Incredible class...and yummy, too!
Highlight of our time in Paris! The instructor was incredible! Thanks, Stephan!! He was a true pastry chef. He was personable, knowledgable, and made for a great experience. While making the macarons he gave good feedback and helped us to make delcicous macarons. We wouldn't let us fail. We were so lucky that we got to take many home- we ate macarons for days. Yum!! At the end of the class he made dinner reservations for us at an incredible place- best meal we had in Paris. Would definitely take a class again!!

A fun activity to get my...
A fun activity to get my daughter away from the tourism crowds for a bit in Paris. The chef was friendly and knowledgeable. My usually shy daughter opened up and got creative. It was a welcoming space and we would definitely recommend. The macarons were so yummy!

10 out of 10. We'd do it again! Charming teacher.
Based on other's experiences, we decided to add this to our busy Paris vacation and I'm so glad we did! The teacher was super engaging and funny. He had so much to share with both kids and grown ups. He was especially funny. The kids got a very hands on experience making baguettes, finistras, boules, and croissants. Come hungry because you are greeted with a plate full of bakery treats and drinks. You leave with items you made (minus the croissants, which taker longer to chill and proof). This tour was my 9 year old son's highlight of the trip. 10/10. We'd do it again.

Excellent Class
This is a baking school. There were 7 of us in class and we teamed up into groups of 2. Guillaume was an excellent instructor. He gave us instructions on the correct flour and butter to purchase. He gave us the precise recipe and we began by using fresh yeast. He mixed up the dough and then we began using the previous day’s dough to roll out croissants and pain de chocolate. While those were rising and baking, we moved onto rolling out the dough to be used for the next class. We did all the steps and had wonderful croissants to take with us. Guillaume also gave us ideas for restaurants to try while in Paris. Our group of 6 has a great time and learned all about croissants. Would suggest this to any inspiring baker.
