They are As good as they come. I loved this company. They reached out to us a ahead of time before our pick up. The driver was exceptional and professional. They did everything they said they would and communicated extremely well multiple times. The car was clean and spacious and they had a cute sign welcoming me. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience, highly recommend! They contacted me in advance to know how many bags we have for a family of 6. Then they kept in touch with me after landing and until we found the driver, Mr. Suda, in the arrivals hall. The van was very clean and space and we felt like we were in great hands. Thank you!

GT Transfer communicated perfectly throughout the process of the airport transfer. The driver picked me up exactly where the company said he would, with a sign with my name on it. He was a safe driver and took me to my hotel in Shinjuku. Only concern was that he didn't speak English, and I was hoping to ask him questions. Otherwise, a very professional service.

GT Transfer was absolutely amazing. They reached out to me directly almost immediately after I booked to confirm my details. I had a lot of issues with my flight and ended up being delayed by over 6 hours and my representative Marry was helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. The process was very seamless and they had a generous 90 min post landing wait time for us to meet the driver. The driver himself was very quick, helpful and efficient and got us to our hotel ASAP. I will definitely be using them again in the future, their customer service alone is worth a revisit.

Our driver was prompt and it was a seamless transition from the airport to our hotel. She was friendly and the vehicle was clean and spacious. We had 7 travelers and 8 pieces of luggage, including carry-ons, and it all fit. I would highly recommend the service and we would definitely use it again.

Although the driver was extremely helpful in assisting with one of our friends who is handicap coming out of the van, we had difficulty in finding him after we exited customs. There was no sign with our name on it or name tag identifying the driver. He stood way back of the other drivers so we couldn’t identify him. It was difficult communicating with him as he didn’t use any translator app and did not even gesture what he was going to do. We got to the parking structure with all the luggage and he ran off to retrieve the car, but he didn’t tell us what he was going to do so we stood there wondering what are we supposed to do. Overall, he got us to the hotel safely and was helpful at the end.

Amazing experience. The company started communicating to us a few weeks prior via WhatsApp and sent us the car and license plate the day before. The driver had a sign at arrivals and the car was super nice. Great experience after a long flight

Communication with the company prior to arrival was clear and timely. Driver was in lobby with a sign with my name on it, on time. There was no waiting around for a ride! Ride to the hotel was smooth and comfortable. Def worth the money after a long 14 hour flight from the states and being jet lagged. I couldn’t imagine trying to take public transit with all our luggage and being so tired. Book them!

While our driver was late to arrive, it wasn’t too long. The limo company was in constant touch with us. He was caught in traffic. The limo agency found us another driver very quickly. Knowing they were working on the issue and giving us updates was very appreciated. The airport was extremely busy, so we understood.
