The pick up was timely. The driver gave information about the different places on the way to each destination and ensured that he played classic music for our listening pleasure. The view at Redonda was breathtaking and tried the cable bicycle which was scary but fun. The beach destination was beautiful . My driver was Robinson.

This excursion was meh. Tito was amazing and very apologetic for being late to pick me up and was trying his hardest to communicate via WhatsApp to translate he was also my photographer bc I wasn’t paying for no picture on a swing or hammock; however if I could get my money back I would at least partial. The best thing about it was the food it was good other then that thumbs down I didn’t even want to go to the beach I just wasn’t pleased not only that you don’t get what’s displayed on the itinerary. Someone will find the joy in this excursion but for 90 bucks a picture should’ve been thrown in. Horseback riding wasn’t included anyway Viator do the right thing and give me a partial credit or pay Tito bc he’s the best part besides the food lol

Security Concerns

We did not go on the Excursion! It was canceled! The company did not want to drive into the Hotel and check in with Security! They wanted us to come out the resort and stand at the guard shack. For security reasons we did not feel comfortable with doing this. Therefore the guy rudely told us we can cancel. The company customer service is horrible, I sent several messages via Viator app asking questions about the trip, not one person responded to any of the messages on Viator app. This was a No for me due to the lack of compassion that was not given when we had security concerns.

Pros: -Gervasio our driver he was 10/10 even though sometimes we had to talk through a translation app. Also he communicated with me before hand via Whatsapp which was very nice. Also all day was just me and my daughter which made it nice. -Montana redonda. Everyone was friendly, pro photos nicely priced. Not pushy vendors. Lots of activities to do. Are there and very relaxed atmosphere - Macoa beach- lots of vendors to walk through but we just said no. The ocean was clear, clean and beautiful. Wish we could’ve stayed a little longer. Not crowded. World Market shopping- souvenir shopping not pushy and good deals. Cons: -we didn’t do all the things listed on the itinerary - also it mentioned horseback riding in the ad which is why my daughter picked it but no horseback riding. I did see that it looked like maybe copy and pasted and didn’t update that part of the ad. If the ad only listed what we did I would’ve given it a 5. It was a nice relaxing day! I would recommend to others.

This was an amazing excursion. 10 across the board🙌🏾. The driver/guide was amazing. I highly recommend this experience with this company. The views, shopping and food were all great. It was truly a beautiful experience.

Amazing Views from the Mountaintop

Montaña Redonda is truly an amazing experience, the view is absolutely breathtaking! From the swings, to the benches, to the hammocks, to the lookout area - it’s a 360 degree view that you will never forget! I enjoyed my lunch, which consisted of fish, chicken, plantain, and fries. From there, we visited Macao Beach, which is such a beautiful beach! After that, we visited a typical house where I got to sample some mamajuana and make my own cigar with the assistance of the master roller, Carlito! My tour guide was Justo! He was very accommodating and he made sure that I had an enjoyable experience from start to finish!

Tito was an awesome driver. Punctual and communicative. This tour does not start at 8am, but they will tell you when they are picking you up from your resort the night before. Montaña Redona was gorgeous and the food was great, plus Tito took great photos of me and the 4x4 ride was fun. Playa Esmeralda I could’ve skipped as it’s a trashy beach and I stayed in Punta Cana where the beaches are kept nicely, but there were huge waves and the water was beautiful. The shop with the cigars/coffee was a regular tourist trap, but I expected that and wanted to buy some souvenirs. Great opportunity to see more of the DR and get out of your all-inclusive with great customer service from Tito!

The worst trip we had in the Republic of Dominica. We paid $90/person for a half day trip. We were supposed to visit Esmeralda Beach and ride horses, but instead the farmer took us 10 minutes through his own garden on dirty horses. Montana Redonda is a beautiful and well-kept place and the manager is a very professional person. He tried to help us. We didn't see Anamuya and Lagunas de Nisibon at all, and it was stated in the itinerary. We spent 15 minutes on Macao Beach. I strongly advise against this trip, not worth the money spent!

It rained majority of the time we were there and when we stopped by the beach. I couldn’t even get professional photos taken not take many on my own due to the rain. I feel like the excursion should have been canceled by the tour company. The tour guide was prompt picking me up, nice and tried to make the best of the bad weather even though it was out of his control. I will say the lunch provided was really good. I really wish I could have enjoyed the beautiful views and got photos. I was looking forward to it for my birthday.

Flying Dress Experience

This was a wonderful experience. I booked this excursion for my friend and I for her birthday. We brought our flying dresses and the photographer on site took excellent pictures of Use. Our driver was also wonderful. We missed the beach because we took alot of time enjoying the mountain, but it was ok. Book it.

I went during rainy weather and still had an amazing time with my mom and friend and we still enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains. Tito and Sandy provided great service. The food and rum was so tasty.

Overall turned out to be a great trip! Started out iffy due to lack of communications from transport. However when things got going it was the most beautiful amazing experience in the mountains. Best fried fish I’d had since I arrived!! Jose tried his best to make sure we had memorable moments! We advised Jose to download Cashapp, Chime for other forms of payment for we would have tipped so much more but ran out of cash. Thank you Jose for a great time!

Brandon was a nice tour guide but they was a hr late picking us up. We didn’t get to do much of nothing or really get to see beautiful scenery because it was raining. We wasn’t able to do horse back riding because by the time we made to beach it was close. I ask to reschedule to horseback for Sunday and no response from the tour manager. Brandon is a great tour guide I just felt the manager wasn’t on point to him what the excursion consisted of

I had a great time! Wester was an awesome guide. It helped that I speak Spanish so I got to ask tons of questions about life here and local floral and fauna. The mountain top was beautiful and it was nice to get some variety from all the lovely beach time.

I really liked how prompt the driver was and how funny he was as well. The best part is taking pictures at the top of the mountain while swinging. Had a delicious lunch and then went to a quiet peaceful beach. I would recommend for someone vacationing out here.

Great Relaxing Birthday Excursion

I went on my birthday last month and had an amazing time. I went with another person which made it even better. We were able to have a photo shoot on the swing and even eat a nice lunch overseeing the beautiful view. After, we were taken to a beautiful beach and enjoyed the view for about 25 minutes. We were lucky enough to go to the souvenir shop right after and try the famous Mamajuana! This was the best excursion that I did on the day of my birthday! I wanted to have a nice light/nature vibe, and this tour definitely gave me that. The driver/tour guide was amazing as well! I believe his name was Teo.
