I highly recommend this excursion! The people were friendly and welcoming. Staff was very accommodating and go through great lengths to ensure your having a great time. Alex was my favorite!! Everything from the music, drinks, snacks, and entertainment was AMAZING!!!

Like others have said you wait for others to do things that aren’t included in your package. We didn’t mind waiting for some in our group to swim with the sharks. We were able to hang out on the platform. We only had a total of 8 people in our group and we had a great time!! Luis and crew were fun and took great care of us. If you go parasailing make sure you look down for sea turtles-we saw two!!

We did what was advertised on Viator, and had a great time. The crew was friendly and helpful, The pickup at our hotel was on time. No complaints.

It took 2 hours to get there and no one updated us to let us know why there was such a huge delay. The parasailing guys were rude. Once we got there, we waited another 30 mins because they were trying to combine our trip with someone else's. The captain of the boat/Bartender was the bright spot! He had an amazing attitude. I felt like a lot of what had happened was out of his control.

Although our crew on the boat were amazing and were fun this was not worth the money. The parasailing lasted all of ten minutes and ended being outside our resort. Then we went snorkeling for a bit again within view of our resort. The overview portion of the excursion is not what you actually get. So when we got to the snorkeling with sharks/stingrays we were told we didn’t book that. Even though it was in the overview. Apparently you have to look in the included section. Why put it then? So we hung out on the boat with customer service while others did that. Then we moved to a little spot where my husband could touch and hung out in the water. Our boat captain then told us they approved for us to swim with the sharks/rays. They are in a chainlink cage in the ocean. We got in and had no guidance. So we started swimming to the very back corner and the sharks were all in a pile in the corner. They said look a couple times then go back. I saw one sting ray and we were out of the water.
We also had issues with transportation and the email I got saying who would pick us up didn’t happen. I had to call customer service as we were waiting and a different vehicle picked us up. Had we we known we were a small walk down the beach we would have walked there and back.
With all that being said the crew was amazing. Derly helped us call customer service and made sure everything was taken care of. They laughed and made it fun. Also, the snacks were some cantaloupe and pineapple. Then some chips and salsa and piece of like Bundt cake.

From start to finish we had so much fun! Great experience for families ages 1-99! The staff was very accommodating and was very helpful with my grandkids. Would definitely do again!

The parasailing was super fun. The snorkeling was underwhelming. The tour guide was energetic and funny. We did NOT go to the private beach because of seaweed. Make sure your check the time of the year stuff like that happens. We went the 1st 2 weeks of June. It also rained on us but that’s just unfortunate, not the tours fault.

I had zero interest in parasailing, but my kids talked me into it and I don't regret it one bit. I am not one for heights, but I would do it again. I bit rushed if you are already nervous, but just go with it. Snorkeling was awesome because the guide fed the fish, so there was so much action and fish to look at. I have never experienced this and it really added to it. The sharks...way bigger than what you have in your head. I was thinking 2 ft. More like 7-8ft., but completely safe and beautiful to view. Not as many stingrays as I had thought there would be, but I wasn't disappointed. The dolphins next door were an added bonus. Don't second guess this, just book it.

Parasailing was the appropriate amount of time but the snorkeling and stingray experience felt very short. Not much action with the stingray experience. The crew did a good job trying to engage everyone on the boat. Felt like a long day for 3 short experiences. Did enjoy the demo of opening a whole coconut and getting to eat/drink from it.

The logistics of the excursion could have been organized a little better. Our hotel would not allow the shuttle driver in to pick us up because they said he didn't have our info, which we did provide them with earlier that morning. So we had to pay for a taxi from the lobby of our hotel to the main gate, which was ridiculous. The boat transfer from the main catamaran to the parasailing boat was not well organized. Our group was split up and when we saw the second half of our group after we finished parasailing, they said they had been waiting on a beach for us to finish, which was probably around an hour.
The excursion itself was good. The crew on the boat were fun and engaging. The "snorkeling with nurse sharks and stingrays" is a little misleading, you are really only around the latter for less than 10 minutes and you are unable to take pictures. We also stopped at another snorkeling spot and spent time on a beach with a rope swing. Parasailing was definitely the highlight. The total time was probably closer to 3 hours, rather than 5-6.

The parasailing and staff were the only enjoyable parts. The stingrays and sharks were confined to very small areas. Very sad. We weren't given fins for snorkeling. There was too much waiting around.

Para-sailing was fun, snorkeling was ok, I felt sorry for the sharks and the one stingray. Didn't seem all that happy to be there. The boat scheduling wasn't good, we had to wait out on the boat for a couple of hours for others to arrive. Snacks consisted of a fruit tray and some chips, so take some food. The crew was good , they did their best. The complete photo package was $150 US. Probably wouldn't do this again.

The ride there and back was fine. The swim with sharks and stingrays was in a compound in the ocean. It was fine. There were lots of both to see and we got to touch a stingray while the guide held it. We were told cameras & phones weren’t allowed but then they didn’t take photos either. We went to a second snorkeling spot in the ocean with fish and that was good. Then we spent 45 min on a private beach and our guide showed us how coconuts are cracked and there were some beach ropes off of trees to swing on. Then we went parasailing. First time. We could see Sea Turtles in the ocean from the air. Felt safe the entire time. Good experience. My wife got to go up a second time as there was a single rider and the thing is designed for two. Her second trip was a little rougher as changesin direction by the boat towing the parachute causes some slack in the line at times that can be a little jarring. She said it was a little startling but still okay. She says she would totally do it again. I would recommend. They were serving drinks on the boat (included) and some of the others were so hammered they had an awesome time regardless. Bring some dollars for tips and spread it around. Most people are surprisingly cheap with the tips.

This was mine and my husband’s favorite excursion during our trip! Derly and his crew were awesome. It took a little time to get all the people and boats organized, but it was great once we got going. Parasailing was beautiful and the snorkeling was super cool. Highly recommend!

Derly and crew were amazing! The best part of this day was on the party boat and the fun they created. They ensured all guests, young and old, were having fun. Because of how incredible they were I am able to give the full 5 stars. Otherwise, I had some concerns:
Parasailing and snorkeling were very brief. Each person got maybe 2 or 3 minutes of parasailing time, and we had about 10 minutes of snorkeling and another 10 minutes with the sharks. And I definitely recommend packing snacks. Even though there are snacks provided, it is small portions and doesn't get you through the full time of the trip.
Overall, I would do it again.

Crew was good. Snorkeling was disappointing - very brief and saw just a few small fish. Stopped to swim for 30 minutes with many other boats while people tried to sell you food and drinks and pictures with a parrot. Parasailing was brief but fun. Was cool to swim with sharks and stingrays. The drinks were rum and soda, and the snacks were a small bowl of chips and salsa. Overall it’s overpriced for what you actually get.

This was the worst tour I booked we were only gone for 2 hrs we were supposed to parasailing we didn’t we were stranded on e beach with no water for an hour the. Another hour in a parking lot I would not recommend to anyone

Despite not doing what I really wanted which was Paradailing due to the weather I really enjoyed myself!! The captain and staff were amazing. Due to issues on their end they gave good options to make up and fed us awesome food. The food was so good and authentic that was possibly the best part. The music was for all cultures on the boat and it was a great time had! My group enjoyed.

Was cancelled the night before was told not enough people signed up for the excursion. Didn’t offer for different excursion. When signed up there was not noticed that if not multiple people signed up excursion could be cancelled I was really looking forward to this, very upsetting!!

Such an amazing experience!! First we went snorkeling, then we went to swim with the sharks and stingrays, we also went to an arrive where all the other boats meetup and partied in the water. People were smoking hookah in the water, eat lobster, dancing. It was amazing, and Derly was the best tour guide we had our entire trip!

Derly and his crew are wonderful! Always making sure you’re having a good time. The first activity you do is go parasailing, the personal moves very quickly but efficiently. After that you go on the boat, have a great time while enjoying unlimited drinks and bomb music. Then you get to snorkel, have a great time using the slide and dive in the water while doing cool tricks. You’re then off to the shark and stingray encounter to where you get to swim over the sharks and stingrays for about 10 minutes (Someone is always with you). You actually get to touch and feel with your back a stingray’s skin. Lastly, you go to a private beach where you’re given about 30min to take pictures and swim. Throughout the activities you can drink as much as you’d like and dance as much as you can. The crew will ensure you leave with a smile on your face. Recommend 100%.

Guide was great but the trip was postponed by 3 hours and then we waited in a hot shopping center with other dissatisfied customers who were all there for different adventures for 2 more hours and did not parasail. We were promised a refund we did not receive.

Dear client, Sorry for the wait, but it is important to express that the parasaling activity sometimes people have to wait, first the flights are made with 2 and 3 people at a time, so sometimes clients have to wait, but not 2 hours as you say , is much less. Regarding the reimbursement for the parasaling activity, I see that it was carried out, we do not understand why you commented that you did not receive it, it is always important to speak the truth in these cases.
