What are people saying about Mexico City

The pick up from my hotel...
The pick up from my hotel was right on time and we got to the meeting point Miga Cafe well ahead of schedule. Transport was on a large, clean and air conditioned bus with toilet and charging facilities. There were about 30 people in the group. Our guides Alicia and Lily were excellent. They were knowledgeable about Teotihuacan & Basílica of Guadalupe. They kept us engaged through out. We had plenty of free time at both sites to explore and take pictures after the guided tour portion. Lunch was a Mexican style buffet but there were also lots of tasty a la carte options. There was was some traditional Mexican music and a performance at lunch. As part of the tour package we tried some Tequilla, Mezcal, Colonche at the gift shop fondly called 'Happy Hour'. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a full day out at 2 amazing historical sites with some structured time as well as some time to explore on your own. Be prepared for lots of walking.

Fantastic! So worth it.
Fantastic tour! We had a great time on this tour. Our guide, Edgar, was amazing. He made the tour very fun. We felt we had enough time at the pyramids and the basillica to see what we wanted to see. We also loved visiting the artesian house. Overall it was a great experience and I would take a tour with Edgar again.

Leave your old perceptions of the local people and learn the true history of the land.
Rodolfo was a wealth of knowledge! I had booked this thinking it was just going to be a ride from the city to Teotihuacan…. The ride was very comfortable and the tour was fantastic! Rodolfo gave a great talk about looking at the local history through different eyes. Sometimes the history we were taught is not actually still correct. Beautiful sites including a literal breathtaking view from the top of the Pirámide de la Luna. I wish I could listen to a tour of the Museo Nacional de Antropología from Rodolfo. Rodolfo was patient, funny and down to earth with his knowledge of the area. I’m leaving with a sense of new respect for the people in time that existed in this area over the ages. I am a Flight Attendant and this was on my must do lists and it did not disappoint. When fellow fliers ask for a recommendation for what to see in CDMX this tour will be in my rolodex!

Amazing & Unforgettable
Be aware that the site is quite far from Mexico City in Hidalgo. With that said if you are interested in seeing the springs it is quite breathtaking and worth the drive. They pick you up and take you there and let you spend a long time there. It’s beautiful. The caves are a little claustrophobic but be prepared.
