We pre-booked GT Transfer to take us from HND to our hotel in Tokyo. We were so pleased with their timeliness and professionalism, we booked them again to take us to and from our cruise ship which we boarded the next day. We spent extra days at the end in Tokyo and booked them again to take us back to the airport. We gave them our cruise itinerary and our flight numbers, and never worried about being delivered to the right place on time.
Their coordinator was awesome. Fluent English texting. Coordination was easy and thorough. The drivers spoke limited English but the coordinator made contact with us to tell us the driver was on-site, and if we had any questions she communicated with the drivers for us. We were three American couples with 6 large suitcases. Their vans were roomy and comfortable. Plenty of room when we added 3 extra duffle bags for all of our souvenirs. Extremely pleased and highly recommend.

They’re really well organised and what’s happening at every stage of the Way. The driver was waiting in the arrivals hall with my name on the board and honestly it couldn’t have been easier. The car was really good quality very comfortable and I’d be sure to use them again in Tokyo

The experience was stressful. The person who picked us up was to meet us with a sign with our name to make the connection easier. She did not have a sign and was 45 minutes late even though the service had our flight information. We booked through Viator. I would suggest they screen their contractors better. On the way from the airport to the hotel, the driver was texting and drifted into the adjacent lane on several occasions

She went to fetch the car but didn’t communicate this clearly to you, which kept you waiting longer. Mindy texted via WhatsApp as soon as I booked the car service from Haneda Airport to our hotel in Ueno. She confirmed all the details of our trip, followed along via WhatsApp as we went through customs and baggage claim, and sent photos of the route to take to get to our car. The van was spacious and clean, and service was terrific.

We provided flight times and flight numbers ahead of time so they could monitor arrival
When we landed, I texted the local agent who provided me his local number to tell him we were there. We were instructed to meet him in the room after clearing customs. I kept him formed along the way, and when we arrived at the room, he was nowhere to be found. Stood there for over 30 minutes waiting for him to show up. I don’t call that good service

Very good however I would’ve preferred to pay a little more and have the driver wait with a sign. I was texted information on where to meet the driver but it was a little difficult for me to follow after a 14 hour flight. In addition I had to tell the driver where to go - I thought I wouldn’t have to since I put it in the reservation
