Unfortunately I was late due to the train from Brussels being delayed getting into Brugge. So I joined the walking tour later than planned however their team were so accommodating and let me join the group once I was in Brugge. When I caught up with the group, Maria was my guide and she was incredible! So warm, welcoming and full of knowledge and enthusiasm about Brugge! She was super approachable and very funny. She even gave me a great recommendation for lunch away from the tourists and crowds! Definitely recommend this tour!

It is well organized and conducted at a reasonable pace for adults. The guide, Lea, was well informed about the history of Bruges and the local sites. She was fluent in English and very responsive to questions. She also has an excellent sense of humor and seemed to enjoy the tour as much as we did.
Marie was wonderful. Very informative and entertaining. She made us fall in love with Bruges, definitely recommend this tour
Lovely start to the visit of Brugge Rune was lovely and very knowledgeable easy pace for all aged people
The tour guide never responded to my messages and then didn’t show up to the tour. This wasted our time as we walked 20 minutes to the tour location, waited 20 minutes at the assigned destination, and then 20 minutes back. This was a huge disappointment. I am not sure I would use Viator again. I feel that I should be
compensated beyond just the requested refund.
The guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. She packed a lot in in 2 hours. A very thorough tour hitting all the high points.
Great tour. Busy streets hard to hear Maria, the guide. I wish she would have worn a bright color hat so we could keep up with her more easily.
Tour covered most of Bruges. Tour leader was very knowledgeable but hard to hear at times. At times walked fast
Very interesting tour with Maria-
We hit important spots. Only thing I would add is logistics. Be aware- your starts about a mile from city center. I would prefer a start point where the actual tour begins. Train station is a ways from the main sites and more walking involved to get there and then get to the first site.
Nice tour that covers main attractions in the city. Maria is knowledgeable and funny. Highly recommend!
Angie was great! Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sharing Bruge’s history. My only suggestion is to make the tour longer because there is so much to see there.

The local guide was a wealth of information about this beautiful city. So much history was explained and the walk was done at a good pace, with time to take photos and take in the sights.
We had a very knowledgeable guide who moved us through the city at a perfect pace. The conclusion at the chocolate shop was an excellent finish to a great tour. Would certainly recommend this tour.
Piet offered great stories to tell about Amazing Brugges. He is very knowledgeable and we have a great tour! We would go with his again!!
The guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. A great way to get an overview of this gorgeous city before exploring independently.
We tried to get in touch with the guide to understand how long the tour was and if one in our group could join in half way. She needed to because of an injury. We did not get an answer. In the end we cancelled.

Our visit to Bruges was definitely enhanced by taking this tour. Julian was both informative and entertaining as we walked through the beautiful streets of Bruges. We didn't initially sign up for the boat tour, but added it later and are glad that we did. It was a great way to see some of the same buildings from a different perspective.
The wonderful history shared by Mae at different areas in Brugge.
Everything was explained with important dates and timelines, very knowledgeable guide.
Our ship was not able to dock in Zeebrugge due to bad weather. Called Viator and the company who is doing the walking tour and requested a refund. Both denied. Viator told me to call the company requesting refund and the company said Viator should refund . In tge end neither did anything. Very very disappointed in the service.

Julian was an excellent guide. Very knowledge and passionate in the history of Brugge. We enjoyed our walking tour and his recommendations for shopping and restaurants. Camiel was Julian’s protege and he was very helpful as well. Another successful Viator tour.
The walking tour was excellent and covered all the main sites of the city. The guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. Unfortunately, it was pouring with rain and sometimes it was hard to hear him. Nevertheless, I was really pleased I went and would recommend it.
The direction provided by Viator took us to the wrong location and then they refused to provide a refund. Trying to contact the tour company by phone connected me to a voice message in Flemish which then disconnected. You are better off using a different tour company then Viator they will not support you.

Our guide Louis was extremely knowledgeable of the history and the beautiful buildings in Bruges. He made the tour very interesting with his stories and his humor. The walking tour is a great way to experience the city. But it is a LOT of walking (hence the name!).
Knowledgeable guide, however it would have been better to tour with a guide who spoke better English
The rep didn’t turn up on the correct day so we had to rearrange... the tour was supposed to be a ‘small group’ but we counted 50 people!
The rep was difficult to understand so I suppose you live and learn....or not!
Loved the smaller group (we were 8) feel. Informative history of the city , including some of the accompanying legends.

Terrible experience! A complete fraudulent rip-off. Advertised as a “small group tour”, with an interactive guide experience, we arrived to find a group of 30 in our “small group” with headsets. We declined to join the tour and asked for a refund. That request was denied. Do not book with Viator! Rip-off artists!

We did not take the tour. The meeting point was far away from the city center. We did not think to check because Viator
walking tours generally start at a central point, not a five-minute car ride to a location of no apparent interest.
