The terminal where you arrive will depend on the airline you are flying with. Once you have collected your luggage, please make your way to the “Tour Operators” area. There, you’ll be warmly greeted by one of our Mexico Travel Solutions representatives, who will be wearing a white and pink polo shirt with a colorful flower logo on the right side and holding a sign with our company name. To make it easier for you to find us, here’s where our team will be waiting: Terminal 3: Platforms 51 to 54 Terminal 2 Nacional: Platform 53 Terminal Inter 2: In front of the Grab & Go Café Terminal 4: Platforms 50 and 26 When you meet our representative, please present your confirmation voucher or photo ID for verification. Nice van, takes quite awhile to make all the stops, we were the last off, so it took an hour from the airport to be dropped in hotel zone. It was a good price and early to find at airport.

HORRIBLE!!! This service is a farce. My wife and I got stuck near the Cancun airport at their little waiting station for an hour just to find out they have no ride available for us. We were trying to go downtown Cancun. Another couple traveling that we met there had the same experience going to a different place. The excuse was: NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE GOING TO OUR DESTINATION...So no minibus showed up. They won't reimburse you until one hour has passed (they have stopper clocks to truck your arrival)...so we were their hostages for one hour and had to arrange a ride with a different company. We missed our appointment and so did the other couple we met.

No refund after airlines canceled trip

Be sure you are going to leave or perhaps book last minute!? I tried to be organized and booked this transportation weeks ago, and our flight was cancelled just 7 hours before due to bad weather. It's been five days and I'm still waiting to hear a reply as to whether we are getting a refund for a cancelled trip that we were trying to actually go on! Doesn't seem fair that this policy is so difficult. Used Viator in the past and was good, but if you are in a tricky situation, they are not very helpful and you get passed around a lot. Disappointing.

Our flight was delayed 90mins and Viator left without us. Apparently we should have "called them" to say we were delayed, had to taxi at twice the price and they refused refund. At no time did they try to contact us on arrival, as they should have been monitoring flight status and aware of delay. Undependable, find another shuttle service . We thought we could trust Viator

we did not get any experience because the activity provider said viator never made the booking. we called viator from mexico and told them about our situation. they said they fixed it but it didn’t align with the activity provider as they said they still did not receive any booking from viator. we paid viator for the service we never received. at the end we spent $100 additionally to get a taxi as we were stranded for 3 hours at that point.

Worst bus ride ever. Picture was shown that we bought a small bus to travel to our resort, they put us in 15 seater jammed packed and it was only to take 20 minutes to get to our resort. Our driver drove 30km the entire trip with his four ways on. Every car passed us. It Took over a hour to get to our resort. Waste of time on our vacation.

Mts subbed out our ride to a non mts vw tdi van. Leaving to airport rear brake was scraping, driver acknowledged, kept driving. Driver took us to park royal cancun not royal cancun. Leaving park royal brake locked up, driver unlocked it by backing up kept going. Shortly thereafter he lost brakes and parked on side of road. Mts van showed up and took us to royal cancun.

We arrived in Cancun a day earlier than expected. I had changed my reservation and the company knew we were coming. I was concerned that they didn't change our hotel so once we met up with the guide, I went up to them and confirmed that they had our new hotel. My husband, myself and our two kids, 10 and under, climbed into the van. There were other things along the way that didn't go well but the biggest thing was that they brought us to the other hotel, where we weren't staying until the next night. When I confirmed this, they still made the four of us get out of the car and wait on the curb, hoping we would find a cab to get us to the correct hotel. I do take ownership that our hotel changed but I confirmed with the person at the airport who spoke English and regardless, you should absolutely not force out a family from your car in a foreign country and leave outside a gate of a hotel, unable to get into anywhere. I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone in the future.

When we arrived at the airport, we were notified by our shuttle service that Viator never submitted our payment to them. We called viator and they canceled our service, leaving us stranded at the airport.
