Our van was open air and we only used it in the afternoon when it got warmer outside and it was awesome. Shari, our guide was beyond knowledgeable and accommodating!! The picnic lunch and snacks did not disappoint. All the places listed in the booking we visited and Shari consistently asked our opinion on options she offered. We saw lots of bison, mule deer, trumpet swans, waterfalls, gorgeous scenery and the song America the Beautiful was experienced around every corner. Shari was an excellent, experienced driver and if we ever did a tour again with this company, we would request her as our escort.

WE booked this 11 days before our trip. I input the Hotel we are staying at as it was not listed. It was accepted. I was not told at any time this was not valid or able to do. I called the day before to find out the exact time for PU. They then said they could not/would not pick us up at our hotel as it was not authorized. They said we could meet them in the middle of the park at 7. That was a 2 hour commute one way. . I relayed I had the screen shots of where our hotel had been accepted on the site. (1872 Inn) The proprietor said we had to resolve with Viator. Viator said we had to resolve with proprietor. This was wrong. WE asked for a refund, spent an hour plus on the phone. Forwarded copies of screen shots to Viator/Trip Advisor. Still waiting on resolution.

I’m sorry that you had been given the wrong information when you called TripAdvisor and someone there told you that we pick up 5 hours away but we can’t drive 5 hours to pick up guests for a 12 hour tour.TripAdvisor should have never told you that and we have our hotel locations in Cody Wyoming listed on our product page.TripAdvisor employees told you that we could pick you up at a location that’s 5 hours away from us in Cody Wyoming and told you that we could pick you up at 7am.TripAdvisor should have read our product and should have told you the correct information.I have no control over the mistakes of a 3rd party booking system and not the actual tour company.On all of our pages we state that we pick up in Cody Wyoming,wapiti Wyoming or meet at the fishing bridge.All hotels are on the list of pick up locations if you put something that is not on the list and someone from TripAdvisor not us told you that we could pick you up there then I guess somebody from TripAdvisor should have come and picked you up.Unfortunately this was not done by our company it was done through a third party marketplace and you should have settled this with them.We are a very small husband and wife owned tour company and bend over backwards for our guests but unfortunately this review projects badly on us when Cody Wyoming Adventures as a company had no control over this because it was not done through us and nobody from TripAdvisor called us nor did the customers or we could have fixed this.

Seth was an amazing tour guide! His wealth of knowledge of Yellowstone and the surrounding area was so extensive! He was very accommodating and made the tour personalized to our family!

The tour was perfect. Jay was a great host and driver. He was very attentive to his passenger's needs, made sure we were comfortable in the bus and had seen all we wanted to see. He was a great conversationalist and guide. We saw lots of bison, a fox sitting at the edge of the forest, a marmoset chittered at me from a rock wall, and a herd of rocky mountain goats. Jay stopped at all the recent sightings of bears but they were shy and didn't show their faces. But the next day we retraced our steps and saw a young bear at one of the places Jay stopped. Maybe Jam, Strawberry's son? It rained but being from New Mexico, it was a blessing. The lunch was very good. The strawberries were delicious. All in all my husband and I had a great time. My husband was thrilled to see everything without being behind the wheel!

Old faithful, geysers
Guide was a nice person but did not have knowledge necessary for this tour. We wanted information, history, etc a bout the park. We got superficial information sometimes read from notes that we could have gotten from the park brochure. This guide will be great witt try h more training.

Thank you so much for your patience.This year was extremely difficult with the nation wide staffing shortages.It was horrible to try to accommodate the mass numbers of guests that we had with being short staffed.Most guests book their tours over the winter and we did not know that we were going to be short staffed.Typically we’d have about 35 employees and this year we only had 12.We had limited the number of tours for the 2022 season to get back to the highest level of service available.

We had never been to Yellowstone. Viator made sure we had an awesome experience. Our tour guide was Dave and he was so knowledgeable and attended to us with such great service. Our eyes saw what we can't express into words. We did get to see grizzlies, Buffalo, elk, deer, and even an eagle. Watched the Old Faithful do it thing and we couldn't have ask for a better tour.

The tour is the lower loop of Yellowstone. We stopped at about 6 to 7 sites, geothermal areas. We saw some wildlife but the tour does not stop for photos of them. One negative, the tour guide was very knowledgeable but complained about tourists stopping on the roads to photograph wildlife, complained about tourists driving and parking.

It was all 1st class fantastic! Nicky was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I came up with. She and our driver Kim were the very best guides that we have every had. They were very professional, friendly, patient and courteous. We got to se all the sights and even more. The tour van looked brand new and was very comfortable. They picked us up on time, we had a very nice picnic lunch and snacks. Their timing to see Old Faithful was perfect. We both think that the price was well worth it. I would highly suggest this tour trip to everyone, and ask them to request Kim And Nicky as their guides.
