CONTACT INFORMATION ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT CANCUN AIRPORT When you arrive at Cancun International Airport, please follow these directions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination: “We recommend downloading the WhatsApp app during your stay in the Mexican Caribbean to facilitate communication and improve your experience.” Please show your confirmation voucher to the representative of the company and the driver on arrival on your phone. • Once you land at Cancun Airport, you will receive an SMS or Whatsapp text message from the company’s airport presenter and you will first need to go through immigration and customs. We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you leave... After going through immigration, picking up your luggage and clearing customs, you will see timeshare vendors and transportation along the aisle. They will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and continue walking). Look for our team after leaving through the sliding front door; we will be waiting for you in the area where all other transportation companies are located. • The company representative will receive you holding a tablet with your name written on it and you will be dressed in a long sleeve green shirt. Go directly to the exit doors. If a representative of other agencies or hotels tries to stop you—there are a lot of scammers—please don’t stop and help us by going directly to our representative (we’ll be there waiting for you, so don’t believe people who say our team left or will reimburse you). Our airport representatives wear uniforms with apple green shirts and black pants. All our representatives and drivers also have an authorized airport identification. If it takes more than an hour to leave the terminal after your landing due to your airline, lost luggage or other reason, and if you do not see our driver when you leave the airport, please contact us. We are committed to providing a smooth, punctual and comfortable transportation service. Please note the following policies: Additional charges will not apply if your party members arrive on different flights, provided we are notified in advance. If we are not informed in advance and there are last minute changes, extended waiting times or additional travel within the airport, an additional charge will apply due to the extra logistics involved. If you need a baby chair, please request it in advance when booking (2 chairs per booking only). Unfortunately, we do not have baby chairs at short notice or at the last minute. This ticket is valid for a one-way trip. Awesome experience. There were 4 of us and one came in through another terminal. We loaded up the van and went to pick her up, no problem whatsoever. The ride to our resort took about 45 min but was comfortable. We were greeted with a cold towel and cold beverages. Our driver Koko, was so friendly and played music that went with the vacation vibe. Would totally book again, highly recommend!!!

We booked round-trip transportation to and from the airport to our resort. Which was about 20 to 25 minutes away for 90 plus dollars. And when I followed up to see what time we were being picked up to return, they said it was only one way

Easy to find and was very fast once we arrived. Car was clean and had tons of space. Communication was fantastic with both text notifications and WhatsApp. Our guide spoke English yet our driver did not. He did take us to 711 for some other drinks and was very friendly and safe. We had WiFi and drinks in the vehicle. Made for a great ride to Alkumal.

Dispite us being delayed by technical issues at the luggage pick up and then getting the full case search by customs security when we exited the airport Juan Daniel was there in the hat waiting for us. Quick walk to the car, where we freshened up with some cleansers and much needed ice cold face towels we were soon on our way in the extremely nice Large SUV. The journey was smooth Juan was friendly and very polite it only took an hour to our hotel with traffic and a couple of coronas helped that time go by as well. Definitely recommend this company and Juan Daniel.

Our driver was amazing, very helpful and no complaints what’s so ever. My issue was i had paid for the benz minivan and that’s not the vehicle we got picked up in. It was still a nice vehicle but i specifically booked with this one under the impression we were getting THIS vehicle. Disappointed on that factor, other wise driver was at the airport waiting witha. sign, took care of myself my husband and our 6 month old!

Communication was easy via text message about who and where to meet the driver who was waiting outside for us ready to go. Our driver was extremely nice and the SUV was clean with drinks! Our kids loved the cool towels after a long day of travel.

Terrible service

Our Airline canceled our flight, and rescheduled it for the following day. This company did not care. Did not even attempt to help. They kept, no they stole our money, did not provide any service. The could not reschedule for 24 hours later, nope, they told me that I had to reschedule and re pay a new ride. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Vehicle downgrade by company

I initially paid for a Mercedes Benz van for pick up. During my flight, I received a message stating something happened to the van and was unable to be used, also stating I would have something similar to the Mercedes van. Upon the companies arrival, a GMC Denali was present for pickup. Although the driver was attentive and the vehicle was clean, it just wasn’t what I rented or had my intentions set on. Ultimately it was for a birthday surprise and kind of ruined my expectations.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The escort took us to the driver, who was waiting with fresh washcloths and refreshing drinks. Efficient and relaxing experience from door to door! Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival and directed us to our private van.
