The terminal where you arrive will depend on the airline you are flying with. Once you have collected your luggage, please make your way to the “Tour Operators” area. There, you’ll be warmly greeted by one of our Mexico Travel Solutions representatives, who will be wearing a white and pink polo shirt with a colorful flower logo on the right side and holding a sign with our company name. To make it easier for you to find us, here’s where our team will be waiting: Terminal 3: Platforms 51 to 54 Terminal 2 Nacional: Platform 53 Terminal Inter 2: In front of the Grab & Go Café Terminal 4: Platforms 50 and 26 When you meet our representative, please present your confirmation voucher or photo ID for verification. exceeded my expectations

Initially, I was apprehensive and a little nervous on using any type of shuttle for my first time in Cancun, with my mother, however, it ended up being the best and wisest choice. We only had a couple of stops on the way to the hotel for other travelers. Overall, it took maybe 30 minutes. Maybe a little less for the ride, each way. For the price comparison to a taxi it was the best choice. I highly recommend. And don't forget to tip these hard workers! We tipped 40-100 pesos for almost anything we did in Mexico.

Traveling for the first time with your mom and feeling those initial nerves about not knowing what to expect from a transportation service in a new destination is very common, and it's great that the experience cleared up those doubts from the very first ride. The stops for other travelers didn't even affect the total time: 30 minutes, practically the same both ways, which is often something that worries people more than it ends up mattering in practice. Wait at airport was about 30 min for bus. It took about 1.5 hrs to get to hotel. Road construction caused delay. The driver was nice.

Terrible customer service and flexibility

My flight got delayed by the airline by a couple of hours so I thought I would call and get the pickup time moved a couple hours later so we wouldn’t have to sit for hours at the airport, no big deal right? Well when i called i was met with a very cold and rude lady that refused any wiggle room in the pickup time and told us we would have to wait for hours at the airport. Please save yourself the headache and never use this company.
