CONTACT INFORMATION ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT CANCUN AIRPORT When you arrive at Cancun International Airport, please follow these directions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination: “We recommend downloading the WhatsApp app during your stay in the Mexican Caribbean to facilitate communication and improve your experience.” Please show your confirmation voucher to the representative of the company and the driver on arrival on your phone. • Once you land at Cancun Airport, you will receive an SMS or Whatsapp text message from the company’s airport presenter and you will first need to go through immigration and customs. We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you leave... After going through immigration, picking up your luggage and clearing customs, you will see timeshare vendors and transportation along the aisle. They will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and continue walking). Look for our team after leaving through the sliding front door; we will be waiting for you in the area where all other transportation companies are located. • The company representative will receive you holding a tablet with your name written on it and you will be dressed in a long sleeve green shirt. Go directly to the exit doors. If a representative of other agencies or hotels tries to stop you—there are a lot of scammers—please don’t stop and help us by going directly to our representative (we’ll be there waiting for you, so don’t believe people who say our team left or will reimburse you). Our airport representatives wear uniforms with apple green shirts and black pants. All our representatives and drivers also have an authorized airport identification. If it takes more than an hour to leave the terminal after your landing due to your airline, lost luggage or other reason, and if you do not see our driver when you leave the airport, please contact us. We are committed to providing a smooth, punctual and comfortable transportation service. Please note the following policies: Additional charges will not apply if your party members arrive on different flights, provided we are notified in advance. If we are not informed in advance and there are last minute changes, extended waiting times or additional travel within the airport, an additional charge will apply due to the extra logistics involved. If you need a baby chair, please request it in advance when booking (2 chairs per booking only). Unfortunately, we do not have baby chairs at short notice or at the last minute. This ticket is valid for a one-way trip. If you want a round trip service you must book another ticket head to your Viator portal (TripAdvisor) and search for “products departing from Hotels to Cancun Airport”.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! The vehicles were spotless and really comfortable, and the added bonus of cold Coronas for the journey was such a nice touch. Our drivers Darwin and Jorge were both lovely—friendly, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Takes the stress out of arriving at an airport knowing someone will be waiting for you to pick you up. No need to find a bus and sit and wait. You can enjoy the ride to your hotel and likely beat the rush of the drop off bus. Full enjoyed this experience

The welcoming staff, driver, and vehicle were all professional and appropriate. Unfortunately, the experience with the scheduler/dispatcher significantly undermined the service.
At the time of booking, I immediately contacted the company to inform them that two passengers would arrive at two different terminals. Due to frequent flight delays at Newark, one flight was initially delayed. Before my own flight departed, I contacted the company again to advise that only one passenger might require pickup.
When I arrived in Cancun, I learned the second flight was no longer delayed. The welcoming staff noticed that only one passenger had arrived and asked what had happened. I explained the situation. He then offered, on his own initiative, that if I still wanted, we could go pick up the second passenger at the other terminal. I accepted this offer and asked my friend to collect luggage and wait.
Approximately 10 minutes later, I received a call from the company’s dispatcher/scheduler, who stated that I had “made this request but never spoke to him.” His tone was confrontational. I calmly explained that I had spoken with the welcoming staff at the airport, and that this option had been offered and confirmed by his colleague.
The dispatcher refused to acknowledge this, insisted there had been no update, and told me that my only options were to proceed alone or cancel the service. I responded that I needed to speak briefly with the other passenger before deciding.
At that point, the dispatcher stated, “Now you are canceling. I am informing you there will be no refund.”
This was shocking, as I had not requested a cancellation and was still attempting to confirm arrangements. I was also on the phone with him at the time and was not given the opportunity to call my friend. I asked him to call me back in five minutes so I could confirm my decision.
Ultimately, because I was traveling with a dog, I kept the car, and my friend took public transportation from the other terminal. I then waited an additional 15 minutes for the driver to arrive, during which time my friend’s bus had already departed.
What is particularly confusing is that even airport staff did not understand why a short additional terminal stop could not be accommodated, especially since the vehicle had not yet arrived at the pickup point.
This experience reflects poor internal communication and aggressive handling by dispatch, despite otherwise good equipment and frontline staff.
If you value clear communication, flexibility, and respectful customer service, I recommend choosing a different provider. Cancun has many transportation options, and based on this experience, I would not use or recommend this company again.

From the second I landed, they were helping me via text. When I met my driver, Mr. Gomez even offered a cool towel so I could freshen up before the ride to Playa del Carmen.
What a ride. Mr. Gomez is one of the real ones—funny, easy to talk to, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. His family is his driving force, and you can tell he holds himself to a high standard. It was his daughter’s birthday and he was out there hustling to help cover a cake for 22 people, yet he stayed upbeat and positive the whole way.
I’d recommend a ride with Mr. Gomez to anyone. Bonus: I sat in the same seat Eagles QB Jalen Hurts sat in… Go Birds!
PS - He's a fan of the non-lethal Chicago Bears
