The meeting place was easy to find. The tour guide was incredibly well versed in the history of the square, the town, and the country. We learned a lot, the walking pace was finest, and the locations we visited were as advertised and expected.

Fantastic tour with Nicholas. He was energetic, funny and extremely informative. We learned a lot about Brussels and really enjoyed the tour despite the wet weather. We were hesitant at first because there were about 25 people on the tour, but Nick handled it perfectly and used a microphone when needed. Highly recommend!

I would describe this as an average tour. It covered several notable sites in the city center and provided a decent overview of the area. Having taken numerous city tours, however, this one felt somewhat amateur compared to others I have experienced.
That said, the tour operates on a more tip-based model, so the more basic format was not entirely unexpected. Overall, it was a reasonable introduction to the city, but travelers who are looking for a more polished and in-depth experience may prefer a more paid guided tour.

Seti gave us a great overview of Brussels on this walking tour. She even loaned her umbrella to others on the tour when it started to rain. My only complaint was that the app sent us to the tour ending spot instead of the tour starting location when I asked it to map it for me.

Lolo was a very animated and knowledgeable tour guide. She uses a voice amplifier which is effective when she is talking. We wished that she had used a system with headsets for the participants so she could explain the sights that we walked past.

This is supposed to be a free tour but I paid on VIATOR to book the tour. Then when I arrived I was told it was a free tour but were encouraged/ pressured to give money at the end. I think it needs to be clearer that there is a BOOKING CHARGE

Our guide Seti was very very knowledgeable. She was articulate and enthusiastic. She was very efficient and covered a vast area in the duration. We had a fairly large crowd but we didn't feel lost. She answered all questions patiently while covering the trip and offered to wait for more time after the tour. She provided many additional tips for food, chocolates, museums and other monuments to explore. She made use of visuals in her binders and phone. We had a great first taste of Brussels in this trip. I recommend Seti and this trip as a great starting point for Brussels.
