On shared transportation we will group you with other customers and will make stops on different hotels please don't forget to call us or text us a day before your departure. The service will be available at the time you selected, and as a courtesy, the vehicle will wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled time.

Cancún airport transfer to Hotel Zone.

I booked the morning of our flight. I was lucky because most shuttle/ transfer services require 1-2 days booking notice. Our Driver, Bismarck, was very kind, funny and knowledgeable of the area. He communicated with us via Google Translate and it worked well. I nice touch he had cold bed or water for us !

They asked for additional money and after refusing they said you can book another taxi, we booked another for just 40 dollars. We paid 116 upfront to viator and they asked 52 cad additional on top of that in cash. I do not recommend booking your transfers from them they will ruin your trip. Thanks

Moises, who assists us with our ride, is very friendly and communicates very well in English; we didn't have any difficulty explaining what we needed. We feel very welcome in 🇲🇽 Cancun, which helps us feel safe with our first time in Mexico. We understand your concern. However, the vehicle was scheduled and provided on time as agreed. Unfortunately, the clients did not arrive as planned due to a missed flight, and we were only notified when the originally reserved flight was already about to land. Since the service was fulfilled on our side, a refund could not be issued

Our transfer from the airport to our hotel was quick and without any problems. Moses meet us outside the airport exit and greeted us with a big smile. Moses contacted our driver Eddie who arrived about 10 minutes later. Eddie drove us to our hotel. Eddie drove in a very safe professional manner. I would highly recommend this service.

Will charge extra for the round trip after they charged beforehand. Never use this company again. Even tho the information was entered beforehand they started demanding for even more amount (that I have paid for round trip) for my way back to airport! Scammers

There was NO VAN that looked like the photo. There is no description as to what their Representatives wore, like a shirt color. Never even saw their logo on somebody. We were early, so we waited 45 minutes and then 15 minutes past that we still didn't see anybody. Anybody. At that point? I started to get concerned. We did find a representative. They were unable to find our reservation. Eventually, 15 minutes later they were able to get us a van. No apology. No explanation.

The driver never came to pick me and my kids up. I texted customer service at 7am all the way till 8:15am still no reply. I waited 30 minutes after my pick up time which is 8:30am and still no driver or reply. I called customer service and they couldn’t even get in touch with them. I had to catch a Uber at the last min cause my flight was boarding at 9:35am

I made a same-day reservation. However, I never got a reach-out from the service after booking and noticed once I landed that it was later than the contact hours posted. I waited in the pickup area briefly since I was given a description of the drivers’ attire (red shirt) and saw a picture of the vans. However, since I had indication a vehicle was coming, I took a taxi to the hotel. En route to the hotel, I got a reach-out that a driver was looking for me. I noted I had taken a taxi. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that I would be refunded my booking. I appreciate that.
