I caught myself on a rock and was able to shimmy over to land. My body hurt. I was slammed in the rocks and it was just a scary experience. No one checked on me. And even after all of this, guess what, I still have to walk up 80 steps to get back to our ATv. I can’t say I enjoy the bridge in the ATV part and wish I had a set the waterfall part out, but I really do enjoy water and water sports. They should really do something about that.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
Thank you for your feedback; although you mention that the overall experience was fun, we're very sorry to hear about your experience in the water.
It's very helpful for our future guests to know that following your experience, we met with all our staff to discuss the importance of this matter and emphasize to our guests that visiting the waterfall isn't necessarily about swimming. It's about visually appreciating the beauty of nature in the Sierra Madre.
It's important to keep in mind that the experience itself is an off-road tour through the mountains, not a water activity. During the rainy season, the current can be strong.
In case the guests insist on going into the water, we always remind them that swimming in the waterfall is only for experienced swimmers; we are now placing even more emphasis on this.
Should any situation arise, our staff are well prepared to provide rescue in the water, as well as to help people in shock or frightened.
We do have ropes and life preserver rings properly placed.
There are approximately 70 steps down to reach the waterfall, and as you correctly describe, you have to climb them back up to return to the ATV.
It's important to know that to fully enjoy this activity, even though driving a vehicle might not seem to require great physical fitness, you do need to be in good shape since it's a outdoor jungle adventure.
We hope to welcome you back as our guest on your next visit to Puerto Vallarta.
The safety of our guests will always be our top priority, and we continue to work diligently to maintain and improve it every day.
Thank you again for visiting!

We arrived an 1hr early before meet time because we were worried about the duration and time change and differences with the cruise time and Puerto Vallarta's local time.
The office staff were so kind and professional they calmed us down and took care of us and put us on earlier excursion. So we can be back to the ship early couple of hours with no worries no rushing no cutting our tour short.
It was just me and my son, his 19th birthday, that was it for atv group. We loved it, was like own private tour with the guide.
Riding across the bridge was our highlight of the experience. Thank you for taking photos of us. We were able to keep this captured moment forever.

So much fun!!! From the bus ride there until the very end we all had a safe and fun time. Great for all ages. Prepare to get wet and very dirty though!

J_T, Dec 2025
The guides were great, funny and courteous!
Our daughter had a wheelchair and everyone was so gracious and helpful!

We had a really fun ATV experience in Mexico! It’s great for all ages and perfect if you’re looking for something adventurous but still manageable for beginners. The ride itself was a blast—expect to get very dusty, so wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and definitely bring eye protection or a bandana.
The guides were friendly and made sure everyone felt comfortable, which made it enjoyable for our whole group. The waterfall stop, however, wasn’t really worth it—nice for a quick photo, but don’t go in expecting anything impressive.
Overall, a fun and energetic excursion, especially if you’re in it for the ATV riding rather than the extras. Would recommend for families or mixed-age groups looking for some off-road fun!
yolanda_i, Dec 2025
It was amazing and all staff were very friendly and it was 100% safe we were guided by at least 4 different staff one in the front back and middle to make sure everyone was safe - I love it will come back definitely
Krystena_K, Dec 2025
Definitely a fun experience. Bring your sunscreen, walking shoes/activity shoes, and bug spray. Very energetic.
Richard_K, Dec 2025
Unless there are reasons why one of the people in your party can't drive an ATV, opt for one rider per vehicle.

Here’s a clearer, more fluent version with positive tone:
“We had such a great time driving the RZR along the bumpy mountain roads. The highlight was definitely crossing the Jorullo Bridge. It was unforgettable! We also loved getting dusty and splashed along the way; it just added to the fun!
The only thing we wished had been different was having the option to combine this adventure with a few other activities so we could experience even more.
Richard_H, Nov 2025
It was a great experience. We came via Cruise Ship and didn’t know Puerto Vallarta is 1hr ahead of the ship. I messaged them the night before and they responded immediately and moved us to a later time. They were great and the experience was fun. They kept the group moving and took care of everything ensuring a stress-free experience.
Trelle_T, Nov 2025
Cool ride through the mountains. We walked from the port to the pick up spot which was on the street next to the dock. It took 20-30 mins to get to the tour spot. We got a tutorial, got on the ATVs and headed to the waterfall. The stairs back up from the waterfall are a workout. I thought I was gonna pass out 🤣 Our group didn't want to stay at the waterfall long but it was really nice to dip in the water a little. The views are amazing and everyone was really accommodating! We loved the ride!
monica_b, Nov 2025
The ride was great the bridge was a little scary but once you get going fo look down if you're afraid of heights
