Or driver, Jose, was incredibly kind and prompt with pickup. The communication with the company ahead of time was speedy and respectful. I had inquired about our reservation prior to booking, was told something was accurate and then purchased the reservation - when they contacted me to verify pickup/dropoff details, they informed me I booked the wrong location. I told them that I’d messaged with someone and they told me I was correct and the company waived the charge that I was supposed to have due to the miscommunication. Very appreciative of their kindness!

They contacted me on Whatspp the day before with instructions on how to find them. The morning of, they provided a photo of their location. By the time I got off my plane, Alfredo introduced himself and advised he was there and once we found him. He was super pleasant and the van was was super clean. He provided water/soda and played music to get our vacation started. Thanks Alfredo! You were AMAZING! Thanks for such a structured process because there were vendors everywhere trying to confuse you to purchase a ride with them.

We had an amazing time on this adventure! The ATV ride was exciting, the ziplines were so much fun, and the cenote was absolutely stunning and refreshing. A special thank you to our guide, H, for making the experience even better. H was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kept the energy high throughout the tour while making sure everyone felt safe and had a great time. Everything was well organized from start to finish. We highly recommend this tour—it was the perfect mix of adrenaline, nature, and great service. If you’re visiting the area, this is definitely a tour worth booking—you’ll leave with amazing memories and a huge smile on your face!
