This was a lovely resort that was very clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly and always willing to make suggestions on things to do or food and drink to try. They made sure that all their guests were comfortable and happy at all times. The beach was very clean with no debris and was safe from vendors who are not supposed to be there. Had a great time enjoying the beautiful view of the palm trees and the crystal clear water. Will definitely be going back again.!

The beach is okay but the service was very nice and hospitable. Drinks and food were very good. I only scored it average instead of above average as our ship time to go back was 5:30 and they rushed us out of there at 3:00.

Everything at this beach day is a 10 BUT the water. In the swimming area the water is only @ 3ft deep. Mario is the BEST waiter. He took great care of us.

Was good just know it is a good hike to catch the waiting taxi, but they were there with a sign just like told also was in touch with me the whole time getting to the taxi. Bummer that it rained while there but they moved us under cover.

There wasn’t much of a beach and there was absolutely no water to swim in. Very disappointing. The lounge chairs were all broken and they kept replacing them with broken chairs.
The staff was fantastic.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration. However, we’d like to clarify a few important points regarding your booking. You were marked as a no-show for the Costa Maya Beach Break All Inclusive From Port tour, as neither you nor anyone from your party arrived at the confirmed meeting point.
As clearly outlined in your confirmation email and voucher, the meeting location is just outside the port’s main security gate, where our staff greets guests holding a sign with your name. This location is not tied to any building, and certainly not to one that is closed or for sale. Additionally, your assigned driver was in direct contact with you prior to your arrival day to provide any last-minute assistance or guidance.
The rest of your group arrived on time and enjoyed the full tour as scheduled. The name and details of the beach club are also clearly stated in the tour description on the booking platform, along with what’s included in the package.
While we understand that travel days can be hectic, it’s important that guests follow the instructions provided to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We hope to have the chance to welcome you in the future for a true experience with us, so you can see the quality of service we proudly deliver every day.

Very clean, chill all inclusive beach. Food, drinks and service great. No one tried to make us pay for the taxi twice. The massages my husband and I enjoyed were marvelous (remember to haggle on price). Would go again!

Driver wasn’t allowed to pick us up close to gate because he failed breathalyzer. We had my in laws who can’t walk far with us and so got to the beach very late and had no promised casita or palapa seating.

This place is a hidden gem! The beach was immaculate, the food is great and Mario and the rest of the staff were so amazing and attentive! There is a solo musician who entertained us with wonderful tunes all day! We had the best day! I loved that everything was as described and the all inclusive package included pick up and drop off to the pier… we will be back!

Youn was the best server and host ever we really enrolled the food and drinks and the venue was wondering. All the staff was great even walking down the strip and seeing all the vendors was wondering. One shop stop for all of us. The only issues we had was on the trip back to the boat the cab driver was changing us 4.00 a person but told them we had paid in advance to get to and from the beach and they would have to take that up with the host other than that the trip was a blast and we all enjoyed ourselves.

First time going..
Transportation - Excellent we got a text from the taxi driver and our name was on the pickup board. The pickup was outside the port. Taxi was ready for the ride back. It was free but don't forget to tip the driver.
Beach - honestly this place would be great for families with small children. The beach was clean. The water is very shallow for a good way out and mostly sandy with spots of grass. We had great shade to get out of the sun. Chairs were a little old but they did the job.
Service was Fantastic! So polite and attentive. The drinks and food was average but not bad.
FYI
Solicitation is every 5 minutes by people walking through. The people are not rude and don't pester you but it makes you have to say no thank you a lot. Not much really can be done on an open beach.
Also not good for swimming or Snorkeling. The deeper water is a boat channel. You can go past that but it gets shallow again.
The price is a little higher for this place then it should be. But not much to do in Costa Maya. You really can't just walk around because it's not very inviting.

The transportation to the beach and service at the beach was good. A couple of times we had to go and get drinks from the bar. The food was ok. The beach area was just ok. The return trip was a scam though. We told the person at the bar we were ready to return to the boat as we were told. As we got back to the pier, the driver told us it was $4 per person. The excursion was supposed to include round trip transfer. I would be cautious. There are a lot of shops around this place. The massage was good that I received. My daughter in law was not as happy with her massage.

My husband is handicapped and we didn’t know we would have to walk 2 miles to where Viator pick up was???

The staff was nice and the drinks and food were decent. However, the beach left a lot to be desired, and the vendors don’t allow you to enjoy yourself and relax. The beach area in the water was so uneven but mostly very shallow. There was a lot of seaweed, and the area of the beach water was very limited for us.

We apologize if the beach didn't meet your expectations. The beach is situated in a shallow area protected by the Mesoamerican Barrier reef, which may give the impression of limited water depth. Nevertheless, we assure you that we're nestled in the stunning waters of the Caribbean Sea, offering a serene and picturesque setting for our guests to enjoy.
Regarding the seaweed, we understand your concern. Sargassum is a natural phenomenon that occurs seasonally in coastal areas, and while it may appear unsightly, it is not harmful to humans. Our dedicated staff work tirelessly to clean the beach before our guests arrive, but due to its natural occurrence, some seaweed may still be present.
We regret any inconvenience caused by vendors. Please note that street vendors operate independently, and their presence is beyond our control as beaches are public areas. However, we will do our best to address this issue to ensure a more peaceful atmosphere for our guests in the future.

If you are looking to get pampered and have a relaxing day with unlimited food and drinks…this is definitely the place to be. Nohoch kay beach break was awesome. Right from the beginning the host was so good. We had front row beach chairs to the ocean that were covered perfectly by beach umbrellas and palm trees. We were immediately brought this beautiful sampler platter with fried fish, shrimp and chicken tenders and burgers for the kids. The ceviche was out of this world and they also had fruit smoothies and yummy non-alcoholic drinks for the kids. The water is safe and enclosed where you can stand everywhere. Tons of beach toys for the kids and a couple of Kayaks. It was really relaxing,

The service was friendly and prompt. The drinks were good, the food was ok, but the beach wasn't very pretty. This was my first time in Costa Maya so maybe that is just what is at this island in general. They were extremely helpful. We didn't know there was a time difference from ship time and were running behind because of it. The tour company had emailed us several weeks in advance with a phone number if assistance was needed. We called that number and they said, "no worries, we will have a taxi waiting on you." They took us directly there. There was a covered area with two lounge chairs with my name on it, reserved for us. Once we were ready to leave, they promptly called a taxi that was there within 5 minutes. You can also get a massage right there on the beach. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was the food was ok and the beach itself was ok.

The beach club was very nice. Our host was great, making sure we were taken care of with drinks and food. He had beach chairs and umbrella waiting for us when we arrived. The directions to our cab were spot on and did not have a problem finding our driver.
We knew parts of Mexico have a seaweed issue but the beach club did an amazing job cleaning up the seaweed.
