Experience the Florida Keys from the water while enjoying the freedom of a self-guided paddleboard rental. Instead of following a fixed tour itinerary, you decide where to paddle, when to stop, and how much time you want to spend exploring. The surrounding mangroves create a beautiful natural setting and provide an opportunity to experience a side of Key Largo that many visitors never see from land. The calm, shallow-water environment makes this experience approachable for first-time paddleboarders while still being enjoyable for experienced paddlers. Spend your time paddling, taking photos, enjoying the scenery, looking for wildlife, or stopping for a swim. Every outing can be different depending on the weather, tides, water conditions, and wildlife activity, making the experience a genuine Florida Keys adventure.

One of the best ways to experience Key Largo is by getting out onto the water. Big boat tours tend to feel crowded so opt for a private tour for a more personal experience. This private tour takes you snorkeling on the coral reefs at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park where you'll see a wide variety of marine life, from parrot fish to southern stingrays.
