Great introduction to Belgium's capital city! The walk was pleasant, historical and well paced. Our guide was personable and articulate with a good command of the English language. My husband and I had fun walking the historical and beautiful city of Brussels with the tidbits of information only a good guide can give you.

Our guide was very informative and interactive with the group. This tour is very worthwhile.
Only one thing I found awkward, the guide often mentioned his expectation of payment and how much, even taking the group to a bank to get money.

Fantastic walking city tour of Brussels with the amazing Marcella. She was fun, friendly and so knowledgeable of the area providing recommendations for shops, eateries, drinks etc We absolutely loved her fun quiz at the end of the tour which cemented how much we learned about Brussels during our time with her. This is a must see and do tour whilst in Brussels. We would highly recommend it and hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Marcella, Thanks again Marcella.

The tour guide was super amazing. It was a great tour but I learned this was a FREE tour where you are expected to tip the guide $15-$20. I am up set with Viatour for charging me $3.50 a ticket..

The tour operator messaged us the same day of the tour requesting to schedule for several hours earlier which was not possible. Had to cancel the tour with no time to book anything else. Not impressed.

It is a ‘walking’ tour so be prepared. But it was not overly exerting. Francois was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand life in early Belgium and Brussels. And how everything fit together. A very pleasurable excursion.

Sebastian is serious and funny at the same time. His explanations and facts were perfectly matched to the scenery. I truly enjoyed his comprehensive coverage of REAL historical facts that many people do not know about. Wish we had more time to see more of Brussels— we came in from Paris on the Eurostar for this tour.

The meeting place was easy to find. The tour guide was incredibly well versed in the history of the square, the town, and the country. We learned a lot, the walking pace was finest, and the locations we visited were as advertised and expected.

Fantastic tour with Nicholas. He was energetic, funny and extremely informative. We learned a lot about Brussels and really enjoyed the tour despite the wet weather. We were hesitant at first because there were about 25 people on the tour, but Nick handled it perfectly and used a microphone when needed. Highly recommend!

I would describe this as an average tour. It covered several notable sites in the city center and provided a decent overview of the area. Having taken numerous city tours, however, this one felt somewhat amateur compared to others I have experienced.
That said, the tour operates on a more tip-based model, so the more basic format was not entirely unexpected. Overall, it was a reasonable introduction to the city, but travelers who are looking for a more polished and in-depth experience may prefer a more paid guided tour.
