Seti was our guide and she was easy to understand and had an excellent command of the English language. She gave an excellent overview of Brussels and covered the history and city very well. We were extremely pleased and happy to pay her.

This is supposed to be a free tour but I paid on VIATOR to book the tour. Then when I arrived I was told it was a free tour but were encouraged/ pressured to give money at the end. I think it needs to be clearer that there is a BOOKING CHARGE

Our guide Seti was very very knowledgeable. She was articulate and enthusiastic. She was very efficient and covered a vast area in the duration. We had a fairly large crowd but we didn't feel lost. She answered all questions patiently while covering the trip and offered to wait for more time after the tour. She provided many additional tips for food, chocolates, museums and other monuments to explore. She made use of visuals in her binders and phone. We had a great first taste of Brussels in this trip. I recommend Seti and this trip as a great starting point for Brussels.

Lolo was a good guide with an energetic personality. We appreciated that the tour company had such good directions for meeting in the Grand Palace square. (The yellow umbrella was a helpful tool to find our guide.) We were surprised and disappointed that the tour company does not pay their guides and found out that she in fact must pay the tour company herself for each visitor she guides. Asking for a specific tip amount was unprofessional and we felt like this should have been disclosed in the tour information. While the tour was good, the pressure of spending an additional 20 euros per person put a damper on the experience.

The day started with a drizzle and we almost decided to cancel since it was almost a “free tour” where you tip as you see fit. We did not. Louis was our guide and he was kind enough to offer his umbrella to one of us in the group because he was not dressed for the wet weather. He was prepared and had a good sense of humor. We really enjoyed the tour in spite of intermittent rain. Highly recommend Louis and this tour.
