Great places -- Luxembourg and Dinant. The tour guide and driver were nice, friendly and helpful. Good info. The only problem was more Spanish was spoken, not as much English.
A long day but we'll worth the time to visit two beautiful cities. Time to explore in each location, Yaris tour guide was really knowledgeable and delivered tour seamlessly in both English and Spanish. I found having the spanish language a bit distracting but understand that guide had to do both.
Peter was an excellent tour guide! Very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable about the places we visited. The tour was organized well. I learned a lot about the history and Peter had many personal recommendations for my time there. Excellent guide! Highly recommend doing this tour
It is a very good and beautiful trip! Both cities are a must! We learned many things about Luxembourg and this country is really nice! Food is good, wines are really exceptional!
It’s a 3 hour ride to Luxembourg with a quick rest stop about half way there. The seats are a bit tight, but relatively comfortable. The guide explains places and talks about some history along the way in both English and Spanish. Once you’re in Luxembourg, there’s a walking tour and then the guide gives you about 2.5 hours on your own. On the way back, there’s about an hour stop in the cute town of Dinant. It’s enough time to take some pictures and get a drink or quick snack, then there is about 90 more minutes of driving to get back to drop off point in Brussels.
This day tour is very well organized and well served. It is a very effective way to visit Luxembourg in one day. The guide is very knowledgeable and friendly that gave visitors highlights about history and landmarks. Very worthy!

We had a great time on our tour. We wish we could remember the tour guide’s name, though! She was very fluent in English as well as Spanish and as she narrated in both languages, she was very competent in switching back and forth without making anyone feel left out. We learned so many things about Luxembourg and the city of Dinant!
Worst experience ever.... Do not trust this office, they are not reliable, we were in the meeting poing 20 minutes earlier and the guide never show to inform us on which bus we should get in for the excursion,. Thus we missed the whole excursion due to their failure to meet expected standards of behavior and professionalism. We had to buy tickets to get the train. And the worst of it, they did not accept to refund our money

It was a long but good day, seeing both Luxembourg and Dinant. Dinant was charming! I wish we could have spent more time in Dinant.
Let me start with the issue was not our great driver or tour guide. We have done tours in many European, Asian and African countries and this was by far the worst. There were no bathrooms on the bus, all other buses of this size had restrooms. We have a 7 and 11 year old so it’s very helpful to have as every spot we stopped had restrooms that cost money(yes common in Europe but usually tours show you the free spots). Second the audio on the tour was picking up radio stations and cracking. I heard maybe 25% of what the tour guide said. The streets of Luxembourg do not fit the 50+ people of our group so everyone was shoving to get closer as the headsets to listen to the tour but didn’t work unless you were 15 feet away. They also changed the itinerary which did not show in Viator, not sure where the issue was there. Luxembourg and Dinant were great but as a family this was the worst tour we have been on. I would not recommend with kids as this is the only non 5 star review I have given on over 40+ tours with Viator.
This trip should be limited to 25 or so people as there was no way to ask questions or hear what was said. Plus half the headsets were not even working when we got them which took a lot of time getting them setup and then we had to carry them around all day as they were not collected until hours after we last used them.
If you are looking for an over all view of Luxembourg, then. This is a good trip. For a more in-depth tour, you need to spend a day there. On the way back we dropped at a small little town called Dinant, the birth place of saxophone. That town itself, is well worth the visit.
Peter our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about the tour. He was very welcoming. The day tour was enough time to get a taster of Luxembourg and Dinant. An enjoyable day out.
Overall we enjoyed visiting Luxembourg and Dinant,but very high temperatures on the day were a bit limiting ,as it was too hot to explore surroundings without frequent breaks to sit in the shadow with cold drink.
Negative thing about the tour was that I booked English speaking tour,but group was mixed english-spanish and half of conversation(or more)from native Spanish guide we had to listen in language we didn't understand. It would be good that during booking it was indicated that group could be mixed :it can give customer understanding and chance to make different choice.
This tour really didn't provide value for the cost. We took two tours with Buendia on our trip to Brussels and on both the headsets were so poor you could never hear the guide unless you were within a few meters. Otherwise all you could hear was static. Even both guides apologized for the quality of the equipment. We enjoyed our free time in Luxembourg and Dinant, and the guide provided lots of information on the bus rides, but we feel we would have been better off taking the train from Brussels and just going on our own. And this particular tour was bilingual - Spanish and English so you had to listen to commentary in both languages. Not the best scenario. For these reasons I would not recommend this tour. This is the only time I have ever said this about a Viator and I have taken plenty. Save your money and take the train.
Luxembourg and dinant tour was very nice to remember. Luxembourg is a great place to explore for everyone. And dinant also impressed all. Hill and river make the city impressive.
Even though the bus ride was long, it was worth every cent. Luxembourg is a stunning city, and Dinant is a beautiful historic gem of Belgium
The time in Luxembourg is just in Luxembourg City. It's beautiful, but with only 2 hours allotted, there wasn't much time to explore -- especially because that time was also considered our lunch break and Europeans prioritize leisure time over meals. The second stop (Dinant, Belgium) was nice for stretching legs (and I think was more of a break for the driver than anything else).
Tour is well-organized and well timed. Pickup and drop off were both in the same convenient spot. The free time given to us to explore Luxembourg was sufficient for one to go see what each person wants. Overall, this was a great tour!
Great value of a day trip for the money. Nice bus, comfort stop. Great tour guide. Well paced. Good meeting location, easy to find.
Luxenburg was gorgeous, historical and chic. Some more time was needed at Dinant.. Our guide had lot of information to give us but was boring. I felt a little more interaction with tourists and humour would have not made this trip feel so long. Overall good and recommended to swe another country from brussels .

The guide was nice. She tried to explain as precise as possible. Also the bus is quite comfortable..
Uncomfortable bus. The guide gave more information to the Spanish-speaking guests than to the English-speaking guests. He left a tour member at a rest stop. He gave misinformation about the Jesuits. He treated the entire event as if he were uninterested.
The tour is advertised as being in English. In fact it is in both English and Spanish so the listing is very misleading.
Well planned and we enjoyed the trip with very efficient and well experienced guide explaining in detail of the places of interest to the visitors. Only suggestion is instead of one hour at Dinant, some more time may be given to the tourists to explore and enjoy the beauty of Dinant.
