A decent experience and worth the money. This is not going to be the same spa experience as what you would receive on the cruise ship but this is Costa Maya…so set your expectations. You also won’t get the high pressure sales of the cruise spa staff, so that’s a bonus. My wife and i had very nice massages. Seemed many others were as well the day we were there. We would do it again for sure.

Bacalar is a must see!

Caro was the best guide to the Mayan ruins and to Bacalar! The lagoon was amazing. It had the prettiest water I have ever seen! I did the combo tour to the ruins and lagoon. The ruins were interesting, but the lagoon is a must visit! I would do this excursion again (but only the lagoon portion) if I ever go back. I enjoyed the ruins, but once is enough. I could go back to Bacalar any day!

Mayan Adventure

This was a great excursion once we got to our second and third destinations. I was nervous about locating the company and transportation to their office, but everything worked out well. The entire Toucan Tour staff were so kind & professional! Thanks to Antonio for an easy check-in process! Thanks to Eliseo for an excellent tour, and to Huitzi for driving us around! The food stand before entering the ruins had wonderful tacos! I truly enjoyed my experience to the ruins with this company!

Definitely worth the try

Carlos did such an awesome job with the class. This was my husband and I first time doing the class and it was well worth it. Bartender was great as well. Definitely recommend this is experience to anyone. The pork tacos were delicious including everything being homemade.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful Lagoon and Such a Fun Experience!

We had such a fun day on the Bacalar Lagoon 7 Colors excursion! Our guide picked us up near the cruise port, and after about an hour drive, we arrived at the lagoon and boarded a boat. The water in Bacalar was absolutely beautiful. We visited three different cenotes by boat, and it was really interesting to see how each one had its own unique characteristics. We also stopped in shallow areas where we could get out of the boat, swim, and just hang out in the gorgeous water. One of my favorite parts was something our guide did for us on the way there. We stopped in Pineapple Town, where he bought us a fresh honey pineapple. Later, while we were swimming, our boat driver cut it up and served it to us right there in the water! It was one of the most delicious pineapples I've ever had. I'm definitely going to be looking for honey pineapples when we get home! After the boat ride, we had lunch beside another cenote. Lunch included three tacos each. I had the fish tacos and my husband had the chicken, and they were both delicious. Between the beautiful lagoon, the cenotes, swimming, fresh pineapple in the water, and delicious lunch, this was such a fun and memorable experience. We really enjoyed our day and would definitely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Costa Maya! 🌴🍍💦

The business was a little...

The business was a little hard to find but after that we had a great time!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful with our family. Water was a little choppy that day but they let us hang out for about 30 minutes to gauge the weather and even gave my daughter a delicious taco! Ended up just being the 3 of us on the boat so we basically got a private snorkeling adventure. Perfect way for my 7 year old to try snorkeling for the first time. Great value!! We had a wonderful time!!

We had an amazing day on the tour with Octavio. He was very knowledgeable, fun, and friendly and he and the driver made the experience unforgettable overall. There was plenty of water provided and pick up and drop off were smooth. Octavio shared so much history of the Mayan culture with us and was an extraordinary guide through the ruins, making this a fantastic excursion!!

Such a beautiful place! 🤍 We love that the water is shallow enough for the kids to walk across, while there are still a few deeper spots where we can swim and enjoy the water too. The food and drinks are amazing, but the STAFF is truly the best! 🥰 Safe to say, we absolutely love this place—we’ve already been here 3 times in the past couple of months, and we’ll definitely be back!

A great experience that is full of history and culture!

This was an amazing experience! Javier and Rosie were the perfect tour guides. Javier transported us safely and kept us fully hydrated throughout the trip.
