It was a beautiful experience! Very informative and good amount of free time in each city. The tour guides we had (Antonio and Jorge) were super kind as well!

Our tour guide Blanca was excellent. She was knowledgeable, funny, caring and great with kids. She was undaunted by the snow storm in Ghent, carried on with the tour and even offered her umbrella to a couple that didn’t have one. Her passion and love for what she does definitely shows. We loved touring these beautiful places with her.

The day started from a motorcoach and it was a big group. Fortunately we were broken up into 3 different groups since there was a rule about how many a guide can take into Bruges. Ghent and Bruges had some beautiful and impressive historical churches and buildings. Bruges had everything, canals, a castle and tons of history. Julian did an exceptional job in Bruges for our group. He spoke clearly and was enthusiastic about explaining everything. You can tell he loves his job! Had waffles there and it was fluffy and light and the best I have ever tasted. Will definitely visit again.

Give this a miss! You may not get what you paid for!

Phil_C, Apr 2026
Pretty amateur setup. I didn’t end up finding the bus and missed the tour by minutes. I offered to get myself on the train to pick up with the tour group in Gent or Brugges. The operator did not permit this and I did not get a refund! I would give this tour a miss!

Beautiful Bruges!

Chris_C, Apr 2026
We loved Bruges and could have spent more time there. Virginia the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and open to questions. Ghent was nice but we preferred Bruges. Thanks!

Be wary of the guide and the company.

Lynn_M, Apr 2026
The guide was so hard to understand. She was nice but her accent was so thick she was hard to understand, and she appeared that she was reading from a script. Very monotone. I would just take my earpiece out from time to time because it was so irritating. Also, just charge an additional euro for the earpiece in the price of the tour. That seemed so cheap to collect the euro. My wife was given a Vox without the battery closure, so the battery kept falling out.

We had an amazing experience, everything was well organized, and the itinerary was perfectly paced so we could enjoy both cities without feeling rushed. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Sabrina—she truly made the trip exceptional. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and had a great sense of humor. Her insights into the history and culture of both Bruges and Ghent made the experience so much more meaningful. She also gave excellent recommendations for food, local spots, and photo opportunities. Both cities were absolutely beautiful, and the whole day ran smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Belgium, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Sabrina as your guide!

Enchanting cities

Marta_R, Apr 2026
The tour guides were knowledgeable, pleasant and organized. Be prepared to walk. I feel that adding a total of 2 more hours to the trip will be an excellent improvement to the tour. The long walks to the meeting places takes away time from enjoying and admiring these two beautiful cities. In conclusion I highly recommend.

Good times in Brugge and Ghent!

Marilyn_D, Apr 2026
Wonderful! We had ample time to explore I. Our own and get a bite to eat. Angie was also terrific guide and kept everyone happy and safe! Shout out to our bus driver as well for keeping everyone safe and back to Brussels on time.

What you'd expect from a big bus, big group tour.

Venus_S, Apr 2026
Typical big bus, big group trip. Nice locations. Guides friendly. Long day from Brussels. Vendor needs to upgrade headset/transmitters. They were grossly old and not very sanitary.

Beautifully preserved Medieval buildings in both Buges and Ghent

Anna_P, Apr 2026
We really appreciated the 2 hours of free time in Bruges, to shop, and explore. The market sells wonderful food to take away, ready to eat.

A Belgium Must

Crystal_N, Apr 2026
Blanca and Antonio were great guides through the beautiful cities of Bruges and Ghent. Blanca walked us through Bruges and ensured she gave us many recommendations of places to eat and to buy authentic Belgium cuisine from. She also ensured we had true Bruges chocolate to enjoy. The tour we received from Antonio through Ghent was fun and exciting. He ensured to tell us random facts that made the tour more interesting and gave us all a little laugh. He was open to questions and gave us multiple suggestions for authentic Belgium experiences in Ghent. He went above and beyond with giving us information on must sees in Brussels as well. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone staying Belgium. The chocolate and views were amazing!

Wonderful tour and guides

Chandima_W, Apr 2026
It was well organized , at least the bus trip. The rest of the walking tour was rushed. Some people were ignored, the guides didn’t check whether all were there. Didn’t have enough time to discover the town on our own. But convenient just to cover two towns in one day. I’ll not do it again. I’ll rather take the train and spend time on my own without getting rushed.

Excellent

Ragini_M, Apr 2026
Antonio (Junior) was our guide and he was super engaging. Really good experience. I would recommend this trip to everyone. Both Bruges and Ghent are very much doable in 1 trip

Beautiful city tours with lots of walking and excellent guide!

Rosie_C, Apr 2026
Excellent day with lots of walking but great experience to see Bruge and Ghant. Our guide Antonio, was excellent and explained so much!

Cities were beautiful....

SAGARDEEPMAHAPATRA, Apr 2026
Cities were beautiful. But the meeting point was far from the bus stop and the tour guides were pretty fast , difficult for folks who have small kids on strollers to match the speed. Would have been better if the meeting point after visit would have been announced on the bus itself, so folks can explore the city on their own .

Too little time! Will return for more.

Ok only

Cecile_L, Mar 2026
The driver was good, and Jorge was professional throughout the trip. Brugge is beautiful and very scenic, and Ghent is also a nice destination. However, traveling to Ghent can be quite challenging. The main issue was the lack of clear communication regarding the walking distance from the parking area. This was a significant inconvenience and should be disclosed prior to booking so travelers can plan accordingly. Overall, while the destinations are worthwhile, better transparency about logistics—especially walking distances—would improve the experience.

Brugge and Ghent Tour from Brusells

Jeffery_K, Mar 2026
This was a great day trip to Brugge and Ghent. We took a big bus from the Central Train Station area to Brugge. The buses have to park far away from the city center so if you have mobility issues this is not the tour for you. In both cities the tour guide gave a guided tour and then allowed 1.5 hours to explore on your own. Make sure you pay attention to where you are since you have to find the meet up point after your free time. Both cities were great, especially Brugge. The tour guides Antonio and Diego did a great job.

Ghent/Bruges are a must see.

Chris_V, Mar 2026
It was reality enjoyable actually. Ghent ave Bruges were beautiful and our bus was clean and very well maintained. Our tour guide (whose name I do not recall) was a charming Italian girl. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the region. I would have liked some sort of planned activity however on each town instead of just walking and looking at the sights.

Amazing views!

Madison_S, Mar 2026
It was a beautiful experience! Very informative and good amount of free time in each city. The tour guides we had (Antonio and Jorge) were super kind as well!

Worth it!!

JOSNA_J, Feb 2026
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with our guide, Peter, on our tour booked through Viator. From the very start, he was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Peter brought every location to life with fascinating stories, local insights, and a great sense of humor, making the entire day both educational and fun. He was attentive to everyone in the group, paced the tour perfectly, and went above and beyond to ensure we were all comfortable and enjoying ourselves. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an engaging and memorable experience!

A day full of adventure in Belgium!

Alfred_S, Feb 2026
My wife and I are visiting Belgium for the first time and booked a tour to see Brudges and Ghent. We were paired with an excellent tour guide Peter who was patient and full of energy the whole day. It was a very cold day and yet he was able to hold the mic all day to teach us about the history and culture of Brudges and Ghent. I would definitely recommend this tour to many others whose visiting Brussels for the first time.

Worth it

gar306, Feb 2026
Organized, on time and our guide, George, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the places we went to.

Fabulous Bruges and Ghent Tour

Great day

Wayne_B, Feb 2026
There’s a lot of walking so if not fit I wouldn’t recommend but very good knowledge off all the places we went too and learnt a lot

Victor_C, Feb 2026
Nice group of 28, not too big a group. Bruges is everyone’s choice over Ghent if you choose both cities in a 1-day tour. Bus had to park about 15 minutes away from your intended tour spots in both cities.

Great places to visit and a must when in Belgium

ThienPink_L, Feb 2026
The guide, Angie, was very acknowledgeable on her topics, with deliverance through her sweet, calm and charming personality. Would have been better if we could spend at least three hours personal free time at Brugge for proper sit down lunch, chocolate shopping and exploring the last half part of the town and especially the harbour. Ghent was great as well with site of interests more compact, the drop off and pick up point next to them made a big difference with the two and the half hours allocated including free time. Could have started the travel on time to gain at least half to one hour free time for Brugge. Overalls, still highly recommended travel package by this tour operator.

Amazing day, Antonio was absolutely great! Very competent and funny, a pleasure listening to him. Thank you also to Claudio for the bathroom stop!!!

Fantastic

Helena_C, Jan 2026
All the places were incredible, specially with Antonio telling us not only history but also fun and curious facts. Not even the rain made him lose his positive attitude. He also always tried to make sure to gives us lots of recs for all tastes. Claudio, our driver was very pleasant and drove us safely for which I’m glad.
