Very bad service, the communication was zero. The company had mixed English and Spanish.
The two leaders should look for another job. They did not care about any of the guests. The information that was given were wrong as well.

Worthwhile trip from Brussels! The bus was on time and comfortable, and the trip to Dinant and Luxembourg was definitely a highlight of our trip. Our guide was great giving us a brief tour of the main sites of Luxembourg so we would still have lots of free time to explore on our own. We got there before other tours so we got to experience less crowds. By the time we left, other tour buses were pulling in and the crowds would have really spoiled the experience. We got great recommendations for food, fantastic photos and a very memorable experience we will treasure. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience from our tour to Luxembourg. Our tour guide Jarris was wonderful. He was welcoming and organized. He kept everything on schedule while still gave us plenty of time to explore on our own. He was very knowledgeable and provided information about the places we passed and visited. Overall, a great tour with a great tour guide.

The tour to Luxembourg was wonderful. The sites and history are amazing. Our guides, Eduardo and Juan were great. Knowledgeable and funny!! Our driver, Claudio did a great job of driving.

The tour is ok but it was a bit unorganized. Tour will charge for the water and audio which is weird. The tourguide is friendly but i think the group is too big so he couldn't manage. They let us board the bus very unorganized so there is no line, some of the first people who board the bus early tried to save the seats for their family so they did not let us seat.

Great city, great Christmas market, horrible tour guide. We signed up for an English tour and the guide, barely knew English. He was constantly searching for words, and his accent was so strong and had the microphone so close and so loud you could not understand what he was saying it was miserable. This was a 12 hour tour That lasted 13 hours due to traffic. They said we would be late because of the traffic if you already know that you need to put that in the description that the ride is longer than what is stated because they knew that beforehand. We also had to listen to a Spanish version of the tour And to make matters worse. Our tour guide would take off, walking at an extremely fast pace and leave people behind. Two older people just went ahead and took the train back because they could not even be a part of the tour. It was ridiculous. We are in shape and we even thought he was walking fast up the hills while people were falling so far behind, and he did not turn around or seem to care. I have never seen a tour guide so ready to be done with a tour.

Friendly tour leaders even with a lot of people on the tour. I usually prefer a smaller group but there was ample time to ask questions and do activities. This is a long journey so pack your stamina.

Luxembourg is nice country to visit but from Brussels this trip takes too long traveling by bus. The only break is Dinant which is an interesting city.

I didn’t read the itinerary closely so my bad bad but more than half of the trip was spent in the bus. Luxembourg was disappointing because museum was closed Monday (I was hoping Viator would have informed us or not scheduled a tour on Monday). The guided portion was perhaps 45 minutes at most with very little historical information provided. Dinant was interesting and thankfully was able to do a boat cruise (45 minutes ) after which there wasn’t much else one could do. The free time allotment is not very well timed.

It was wonderful seeing Luxembourg! Dinant was okay, but I wish there was more time in Luxembourg and less in Dinant because there really wasn’t much to do there.

I gave 3 stars cause I was expect that this trip will be like other trips i used to experience with Viator. Yes there was a lot of nice views and places but I believe that the trip could have planned better, there was no space for shopping as the area that we were left for free time was far than any shopping mall. Also I felt that we spent a very long time in the walking tour for really a few stops. Anyway that is just an opinion. Dinant was so nice but we couldn't ride the cable car as the time were very short so this also could have been managed somehow by the organizer to make it a memorable day. Other than that everything were good.

The tours are run by Buendia. Meeting point is just outside Brussels Central train station, so easy to get to. They take a roll call and then the buses are parked about 5 min walk away. Guides are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Luxembourg is a nice city to visit. Some great views. Dinant is also a nice little town to visit and very picturesque.
There is a lot of travelling on the bus, but not much you can do about that. Of course this limits the amount of time you have in each place. In Luxembourg there is an initial guided tour followed by your own free time. Similar for Dinant, which is fairly small so less time spent there.
I would view this tour as a taster of what you can see, especially for Luxembourg, where you could ideally spend a day or two. But if you don't have that time, then it gives you a nice taster, but the travelling does make it feel a long day.
The tour is both in English and Spanish, with 2 separate guides for each group.

A little bit inconvenient to have two groups with different languages in the bus, so you have to listen each section twice, one time in English and another time in Spanish

We absolutely loved this trip—there’s nothing we could fault. Our guide, Pablo, was incredibly talented—not only was he knowledgeable, but he effortlessly switched between languages. Although it was a long day, there was plenty of time to relax during the journey. We were lucky with the weather, and both Luxembourg and Dinant were stunning. We’d definitely recommend this experience.
