Was very interesting and informative. Our tour guide did a good job at explaining some of the stories here in the Dells. From Winnie and Molly to even some souls that drowned in the River. We had a bit of different people from the Midwest on our trolley. One mother and daughter actually saw a shadow figure. My husband and I were walking around the cemetery and I have a sixth sense and I didn’t feel comfortable going down to the shack, which I guess that’s where the shadow people like to hang out most of the time. I saw the daughter run though and was like “She sees something.” Sure enough they get back on and the tour guide told them “not a lot of people go down there.” They ended up getting a photo of the figure. Clear as day, standing up right and they said “My daughter would move, the thing would move. Then we moved!” Yeah crazy stuff. We did experience something a little weird too, not like the mother daughter duo but something that was interesting. They have flags out there for the veterans, and there was some gusts of wind, but not a bunch as we were in some hills and trees but one flag would go completely straight while another would be perfectly still and yes they were only a few feet apart. Just crazy to think about. Other than that was really good and had no issues. It did run a little longer than expected but I’m not going to complain.

The description said 1 1/2 hours and it was a little over 2 hours. Our driver (Brian) was very knowledgeable and interacted alot with all the guests. We had dad, mom and two sons 11 and 14 and we all enjoyed it.

This was the worst haunted tour I have ever been on. The guide said he's been doing this for 5 years and done over 600 tours. I have no idea why the company has kept him. We sat in 2 parking lots for over 1 1/2 hrs. We only stopped in the cemetery for 10 minutes. If my husband wasn't on the bus the guide would have left us at the cemetery. Don't you take a count of how many people you have on a tour? The guide babbled, repeated himself constantly, tried to tell stories but couldn't keep a single thought in his mind. It was the longest 2 hrs that I have experienced. Back in 2020, when we took this tour it was really good, fun and informative. Now, I would tell you not to take this tour until they get rid of this guide. Don't waste your money like we did.

Quite informative, weather or not you believe in ghosts.
The driver/speaker was very well informed and knew a lot of history.
I’d like to talk to him to maybe add a couple of things that may spark some additional interest.

The tour guide really should stick to more of a consistent script. He babbled, began telling a story and then would start going off on something totally different. He made little sense most of the time and repeated himself over and over about his opinion of ghosts. We spend almost the entire tour sitting in two parking lots listening to him go on and on. The cemetery was cool but getting there a little before it turned dark would have been much better so we could see things as the sun went down. I was not alone on my feelings. Another group on the tour was also very frustrated with this experience. I would not recommend this tour to anyone.

Brian is a great tour guide & very knowledgeable! We came back a second time for this tour because we loved it the first time!

Instead of telling fun and interesting stories of supernatural experiences connected to the history of the Dells, the presenter seemed focused on trying to convince his audience of the validity of his stories.
Just tell good stories and let them speak for themselves.

Slow moving. No action. Boring. Talked too much without showing us anything. Day too long in parking lots.

The guy was all over the place. Hard to follow. Not at all what was advertised. I have been on Haunted history tours of other tours before that were a lot of fun. This a complete waste of time and money.

First we want a refund. Tour was not even about ghosts. All he did was talk nonstop about stories we could not understand. Spent 30 minutes of the tour in parking lots. At the only ghost site he didn’t even get out to show us around. Please remove from your visitor website.

Our experience was super fun! I am a big paranormal fan and my husband and toddler came along. I was so grateful we were allowed to bring our kiddo!
The host was super knowledgeable and fun to listen to! Very fun ride on the trolley and very cool way to spend an evening after dinner!
10/10 would recommend!

Canceled on us. Didn't get to go and have not gotten refund yet. Evidently not enough people signed up to do it.

I am a big huge believer of ghosts. this tour help me recognize it better. We even got pointers on how to make My husband's grandmother go back because she's been attached to him for years now and been haunting our house

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and knew a lot of history. Cemetary was a favorite stop. Would love to have an additional stop on the tour where guests can get out of the trolley.

The seats are a little small. The tour was interesting but my family thought we should have stopped at the Brat House like the tour stated it did.
Michaela_C, Oct 2025
Not many stops, some cool stories but some unnecessary ones as well. Did include stuff about ghost hunting but we just wanted more haunted stories about Wisconsin Dells
Amanda_W, Oct 2025
Ghost tour driver rambles like you have never experienced a human do before. He does not breathe and there are few transitions between stories so you get lost and confused. There are few stops. His heart is in the right place though. We laughed about it. What an experience that was!

Learning about the haunted history of the dells was very fun and interesting. Our guide pointed out and talked about what buildings are haunted and the stories of why they are haunted.
Barbara_L, Sep 2025
Was looking for more information on the process of ghost hunting. Found myself rather bored after ten minutes.

What a wonderful way to spend an evening together. Terrific weather. Great host and driver. One of the best things the Dells has to offer.
Mary_O, Sep 2025
The driver seemed to know some history, but went on and on and embellished to the point of sounding ridiculous. It was about 9:00 pm when we got to the cemetery. No warning to those of us on the bus to watch for gravestones. It was dark. I used my flashlight but most people were just wandering around in the dark.
STACEY_R, Aug 2025
Accidentally booked the wrong day, they would not let me reschedule even though there was no one else supposed to be on the tour.
Cheryl_O, Aug 2025
It's really not for young children. We really enjoyed it. The stories pulled us in from the beginning. History of the area really enhances the stories.
Jeanne_M, Aug 2025
It is very informative, interesting and fun. we learned a different information about different buildings in the Dells. we were able to get out at the cemetery and look around and take pictures
Sarah_B, Aug 2025
It was fantastic and our tour guide was the bees knees!!! Super sweet and clear speaking!! I go to the Dells once a year for the last 4 years this year is special as me and my fiancée are getting married Saturday, this just set it up to add this to the to do list each visit!!! I alway missed getting to go to this tour and I’m so grateful I was able to and I will Do it every year following!

I have been on many different ghost tours all over the states and this was by far the most disappointing.
First stop was in the parking lot where we were picked up, storytelling was adequate at best but often interrupts with other tidbits made it hard to follow.
Drives to the next area, throwing out bits of info, but weak. Should higher a driver to focus on clients
Next stop, another parking lot. Ok storyline, but by this point, lost interest.
Final destination was a cemetery, we got out walked around a bit.
Guide had a passionate interest, but if just fell flat. Needs to keep developing storytelling, pull in the focus of those main stories without adding info regarding others. Too distracting.
Wish I could recommend, but I can’t.

Lots of activity. Loved the cemetery walk thru. Wife and kids enjoyed it alot. Brian the tour guide was awesome
Sandy_K, Jul 2024
Enjoyed the trip through town, looking at the buildings and hearing stories of supposedly haunted buildings.
We didn't like the stall in leaving the parking lot at Bobbers, driver told a very long story that a friend of his had told him, about an incident that took place in that building years ago. Seemed like we sat there 20 minutes or more. Then another stop at a building downtown (Molly's something or other) and we sat there quite a while listening to driver telling another story about haunted upstairs there. Finally reached a cemetery, where we listened to more stories of supposed hauntings and had opportunity to get off trolly and walk around a bit before heading back to Bobbers. The experience wasn't near as interesting and fun as we were expecting. Certainly would not do it again, or recommend it to others.
