When I'm not in the freshwater and want to head to the beach, this is one of my new favorite places to go! We will paddle the North Indian River Lagoon looking for all kinds of wildlife. The most common we see are the dolphins, aquatic birds, sting rays, and sea turtles with the occasional appearance of a manatee or two. We may stop at one of the Islands to stretch our legs and play in the water along the way (please bring water shoes if you want to get in the water). We paddle about 1.5 miles and the tour starts and ends in the same location. Spend a half-day just off the shores of New Smyrna Beach with this chartered fishing trip. A professional captain will guide your boat to backwater fishing holes where you’ll have the opportunity to fish for black drum, seatrout, redfin, and other native species. All fishing equipment, licenses, and bottled water are included for the trip – all you need to do is lather on the sunscreen and get ready to reel in your catch.

You will need to purchase at minimal a 3 day fishing license at www.myfwc.com , the cost of the 3 day freshwater license for a non-resident is $17.00. If you are a Florida resident then you can purchase a license for the whole year for $17.00. There will be no exceptions or refunds if you show up for the tour without your fishing license, this is a state law and heavy fines can occur without proper documentation.

This is a private "yacht" experience with only your party and the crew onboard. We sail on the beautiful intracoastal waterway in Daytona Beach. We often see various wildlife including Dolphins, Cormorants, Pelicans, and the occasional Eagle and Manatee. Customers are encouraged to bring along catering, snacks, alcoholic beverages excluding "hard liquor and red wine, it stains the deck", and whatever is required to make your experience special. Our boat is a catamaran with comfortable shaded seating in the saloon area, seats that literally hang out "over the water" on the aft deck, and comfortable seating in the open air on our forward deck along with "trampolines" that are just above the water for sunbathing. We have a table that seats 6 and full restroom facilities.
