The airport shuttle service was excellent from start to finish! The driver was on time, professional, and very courteous, which made the trip stress-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for luggage. I really appreciated how smooth and efficient the ride was—it took all the hassle out of getting to and from the airport. I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable transportation.

Excellent communication from arrival. The agent contacted me as soon as we arrived and led us to our transport. Even though I booked a shared ride, in both journeys to and from the airport we were the only travelers. Return ride was easy to confirm via web and WhatsApp messaged. Yamevi made my transfers stress-free and a at a reasonable price.

I booked round trip transportation from the Cancun airport. Getting to my hotel was fine but on my return 4 days later I was told my 10:30am flight was too early for pickup.
The transportation company said I’d have to book a private transport thru them because their shuttles didn’t start until 8am. It cost me an additional $45 for the trip BACK to the airport.
This was NEVER mentioned when I initially booked. YAMEVI travel is the company Viator used. Steer clear because I truly felt I got hustled. I plan to contact Viator directly and ask for 1/2 my money back as Inonly got 1/3 of what I paid for.

Our shared shuttle services operate on a set daily schedule that begins at 8:00 AM. Because airlines require passengers to be at the airport up to 3 hours before an international flight, an 8:00 AM pickup would not have allowed you enough time to safely board your 10:30 AM flight. For this reason, an earlier, private transfer was the only safe option we could offer to ensure you didn't miss your departure.
However, I completely understand your disappointment and frustration that these operational hours were not clearly brought to your attention when you initially booked through Viator. It is never our intention to make our guests feel misled or "hustled." We are taking your feedback very seriously and are currently working to update our Viator listing to ensure that the shared shuttle operating hours are explicitly clear to all future travelers before they book.
We truly value your business and want to make things right. We will be attentive to your inquiry through Viator to facilitate a fair resolution and address the refund for the unused portion of your shared transfer. You can also reach out to us directly if you need any further assistance.

I will NEVER use this company again, they do not communicate well at all. I asked for a certain pick up time and they completely disregarded it. I called several numbers to try to fix this issue and no answer. The driver was also very reckless and tried to run another driver off the road. I will never recommend this company.

I had a reservation for 3 pm and arrived to Viator rrp at 2:40 pm. It was 3:45 pm before We were in the van to ride to Our resort. Very disappointed ☹️

I paid for round trip prior to my vacation. I called to book my return trip and they charged me an additional amount stating I was outside of the zone and my hotel was an hour away. So I paid so I could guarantee transportation back to the airport. It took me a total of 20 minutes to get to the airport from my hotel. Whoever I spoke with lied to me about the amount of time, it took to get to the airport from the hotel and up charge me which was unfortunate because the drivers themselves were really nice.

I booked a trip to Cancun randomly alone as a 30 year old women. I was concerned to book being my first time. I looked into a car rental but deposits were high and insurance was madetory and expensive and being my first time. I didn't know what to expect of the roads so shared commute was preferred since I didn't want to be alone in a private driver since it seemed sketchy to me. I saw this at an extremely low rate and was skeptical it could be scam but overall great experience. They texted shortly after my purchase to see which terminal I was coming in. The Person waiting for the group was well spoken. ( I speak Spanish too so for me it was fine.) He even sent me a pic to show his location for the waiting point. Do have WhatsApp on your phone for best point of contact. They did answer my call when I called him regularly but this help overall in Cancun since most places use WhatsApp. Van was clean and the AC was delightful and it was hot outside as expected. It was first time using them and I didn't do the roundtrip but I would recommend it since I had such a good experience. Driver was also an excellent driver and a gentleman with the luggage. I hope this help anyone looking to book. Enjoy.

The communication between myself and the rep, including the transfer from the airport to my resort was smooth. I would give a 5 star for that reason. However, I gave a 3 star because I had to sit by the entrance of the airport, in the warmer breeze of Mexico, for what felt like an eternity, to wait for the rep to meet other customers. Upon finally being ushered to the van for transportation, I noticed that there was a passenger already enjoying the cooler air from the AC in the van. It made me a little upset because I could have been directed to the van to relax and enjoy the cooler temperature, while the rep waited for the other customers.

Poor communication. Unreasonable wait times. Overpriced. Attempts to contact management go unanswered. Waited for shuttle for one hour and 45 minutes. Ended up paying for a taxi.

Great communication all around. I was notified before where to wait to meet them but because I landed earlier, I was able to find their WhatsApp phone number on the ticket and give them a call. They were there within 5 minutes easily. Everyone was very nice at the airport - if you don’t see them don’t panic! Just call or ask another transfer company rep for help. Booked round trip & again super responsive on WhatsApp to book your return transfer. I loved it so much I sent their link to two people at my hotel!

Great experience I only paid for a ride leaving the airport but they were so easy to find, when you get to the Cancun airport there are so many sharks trying to sell you overpriced taxis but this company will make sure you don’t get scammed! They are at the airport and start contacting you before you even land and I didn’t even pay for them to drop me off at my hotel but they still did idk why but I was so glad!

The person that was waiting for us was super friendly but the driver was not. He was in a rush and driving a bit fast. We had 3 other couple on the shuttle and when the third couple got off they realized the second couple took their luggage so we had to drive back around and we were in the car for about an hour and a half, it should have taken 30-40 minutes to get to our hotel. It was just a bit frustrating. Just make sure you see your luggage at every stop to prevent this from happening.
