Lovely experience…our tour guide, Emiliano made it very enjoyable. His pace, delivery of information, commanding of the history and geography all made it quite engaging. The history of Mexico is actually a lot richer than I had imagined it coming…many thanks to Emiliano!
The tour was very informative. Nadia dispensed a lot of great information about the history of the city and also gave great tips for things to experience and see. I learned quite a few new fun facts

So much information! Estephania was very well informed and gave us lots of history and architecture info as we walked around Zocala. It was well worth our time and money.

I’m giving this tour four stars because of the wonderful customer service. My flight was significantly delayed the night before my tour was scheduled, and Ana (who contacted me to confirm via WhatsApp) graciously let me reschedule to another day. Then, when I got very sick and was out of commission on my rescheduled tour day, she let me reschedule again. Just stellar people skills that really make a difference. As for the tour itself, you really should attend it before you attend the anthropology museum and go to Chapultepec Castle because the same information is mentioned which I found boring to listen to a second time without all of the accompaniments of museums. I left after about an hour due to this and just visited the parts of the tour I wanted to see (Palacio Postal and Palacio de Bella Artes) on my own to avoid having to stand for so long. It can also be difficult to hear and understand the guide, so perhaps cards (because the guide had a pouch of sight cards) with the proper names of things rather than just the pictures would be helpful.
This was a wonderful and very educational walking tour of all of the main sites of the Zocalo! Our host was wonderful and taught us so much. We also had a small group, so it was very easy to ask questions and have conversations. Our guide had some wonderful recommendations as well for the local bars and restaurants. I feel like we got the highlights we needed from this area for our trip.

Best walking tour I've taken! Our tour guide Nadia was excellent. Knowledgeable while also explaining the city's history in a way that was easy to understand. Perfect length tour aswell.
My friends and I loved this cdmx walking tour. What really made the experience was our wonderful tour guide, Emiliano. Other than being extremely knowledgeable, his passion for his country’s history made the tour that more engaging. He also added wonderful social and cultural context as well as some wonderful food and art recs. Lastly, some event activity had popped up in the historic center leading to extra police activity, and Emiliano very seamlessly rerouted us while making everyone very comfortable. One thing I’ll note is that 3 hours was a little long for some of us sensitive to the midday strong sun, but if you’re prepared with hats/layers you should be good!

What a great way to see the historical sites and learn a few things - our guide Nadia was awesome, we had our 6/4 year olds with us and she kept it fresh and moving. Well worth it if you visit Mexico City
Emiliano was a great tour guide who took interest in the knowledge that we shared with each other! He gave an in depth story about the local culture, the details, and some folklore regarding the Zocalo and the concept of sacrfices. He even gave us tips about the area with regard to places to eat, and safe places for tourists.

Emiliano our guide was passionate about Mexico & its story - we learned so much about both early & modern Mexican history & its culture ! We visited all the sights providing us with an excellent overview enabling us to target sights we wanted to dive deeper. Also great coffee , taco / restaurants and other recommendations- highly recommend both the tour and Emiliano !

Our tour guide Sandra was amazing and very knowledgeable ! If doing the tour during the summer, make sure to pack some sunglasses and sunscreen as the sun is strong during the day, if in the afternoon take an umbrella. Overall highly recommend.

I had hoped for better given all the positive reviews but was disappointed, frankly. I felt like we spent too much time in Xochimilco including what felt like a long and unnecessary stop at a greenhouse. Given that we are all tourists, it’s not like we could take home a plant so the purpose of the stop was unclear. I would have preferred to have spent more time exploring Coyacan instead. We ended up eating lunch very late (after 2pm) so everyone was hungry. We ended with the Frida Kahlo house/museum, which was cool. However we were given an audio guide and an hour to explore on our own, which I could have done myself. I basically feel like this tour provided transportation to these places and a little bit of history/background but not much else.

Very knowledgeable, passionate and clearly cared that those in the group were comfortable from the hot sun that day. She had some VERY interesting history to tell, her food recommendations and tips about navigating downtown CDMX were very much appreciated!

This walking tour is worth it! Stephanie was very prepared and knowledgeable. I liked how she broke down the history of Mexico. This country is so rich in culture and it can be complex, however she did a phenomenal job of explaining it. Beautiful country and worth exploring to understand its history.
