Great service.

Driver looked for us outside customs. Everything was exactly what the company said. Yes, we had to wait for awhile for the driver to show up but it wasn't a big deal for us. It was rush hour so driver probably was in traffic. Van was large enough for 5 people with 5 large bags plus a small hand carry luggage.

Roa was an excellent driver. He got in touch with us before our arrival, checked himself for our terminal number, tracked our flight and was waiting for us as we left the baggage claim area. He even helped us use the cash conversion machine before we left the airport. He was a safe driver and very personable and professional. He also answered questions for us and his English was clear. Our driver was great. He contacted us through Whats App and sent photos on the route we should take after clearing customs/immigration. He also sent a photo of his front grill showing his license number. The photos with arrows showing which way to turn ensured we reached the correct pick up point as there is a mass of travelers going to all different types of ground transportation after clearing customs.

Spectacular day in Nikko (with Hiro)

Hiro was our amazing guide for the day. His knowledge, kindness, flexibility and professionalism was outstanding! Nikko's blend of Shintoism, Buddhism and nature is spectacular and a cultural inspiration. Hiro added just the right amount of explanation at each spot. We highly recommend this tour, of you didn't get Hiro, make sure to ask for a licensed guide. Kudos to Hiro: He was extremely helpful before we arrived in Japan, giving us very detailed instructions how to purchase the necessary tickets for the day. Without his guidance we would have been lost. Transportation is very complicated in Japan, beyond the language barrier. Before we left the US, Hiro provided us with step by step PowerPoints and an itinerary. Because it was a holiday in Japan, everything was super crowded so we didn't do all he had planned. At the end of the evening, Hiro sent an updated itinerary for our scrapbook, along with a nice note. Rather than tipping, which is considered rude in Japan, we brought souvenirs from NYC and Phoenix just for him. We thoroughly enjoyed our day learning about Nikko and Japan through Hiro's lens. すてきな一日をありがとうございました。

We used Viator and they booked us through City Unscripted who asks the questions and pairs you with a guide. We were matched with Justine and she was amazing! There were 5 of us and we all had an amazing time! Justine was able to help show us how to use the local transit and showed us amazing places as well as recommended many others! We got to see Tokyo Tower and book tickets to come back later, the Imperial Palace, Hama-rikyu Gardens, and Zojoji Temple. We walked a lot this trip and this was our highest step day!

Our driver was exactly where she had said he would be (we contacted a couple of days before to ascertain) with a large legible sign. We were escorted to a taxi stand where he left us while he located and pulled up our vehicle. All in all the very smooth experience.

Instructions for the meeting place were provided but Google send me to the wrong place. Look for the front of the building. The class was great. He provided information on the sword and defense. He provided the samurai clothes and we snap some pictures/ video during the class. You will leave learning some skills and smile on your face.

Great Service and appreciate the patience while we finalized the check-out process at our hotel. Driver arrived ~10 minutes early for our 2pm pick up. Checking out at the hotel, took longer than expected but driver was patient and accommodated us. Van (Nissan) was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for 4 people with 9 total bags. Highly recommended!
