Must See
Great experience 👍🏽. Long drive from Cruise port with excellent views, drove through 4 mile tunnel. Informative Guide with helpful information. Falls spectacular, long trails to top with a lot of photo moments. Be aware of climb, rocky parts, slippery stones, a little steep use caution. At 74, I carefully made a successful trip partially to top & back. No place selling food, pack a snack, plenty of restrooms. 👏👏

Local food and not touristy stuff
I always do these food tours so I get a taste of local foods (and not the tourist trap food). This tour did not disappoint. Our guide Stefan took us to 5 places and we sat down leisurely at almost every place (unlike food tours where you always stand outside and eat). We also had a trainee guide in our group, so we were basically lucky to have two guides! Lots of discussion about Icelandic culture while we were eating.

Absolutely amazing.
This was AMAZING. The suits are an experience in and of themselves, but kept us very dry and very buoyant. The water was unbelievably clear and Nail was incredible, especially with my mom. The time passed so fast, I could have kept going for much longer. I soaked up every moment I could exploring the lagoon after the Silfra. Unreal.

Great Tour!
If you’re coming off a cruise that needs to tender to the dock, PLEASE plan that you will probably NOT get off the boat right away. Cruise lines let their shore excursions off first. We got our tender ticket early and still had to wait about an hour until we could get off the ship. Luckily we made it in time, but many people didn’t. This in no way detracted from this tour, just a heads up when scheduling your tour time and get your tickets for the tender EARLY!
This was a wonderful tour. Our guide Tanya and driver T.P. were excellent. Stuðlagil Canyon was beautiful. Just a fair warning, if you take the stairs, there are 239 of them. Each way. You can take an inclined walkway as another option. There is a small place that sells food/drinks but plan to spend some time in line. Also, when we arrived in the parking lot and everyone got off the bus, the restrooms were packed! By the time I made it up the stairs, the line was much better.
We stopped by a couple waterfalls which were amazing. I definitely recommend this excursion!

Great day out from the cruise ship.
This was a great tour, our tour guide Kjarpan Kalman was excellent and very informative. The pick up at the cruise terminal was on time and Kjarpan was very concious of the all aboard time and asked that we all kept to the timings. The Godafoss waterfall was spectacular as was the scenery going around Lake Myvatn. The psuedo craters were interesting and then Kjarpan walked us around the Lava formations and explained how they were formed etc. Short stop to have a sandwich and drink break which was very welcome and close to the Tectonic plates. We were taken to see the Hverir volcanic region of boiling mud pots. In all, a great tour and it was fantastic to see the ever changing spectacular scenery of Iceland. I think we had just long enough stops at all the locations. I would definately recommend this tour, there is some walking involved but it is not srenuous.

Bus ticket Reykjavík airport to city Central
Very easy process from the airport, but from the central bus station, an additional bus transfer ticket is needed to the area of our hotel. Other passengers weren’t aware of that and needed to exit the bus and unload their luggage to buy the additional ticket.

Exploring the ice caves...
Exploring the ice caves on the glacier on an active volcano was a once in a lifetime experience! Hawk, our tour guide, was great! He was very knowledgeable about volcanoes and ice caves and took the time to answer questions so everyone left with a better understanding of both. Fantastic tour!

The cave was so cool, our guide was really knowledgeable and having a moment to sit in the darkness without the lights was so trippy but fun. Then going to the silfra fissure snorkeling was amazing, the water is so clear, and having hot cocoa with marshmallows after hit the spot!

Don’t Miss This Tour!
It is definitely something you should have on your bucket list.
Beautiful tour with amazingly kind and knowledgeable tour guides . Fantastic! We did a tour that had the driver pick us up and drop us off. I am 63 and had no problems. In fact it made me feel younger.

Don't miss it!
We booked the tour last minute as the weather finally cleared up. I was worried about a very late night reading some other reviews. We got picked up promptly around 930. Initial part of the night was a bit slow but when the lights started coming out, they were spectacular. The guide was very knowledgeable and above all, very patient in taking our photos. And these are so much better than what I took on my phone. We were back by about 12 pm. Highly recommend:

Golden Circle Tour with comedic banter
Traveled on Easter Sunday for this Golden Circle tour. Very little traffic in the city so we were soon on our way. Franklin was our guide. He is a native Icelander and his comedic dialogue kept us laughing throughout the trip. Enjoyed the tour since we didn’t have to think about driving or parking. Franklin shared very interesting information about the country and the sights. He was so thoughtful that he took time to verify another passenger’s booked event after the tour so she wasn’t dropped off in the wrong spot. A larger than life Icelander with a heart of gold. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Lifesavers
Awesome experience for a girls trip. Staff is friendly and ensure safety is important! Shout out to Piotr for saving my friend’s life - she started panicking with the mask on and he saw her right away, grabbed her and helped her calm down and breath properly with the mask on. Highly recommend ! Fun group of operators.
