I lost a connecting flight due to a delay. I was moved to a different flight and contacted Viator to see if the reservation could be transferred to another Airport since I was no longer landing at the KIX airport. Since the service is not offer for the other airport, I requested for the service to be cancelled but neither HolidayinJP was very understanding of the circumstances nor was Viator of any help. Now I completely lost almost $200. A recommendation for future custom, don't book this service unless you want to loose you're money if anything happens with your flight since HolidayinJP is not as flexible as other services in the area.

Our airport transfer service can only be provided from the originally booked airport, and changes or cancellations due to flight schedule adjustments are not covered under our terms. We were picked at the airport as we exited the international terminal. The driver was very friendly and in constant communication with us prior to exiting and during. He also provided valuable info as we made the drive from airport to hotel. It was nice to sit and relax and be dropped off right in front of hotel, hassle and worry free. Highly recommended.

The van was clean. The driver was nice but he was in a hurry. We were buying ICOCA cards and he wanted to leave. He only waited because we told him that we are well within our free waiting time. Otherwise, the trip was fine

Fantastic service! Ride was smooth and our driver was extremely courteous. More importantly, I had to pick a couple of wifi hotspots and the desk at my arrival terminal was closed. Our driver went out of his way to take me to the other terminal and lead me to the correct wifi service desk. Awesome.

Highly recommend. I arrived a little early and was looking for my pick up. No major issues. Communication was excellent at time of booking with reconfirmation closer to the date of collection. We got a little lost finding our hotel but we didn’t mind as it gave us an opportunity to soak in the city. After a long flight with two connections it was worth the money, as our hotel was approximately an hour away from Kansai airport. Definitely would use this service again once we return to beautiful Japan.

I had an easy and enjoyable trip with this airport transfer service. Upon my arrival, Julian was waiting in the arrivals area of Osaka airport with an easily identifiable sign.
