We really enjoyed this experience! Participating in preparing the meal was so fun. Everything was well planned and orchestrated for a successful outcome. Meeting other travelers was great, and the lovely chef was engaging and masterful. And the dinner? Best on our trip!

I would definitely confirm with the host before you go. Unfortunately we got there and the host were not.
We had a great evening up in a home in the hills of Nice at this cooking class with 10 other participants, who were all warm and friendly. Rebecca and Laurent were engaging hosts and Rebecca had us all engaged in prepping the Nicoise-style meal outside on their patio, which had a fantastic view. Plenty of good food, spirits. My husband doesn’t cook but thoroughly enjoyed his food-prepping too! One of our highlights during our time in Nice!
Superb hosts, a wonderful setting, a lovely meal and conversation! And did I mention the view? 😎
We had the best experience with Rebecca and Laurent at the home in the hills above Nice. We learned some of the history of the area and the people. We took away a few recipes, including 2 for tiramasu. We have participated in several cooking classes when traveling in France, and the special part of this experience is the personal touch Rebecca and Laurent gave to it. We would do this again when back in Nice.
Yes it's a family home, but stunning views you won't get anywhere else. It was so much fun and the good was great. I cook regularly but learned a few tricks. I plan to do this again. The home was clean, and the family inviting.
Transportation to the home was tricky. We all managed to get Lyfts but it would be smart to schedule them ahead of time. My daughter and I tried to really up. It is very steep I would recommend getting other transportation. However, as they say a steel climb leads to amazing views. This one led to unbelievable views and great food!!!!
What a wonderful experience we had learning to make 3 delicious dishes in a stunning location overlooking Nice!! The lesson was followed by dinner with our creations and wine! The hosts, Rebecca and Laurent, as well as their daughter and niece, welcomed us as family into their beautiful home for this spectacular evening.
I had the best time at Rebecca’s cooking class last night! The class was hosted at their beautiful family home, and she began by telling us all about the history of the land and her family. We cooked a classic Niçoise meal - an onion and anchovy tart, vegetables stuffed with a meat mixture, and lemon tiramisu! Dinner was served with wine, and she even gave us some of her homemade limoncello as a digestif! She was so warm and friendly - great experience!
Our cooking class at Laurent & Rebecca’s incredible home was our most favourite experience of our trip to the south of France.
The experience was fun and light-hearted, but was also educational and we walked away with 3 new learned recipes to try at home. The food is absolutely delicious and we were able to collect some of the produce from Rebecca & Laurent’s garden. Not only was the food incredible but the view as you sit on the deck and cook with the group is just divine. We went with our group of 4 friends and there was another group of four and a couple and it was a great size group. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family!
My partner & I booked this activity on our last day in Nice and it was most definitely my favourite part of the holiday. Rebecca & Laurent were so welcoming and provided an amazing service. Rebecca spoke amazing English. After we finished making and eating a beautiful dinner, we spoke for hours. A beautiful home with a beautiful view. I cannot thank them enough for providing this great experience.

Lovely house, gorgeous view. "Chef" hostess was very organized. It was the most hands on cooking class I've been too. It was fun and the food was delicious. A very pleasant evening.
Beautiful setting. Meal was very simple but good-onion tart, pasta, lemon tart-vegetarian. Nice couple. Don’t come hungry as it is about 9 pm before you eat. Main activity was making dough. Nice experience but would not do again as did not feel worth the money
Rebecca and Laurent were very welcoming in their beautiful home with spectacular views. I enjoyed their story of living in a family home surrounded by other family members. The food we prepared was delicious (onion tart, ravioli in butter sage sauce and lemon tiramisu - YUM!). The conversation with our hosts and fellow students was delightful. If I had time I would do it again.
The overall experience was amazing! The hospitality was also amazing and very comfortable. The view was even better than the online picture. The food was delicious too. Overall, a fantastic way to spend an evening. We were joined by 4 additional people with our party of 5 and it was lovely too. Highly recommend the experience.
My husband and I did this cooking class on our honeymoon. The couple who hosted it was very kind, and the food turned out great. That said, we were expecting a livelier, more upbeat experience. If you’re looking for a high-energy class with a party vibe and lots of wine, this isn’t that type of experience—it’s much more laid-back. However, if you’re hoping for a low-key class with beautiful views and good food, you would probably still really enjoy it.
It was an exquisite setting and the view was spectacular!! We picked lemons off the tree. The chef and her husband were delightful. Our evening was perfect in every way.
10 out of 10. Such a great experience, we made friends and learned new traditional French cuisine. Would recommend it to any one traveling to the South of France and wanting to experience culture outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Wonderful host! Kind and welcoming into her home. Wonderful view! Set menu, changes slightly throughout the seasons depending on what’s in the garden. Booked for two and meet two other kind couples. Would do again!

I did this cooking class with a friend while on vacation. I would absolutely come back and do it again. Very well organized and the food and drinks were great! The host was lovely, we a actually we to his home to cook. His wife was great and their home was beautiful. 10/10 :)
I think this would only be suitable for beginning cooks, but the host never asked our level of experience
What a special evening! I’m traveling solo for a couple of days and wanted to find something local and authentic here in Nice. This was a wonderful time full of conversation and fun! Rebecca showed me some easy recipes as we created dinner. We pulled some chard from her garden, created our own dough (who knew it was so easy?!), and whipped up a tiramisu. Her garden and lemon trees were lovely. I would highly recommend an evening with them!
I took an Uber from my hotel (about 15 min drive) and then followed the instructions for entering the gate to their home. It was already dark when I arrived, but the lights of Nice were beautiful from their patio. It was easy to get an Uber home too!

Host home. My husband had a business meeting so I went solo and felt safe and enjoyed the host family and there were 6 others as well.
Pleasant in-home cooking experience with local chef. The focus was on regional recipes….an appetizer,, a main and a dessert. Wine and an apéritif also served..
Amazing amazing amazing!!! What a great activity to do in Nice. In November you can only see the lights of the city but still a spectacular view. Food was great and company was even better!
