CONTACT INFORMATION ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT CANCUN AIRPORT When you arrive at Cancun International Airport, please follow these directions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination: “We recommend downloading the WhatsApp app during your stay in the Mexican Caribbean to facilitate communication and improve your experience.” Please show your confirmation voucher to the representative of the company and the driver on arrival on your phone. • Once you land at Cancun Airport, you will receive an SMS or Whatsapp text message from the company’s airport presenter and you will first need to go through immigration and customs. We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you leave... After going through immigration, picking up your luggage and clearing customs, you will see timeshare vendors and transportation along the aisle. They will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and continue walking). Look for our team after leaving through the sliding front door; we will be waiting for you in the area where all other transportation companies are located. • The company representative will receive you holding a tablet with your name written on it and you will be dressed in a long sleeve green shirt. Go directly to the exit doors. If a representative of other agencies or hotels tries to stop you—there are a lot of scammers—please don’t stop and help us by going directly to our representative (we’ll be there waiting for you, so don’t believe people who say our team left or will reimburse you). Our airport representatives wear uniforms with apple green shirts and black pants. All our representatives and drivers also have an authorized airport identification. If it takes more than an hour to leave the terminal after your landing due to your airline, lost luggage or other reason, and if you do not see our driver when you leave the airport, please contact us. We are committed to providing a smooth, punctual and comfortable transportation service. Please note the following policies: Additional charges will not apply if your party members arrive on different flights, provided we are notified in advance. If we are not informed in advance and there are last minute changes, extended waiting times or additional travel within the airport, an additional charge will apply due to the extra logistics involved. If you need a baby chair, please request it in advance when booking (2 chairs per booking only). Unfortunately, we do not have baby chairs at short notice or at the last minute. This ticket is valid for a one-way trip. If you want a round trip service you must book another ticket head to your Viator portal (TripAdvisor) and search for “products departing from Hotels to Cancun Airport”.

Our driver was amazing, very helpful and no
complaints what’s so ever. My issue was i had paid for the benz minivan and that’s not the vehicle we got picked up in. It was still a nice vehicle but i specifically booked with this one under the impression we were getting THIS vehicle. Disappointed on that factor, other wise driver was at the airport waiting witha. sign, took care of myself my husband and our 6 month old!

Communication was easy via text message about who and where to meet the driver who was waiting outside for us ready to go. Our driver was extremely nice and the SUV was clean with drinks! Our kids loved the cool towels after a long day of travel.

Our Airline canceled our flight, and rescheduled it for the following day. This company did not care. Did not even attempt to help. They kept, no they stole our money, did not provide any service. The could not reschedule for 24 hours later, nope, they told me that I had to reschedule and re pay a new ride. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Unfortunately, when flights are canceled or rescheduled by the airline, our service is subject to the cancellation and modification policies agreed to at the time of booking. As a private transportation company, we schedule drivers and vehicles in advance, and last-minute changes outside the allowed window are not always eligible for refunds or free rescheduling.
That said, we never intend for any guest to feel unsupported. We genuinely regret that this situation added stress to an already difficult travel day. If you want to avoid the hassle of finding airport transportation when you land in Cancun, I strongly recommend booking this luxury, private airport transfer. It has become my family’s preferred method of going straight from the airport to our hotel. We avoid the hassle of stopping at multiple hotels when booked through a less expensive airport shuttle service.

I initially paid for a Mercedes Benz van for pick up. During my flight, I received a message stating something happened to the van and was unable to be used, also stating I would have something similar to the Mercedes van. Upon the companies arrival, a GMC Denali was present for pickup. Although the driver was attentive and the vehicle was clean, it just wasn’t what I rented or had my intentions set on. Ultimately it was for a birthday surprise and kind of ruined my expectations.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The escort took us to the driver, who was waiting with fresh washcloths and refreshing drinks. The ride was about 25 minutes, and he even stopped to let us take a picture at the Cancun sign. I will definitely be using STP Caribe again when I travel to Cancun. Efficient and relaxing experience from door to door! Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival and directed us to our private van. I have to start by saying the driver was very kind and he was helpful, but with that being said he was about 15 min late. Waiting outside in the heat after being on a flight and dealing with customs is not ideal for the start of ur trip. Also one of the main reasons I booked with them was because it was advertised they had WiFi on board, but was told that for some reason the WiFi wasn’t working properly.

They sent email saying they had problems with mercdeses and said they would be in a ford. Upon arrival there was no driver. Airport person called and they came 20 minutes later in the ford.

This was a fantastic service and a great peace of mind. Josue did an excellent job communicating with us when we landed. It took forever to get our bags and they patiently waited for us. We met Josue outside, took our luggage and brought us to the vehicle (in very nice shape). There we met Eduardo G, our driver, and he was also very kind. They gave us hand towels and sanitizer for our hands. Very nice touch. The ride to our resort took about 30 minutes and enjoyed nice cold beer and water. Very much appreciated.
