Fun and informative tour with awesome storytelling

Went with 2 young kids (ages 4 and 7) on a fortuitous day where the royal guard and calvary were practicing for the annual Trooping the Colour and it was a sight to see! John was a wonderful tour guide who was clear to understand and was an excellent storyteller who knows so much about the history of the royals! Could listen to him recount history for hours and I'm not a history buff!

Great London Historic Tour

Ann was a fantastic tour Guide, doing a great job leading a herd of cats through some of the busiest streets in London. The information and stories were engaging, loved her British humor and she kept us right on time. She also made sure we could see (we being short people)when there were a lot of people around. I highly recommend this tour with Ann. Note-there is a lot of walking with different pavement types from concrete to cobblestones, dirt/pebble paths and a brisk pace. It was fine for us but people with limited mobility may not find this suitable.

Worth having the tour guide

We were glad that we did this with a tour guide. It made it much more interesting with her antidotes. Really enjoyed the time with Beefeater as well. We did version with boat tour and it shortened our time in the Tower area. I would not choose that version. Choose version without boat ride. We had to rush through White Tower. You can easily do boats later. Meeting her at location was easy.

This is an excellent and full tour. There is way too much to absorb during the tour so stay longer and continue to meander through the Cathedral. Our guide was excellent and full of stories as well as basic facts. The crowds are large and got worse through the day.

Relaxing Getaway from the City💐

Perfect day tour if you're looking for a relaxing and laid back experience outside of the London area. The Cotswolds had beautiful scenery all around. One of the most picturesque places I've ever visit. Oxford was lovely to visit as well - it offered a slower paced city life than what you would experience in London. Big gratitude and thanks to both Lucy (tour guide) and Diane (driver) for being absolutely amazing on this tour!

Fantastic

Our tour guide, Ursula, was fantastic! Her wealth of knowledge and cheerful demeanor really made the trip special. Stonehenge was a blast, but I wish we had more time to wander around Windsor’s shops—they were even more enjoyable than the castle itself. Just a heads-up: photography isn’t allowed inside the castle, so be prepared for that. We hurried through it to catch up on the shops, and the traffic delay added an hour to our journey each way. However, she found a wonderful spot for dinner at a local pub. Our driver, Christian, was incredibly patient with the traffic, which added an extra hour to our trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this tour!

A real treat of a tour

Paul, our tour guide, was excellent! His comments were knowledgeable and sprinkled with humor. He was very aware of the mobility issues ofcsome of the tour members an adjusted his pace accordingly. He slso made sure to speak to each of the participants individually. But, be aware, you can only tip in cash. We wanted to give him a tip for a great tour but we were cashless! So hopefully , there can be some mechanism that you could Venmo to tip.

Once in a lifetime

Well what a day. Travelling with friend who struggled with walking so we dipped out of walking part. But Guides wonderful and accommodated the change and made sure they linked with us before Buckingham Palace. Note this part of Tour was self guided with audio ...also security check in, so make sure your pockets have nothing in them. Packs or handbags MUST be in your hand at all times. Was absolutely wonderful, took close to 2 hours but I was mesmerised. But remember one room at a time but you can't go back to room you've left. Also IF you need bathroom, simply ask the very accommodating staff and they'll help you out. PS dont steal loo paper...yup some people do lol. Outside we were lucky to get table at Palace Cafe, but their reasonable well organised do didn't take long. Then onto souvenir shop. A great tour
