My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our safari experience ridding the backs of camels 🐫. They were so friendly in calm ☺️. Our tour guides Angel and Bernard were very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Hugo the Boss, took very interesting and exciting pictures of my daughter and I. We are looking forward to getting home to share with family and friends!!!!

So fun!!! Learned a lot about camels and Joseph was the best! Only thing that sucks is you can’t use your camera and the pics are stupid expensive ($75 per photo or 400 for the package!!!).

Please be careful these people will try to scam you. Do not take the free alcohol. As you will not be able to participate in the activity. They did this to multiple not just me and my partner. Never called us back to reschedule. Super unprofessional.

This was a super cool experience, getting to ride a camel. My friend and I booked this tour, and ended up being the only two on the tour. Transportation was included from our hotel. However, you cannot take photos or videos on your phone. Instead, they have a photographer capturing your experience, and charging $50 USD per photo (or $300 USD for all photos/videos). Our tour was also changed from 3pm to 1:30pm at the last minute, and we were not told until we were there that our transportation back to the hotel was at 4:30. It was alright as we ended up having time to eat (which was included in the tour cost) and spend time at the beach, which was a very nice beach. Overall, I'd recommend, just be aware that it can get expensive if you want photos.

They stole my money they told me in October they they needed to change the time of the excursion but 2dys be for my trip I paid the money they confirmed for the original time of 3pm and I arrived and was ready for the excursion at 3pm and they told me I no showed they are horrible I believe it’s a scam DONT USE THEM

This excursion had its ups and downs. We got picked up a little late but the ride there was just us so it was nice with no other stops to pick up other people. It was a little bit farther from our hotel than I would have liked but I could live with that. As soon as we got checked in we were ready to go. It was me, my wife, and one other person. The ride itself was so so for us. Riding a camel was unique but it felt a lot like riding a horse which I’ve done a lot. Being up that high in the beginning was cool but the ride itself was pretty boring after that. The guides were awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. Now to the best part that made the trip worth it. You stop at a spot with a beautiful beach and there you get to feed and interact with the camels. That was awesome. They give you a bottle of cold water which was nice because it was very hot and humid that day. You have most of your pictures taken here, the rest are taken during the ride. After this you head back. The distance you travel overall is not far. The one guide sits down with you at the end and finishes things up, mentioning a tip as expected. I tip generously and ended up giving a little more before we left. The lady we were with stated she had no money/cash and I felt bad for them, that’s just me. We only had a half hour at the end to do the beach part which sucked. The beach was advertised as part of the package but not just a half hour. We would have liked to swam a little and relaxed. The beach was beautiful and the water looked perfect especially on a hot day. We felt to get changed, jump in for a few minutes, then dry off and get changed again wasn’t worth it. We just had a few cokes, which were free and waited for ride back. Ride back was horrible. We had to drop off another group at a hotel that was 15 minutes down an unpaved road that felt like off roading. Our driver drove very slow and the trip back was long. Lastly they didn’t let you take pictures with phones and packages where a little pricey. I’d definitely recommend doing this once to experience the camels but definitely wouldn’t do a second time.

The experience itself was very fun however it was a bit over priced . I didn’t like how for one picture cost 35.00 and we couldn’t use our phone with the camel and was able to only get one picture

Was definitely a fun excursion… but to be honest… if I would have known I couldn’t take my own pictures… I might not would have paid for the excursion. Granted, the photo package was reasonable and quality of images great, it ended up being about a $200 excursion each (for me and my 1 friend); which isn’t quite worth it to me. They did give a slice of pizza and cup of beverage; so that was a plus. But; the “beach access” is a joke. Immediately after your excursion you have about 10-20 minutes ti decide to purchase pictures and eat snack before shuttle transport you back. No time to actually enjoy beach.

It was a new nice experience I haven't did yet but they're were some issues. Can't use your phone so you're subjected to the photos they take and the price is RIDICULOUS !!!! 1 picture $50 that's outrageous. Then those are the only pictures you have so then it's a choice between paying the ridiculous amount or not having a memory of that experience.

Joe was amazing and super knowledgeable about the camels. It’s clear they really care for them beyond just making money off their labor. The ride is only about 30 mins but it doesn’t take long to appreciate the majesty of these creatures. The photo package is pretty expensive but it was easier to stomach when you learn more about them and how well they’re looked after.

Before I start this review, I’d like to say the camel ride and instructors themselves were great! This was a very unique experience and I enjoyed it wholeheartedly. My problem lies with the transportation company that’s included (which is why I left 4 stars instead of 5.) I’m not sure if the transportation is a separate entity but they made me very upset prior to us arriving to the camel ride. The pickup time was suppose to be 1:25 PM in which we were prompt and ready. It becomes 1:30 and I still don’t see the driver so I call the number because I’m thinking they’re running late and I wanted to be sure that he was still coming. They inform me that he’s at my hotel & apparently has been since 1:15. I tell them that we don’t see him and he also would’ve needed my room number to even gain access to enter the gate, which he didn’t have. We thought, (like all the other excursions we’ve done) that he would’ve atleast given us a call to inform us of arrival (in which I then would’ve given him my room number.) He never did. It’s going on 1:40 at this point (mind you I’ve been on the phone with the representatives since 1:30.) — well apparently he left because he claimed we were never there. Completely a lie. I then ask the rep could they ask for him to turn around or if he has another stop, we could Uber there and get on the service from that stop. They put me on hold and then claimed that they now couldn’t get in contact with him. I then find out that we were the only stop since we were the last tour for the day. So he definitely could’ve came back to get us but opted not to. It was birthday & I really wanted to do this, so in order to still make it, we ended up having to take a $70 Uber ride to get there because the place is an hour away from Cancun. Bottom line, all of the misunderstanding prior to us arriving could’ve been avoided with a simple phone call or message. Enjoyable excursion, 10/10 experience for the camel riding alone, but very piss poor communication with the transportation. Luckily, the camels & instructors definitely brightened my mood up once we got there.

Customer service and staff were fun and made me very comfortable. My only issue is my package did not include margaritas and we really wanted a drink the bartender was making our drinks perfectly when we discovered we were wearing the wrong band and our drinks were poured out right in front of our face 🤣

This was a okay experience. If we could’ve went along the beach side it would’ve sealed the deal. The price you pay it wasn’t worth it. The picture man didn’t get no good shot of us. Definitely wasn’t paying 150 for pics that wasn’t good. This experience should’ve included a meal and drink plus a day stay on their private island at least. If not they should consider going down on the price.

We had an amazing time on this camel tour! Lucky for us it was just the two of us on the tour so it made it more intimate. Bernard, Alex and Javier were amazing. We had Habibi and Shai these two camels are majestic creatures. Loved feeding them their carrots.

Overall, It was a great experience. Not only are you able ride the camels. You'll also be able to feed, pet and take pictures with them. Additionally, you'll be able to hang out on a beautiful beach/club area afterwards. However, the length of the ride is too short, for the price.
