Additional communication is made through the messaging section on the Viator app, where it says message Provider. this helped me immensely because there was some changes on the time from the original booking time. overall safe and inexpensive.
Reliable and low rates. We were picked up at the Cancun Airport by a MTS (Mexico Travel Solutions) van with other passengers. The driver dropped us off at the hotel safely.

Very disappointed with how this guys charge me extra $75 dollars after I booked online stated my highly disappointed- I get to airport they driver stated my location is further down than zone am in. My hotel was excellence coral playa mujeres. I was totally ripped off and highly disappointed. I had to pay extra $75 dollars after $33 paid .

Horrible! I booked and had a valid ticket. The MTS reps at the airport wouldn’t take my Viator ticket. I felt very scammed. We had to pay a ridiculous amount for a taxi that the MTS guys were probably in cahoots with. Would not recommend!!!!

No one showed up to pick us up.
I received an email 24 hours prior stating my pick up time was 1410 at the lobby. We were in the lobby at 1400. At 1430 we had to arrange other transportation to the airport. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, MTS mixed up my reservation snd had the pickup time at noon. My flight was at 12:30pm. I sent several texts to them to correct it and was told that they had no reservation for me even though I had already paid them . The whole situation caused a lot of stress and I wasn't able to get it corrected. A representative named Gina from MTS was in our adjoining hotel. I went to talk to her . She too was unable to locate my reservation. She made several phone calls to MTS and was finally able to resolve the issue. The pickup was at 9:00am and went smoothly after that.

Everything went really smooth. Ontime pick up didn’t have to worry about getting to the airport on time.
Very good at communicating when I had questions and changes. The driver was right on time! I was concerned about it being a shared ride and how many stops we'd make but we made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare

It was great! The driver was chatty and on time, vehicle was clean. He will constantly remind passengers on the correct terminal and not to leave any belongings behind in the car. Overall, a simple and great transfer experience.

Our driver was a little bit late (approximately 10 minutes), but MTS was very responsive when I inquired about when the driver was to arrive. Our driver was friendly and the shuttle price was reasonable.

They were prompt for both transfers. I was a little nervous as I was traveling solo but also bc some of the reviews said they didn’t show up. That was not the case for me. Both drivers were very nice and got me to my destination safely and promptly. I’ll use them again

The airport shuttle to the hotel was good. The transportation from the hotel to the airport was not acceptable. We were originally given a 10:25 pickup which was way too early for our 3pm flight time. I asked for a later time and was given a pick-up time of 11:25am. I responded to the email stating that would be great. The day of our departure the driver shows up at 10:25 and we were not ready; assuming our pick up was 11:25. We went to speak with the representative at the hotel for the transport company and was told they could not get us on another shuttle. Which is honestly shocking, considering there are tons of vans go back and forth all day long. We had no other option but to take a taxi which cost $47 USD. We will not use this option again for our transportation back to the airport.

Pickup from the airport to our hotel went smoothly. Our transportation to the airport didn’t come. They called and said they were stuck in traffic and it would be 15minutes. 20 minutes later I called and they said they would have to get us a taxi. They spoke to the hotel person and everything was arranged in 5 minutes.
