First of all, there’s no specific address for the company so our taxi had to call his coworkers to ask for an idea of the location. We got to the location, and the company said they didn’t have our reservation. She had to call around to a few people to figure it out, even though on the app it says to go to Infinity Catamarans. afterwards I was told that they’re going to refund me, that there was some confusion? So they found the reservation? I am expecting my money back and will be contacting Viator and my bank because I ended up paying for a new excursion.

Unfortunately, after actually reviewing your “case,” we discovered something simple: you never answered a single call or message from our team. Not one.
You booked a tour, didn’t bother to list a hotel for pickup, and somehow expected us to be mind readers. Sorry, but our team doesn’t have psychic powers (we checked).
No one told you to go to any location, you went to the wrong one all by yourself. That’s not on us. We clearly state that a valid phone number is required, and guess what? We have the call logs and WhatsApp messages sent to your contact all of which was ignored.
Meanwhile, we’re busy assisting actual customers who can follow simple instructions. Your lack of attention isn’t our emergency. So please, next time, try reading the directions before jumping to conclusions and writing fairy tales online.
As shown by our countless real reviews, we provide exceptional service. Yours, however, was just a masterclass in confusion. Bravo. 👏

The communication from the host was terrible. I reached out multiple times before hand to ask questions about what was needed for the boat and pickup information. I was only able to get in touch with them directly a few hours before the excursion started, but I had to go through Viator first and they provided me their direct contact information. I don’t think they were ever going to contact me directly to tell me who would pick us up, where from and at what time. Once we were finally on the boat, we did have a really good time though. The boat staff was great!

After looking into your experience, we understand that you chose to take photos before snorkeling, which may have shortened your time in the water. Please note that we operate on a set schedule in order to ensure that all guests have a smooth and fair experience.
Regarding the music, it’s kept at a low volume during snorkeling for safety reasons, as per local Coast Guard regulations—this allows us to hear if anyone calls for assistance while in the water.
As for the water conditions, it is currently seaweed season, and unfortunately, we don’t have control over natural elements.
The drinks provided on the tour are natural blends, and while we’ve had positive feedback from other guests, we understand that everyone’s taste and alcohol tolerance may vary. That’s why we offer the option to bring your own beverages or purchase premium drinks on board.

The party boat within itself was a lot of fun. I would have love to give in this 5 stars, however can not. The boat was supposed to provide food for the patrons. They served 1 bag of chips w/ salsa for over 20 people which was it nearly enough to begin with. The workers/staff ate the majority of chips and salsa. They were double dipping in the salsa Which actually caused the patrons not to want anymore anyway. During one of the stops, There was interaction with a monkey in a parrot. The workers would put the animals on patrons heads for a picture. Afterwhich, they attempted to charge each person $175 for " taking a picture with the monkey/ parrot on their head" The workers were not forthcoming with any information regarding charging. One of the workers got onto the boat and became rude and seated with a patrol over the unexpected charge of $175. No alcohol beverages were served as advertised. With some changes, this party boat has the potential to be great

Photos with Parrots and Monkeys: These photo opportunities are not part of our party boat excursion. As clearly stated in our tour description, these are provided by independent individuals who are not affiliated with our company. It is the guest’s responsibility to inquire about pricing before engaging in such services.
Food Not Included: Our standard party boat package does not include food. This is also mentioned in the tour details. Only the VIP package includes meals, which is offered at a higher rate. If food service was important to you, we would have gladly recommended upgrading to the VIP experience.
Staff and Snacks: We take all guest concerns seriously and will investigate the matter regarding staff and the snacks to ensure proper conduct and guest satisfaction.
Alcoholic Beverages: Local alcoholic drinks such as rum punch, piña coladas, rum & coke, rum & Sprite, and beers were served during the excursion. As outlined in our description, premium liquor is not included in the basic package but can be purchased separately or brought onboard by guests.

The Hip-Hop Boat Ride in Punta Cana was an absolute blast! The energy on board was electric, with great music, dancing, and a fun-loving crowd that really made the experience memorable. The staff on the boat were lively, friendly, and kept the party vibes going from start to finish. The snorkeling stop was also a nice touch and gave us a chance to relax and enjoy the beautiful Caribbean water.
That said, the only downside was the transportation at the beginning—it felt a bit unorganized and delayed, which caused some confusion and waiting around. It wasn’t a huge issue in the grand scheme of things, but it did stand out as something that could be improved.
Overall, though, it was a fantastic excursion that I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun and upbeat way to enjoy the water and meet new people in Punta Cana!

I had to reach out to the organizers twice to get information regarding my pickup time. They did respond in a timely manner however it foreshadow the poor communication of what came later. Anyways I got picked up at 12:50, picked up another group and stopped by a mini market before heading to the beach. Once we arrived to the beach we were left to figure things out on our own. We sat there clueless for over half an hr. Other groups (who booked through other sources) also said they were left to figure it out. Some were there for over an hr. I called and sent messages to the organizers for additional information but to no avail. We watched other ppl sign- in and go to their boat almost immediately. Eventually after being bombarded by several ppl, the guy who assisted us with signing in, directed us to the boat crew after 3pm. Be advised there's only one bathroom onboard. Snacks & appetizers were not included. Only fruit and cheap mamajuana (which they ran out of very quickly) & cheap mixed drinks. Snorkeling was all of 5-10 mins before we relocated to the main area of the water. There you found other party boats, food, hookah and LQ (all for purchase). I feel like the time on the boat went very quickly. However, I did enjoy the music and company from the other groups on-board. Also there is a 🛝 on board. So if you do decide to book, take heed to this information.

Snacks: Nachos were available on board, but as you mentioned, when some guests are in the water, they may miss out if others finish them quickly. We’ll definitely work on managing this better going forward.
Snorkeling: We usually offer 20–30 minutes of snorkeling. However, the exact duration can vary based on how many guests are actually participating. If only a few out of a larger group are interested, we may shorten the session slightly for practical reasons — but we always try to ensure everyone who wants to snorkel gets the chance.
Drinks: Our tour includes local drinks as listed. Premium drinks are available as an optional upgrade for an additional cost. We apologize if that wasn’t made clear during your experience and will work on improving that communication.
Transportation: We currently use a third-party provider for transfers, but we understand the importance of better coordination. We're actually in the process of bringing this service in-house so we can offer a smoother, more reliable experience for our guests.

Great communication, transportation was on point and the booking part was easy as ABC 123. When we arrived to our destination we didn’t have to do anything except sign our name.
