Phenomenal tour of three must see cities!
German was an outstanding tour guide! So knowledgeable and such a great sense of humor! We thought that three cities in one day might be too much, but it was perfect! We got a wonderful taste of all three of these amazing medieval cities that cannot be missed. If you are going to Madrid, definitely book this tour for a day with Viator!

Perfect day trip, perfect guide.
Our guide, Rafa, is a very professional, knowledgeable, humorous and organized guide. Your company is very lucky to have him. The trip was a lot of fun. I speak Spanish and know when he’s speaking to English speaking people on his tours, he doesn’t leave anything out. And, by the way, his English is excellent.

Three Impressive Sites
I had already been in Spain over two weeks and had seen a monastery. But this monastery exceeded all expectations. An excellent excellent tour. The Basilica and the largest cross in Christianity was a marvel of building technology. I was so very impressed. David was our tour guide and Harvell was our bus driver.

Normally we would never...
Normally we would never book a tour like this but we decided last minute we wanted to see the Royal Palace and no regular tickets were available. We are SO glad we joined this tour. Our guide “Mitch” was knowledgeable, funny and very happy to answer questions. It added so much to the experience. Could not recommend this enough.

Plum in the heart of Spain, Madrid is ringed by historical cities and wine-growing regions, making it an excellent launchpad for out-of-town excursions. Unsurprisingly therefore, Madrid day trips beckon from everywhere and include a plethora of multi-stop tours showcasing attractions like Segovia’s Roman aqueduct, Toledo’s fortress, Avila’s 5th-century walls, and Salamanca’s sandstone plazas. Other magnets include the picturesque hill town of Cuenca and San Lorenzo’s majestic Escorial monastery-palace. If traditional sightseeing rounds don’t appeal, slow the pace on a relaxed wine-tasting excursion: spending the day discovering the vineyards and estates of the nearby Vinos de Madrid wine-growing region.
