A great evening of. music. Selection of music, opera and dance with wonderful composers. Our seats were not the most expensive. After we changed our voucher to a ticket we went to sit down and ended up almost on the back row. However, we could still see. all the performers. We really enjoyed it.

For starters, there were no directions ever forwarded for the venue where the concert was to take place. When we called, we were given directions, but only after multiple attempts to reach someone.
If you’re looking for a “taste of Vienna“, a cultural sampling without any authentic resonance, you should put this on your list. Hoky comedic interludes were interspersed between snippets of music played by an ensemble, a tiny bit of ballet performed for a few minutes, and a truly wonderful pairing of voices singing some opera. If you really want to see opera, go to the opera house. If you seriously want to see ballet, go to the ballet. If you truly want to hear music, seek out a full piece orchestra.

It was a wonderful concert, celebrating the Straus family and the Vienna's musical tradition. We arrived early and had magnificent seats. Proximity to the orchestra added so much to our experience.

Not the venue showed in the website, not as luxurious, it felt like a scam. Very complicated to redeem the tickets.
Didn’t had an specific seat, you have to get very early, otherwise you end up at the back of the venue.

The website nor tickets gave the location of the concert and phone help wasnt answered. We walked an extra mile in good clothes to concert hall, had to eat in a bar, and only fou d out the location feom a salesman on the street. Viator was the worst experience!!!

The concert was in Zeremoniensaal, a beautiful room. Most music was by Strauss, with a few pieces by Mozart, Lehar, and others. Two singers and two dancers performed with some of the music. The concert ended with "The Blue Danube" and the "Radetzky March," as did every concert we attended in Vienna! This was an excellent concert.

We showed up for a tour 17 taxi plus the lost fees for the tour and were sent away because we did not have our passports in our possession. On the 3rd page, in the middle of the third paragraph, without emphasis/bold type, instructions to bring your passport was listed. We lost the money for the tour, were away from the hotel early AM and not too appreciative of you or your vendor for slipping in this tidbit like lawyers with the fine print. I doubt we will utilize your services again as you are a go between and a careless one at that. For your info, we have already begun planning our trip to Scotland and have not looked your way for assistance.

It was not what I expected. I paid extra money for seats towards the front. We arrived 30 minutes early as stated, however the seats in the front were occupied. The seats were general admission and up front upgrades was false advertisment. The venue didn't showcase the dancing. We couldn't see any of the dancing other than their upper bodies. The music selection was a disappointment. Gunshots, anvils, and whistles are not what I want to hear when I attend an orchestra concert in Vienna. This concert is not the one to attend if you are looking for an elaborate musical composition from the orchestra.

This concert was magnificent! The musicians were of the highest caliber, and it was evident that they really enjoyed performing together. The program featured not only beautiful orchestral music by Mozart and Strauss, but also included performances by two wonderful opera singers and two excellent dancers. There were even some light-hearted moments woven into the concert as well, which made the evening truly delightful. Initially I had been disappointed to learn that the performance that evening was to be held at the smaller venue of the Vienna Konzerthaus rather than at the Imperial Palace, but as it turned out, the more intimate setting proved to be even better! I had purchased the higher priced tickets, and we arrived before the doors opened. Since the ticket voucher did not contain seat numbers, we were shown in and asked if we wanted to sit in the very front row! What a thrill that was! No one should miss attending a classical concert while visiting Vienna, and this is truly one of the best!

An excellent evening's entertainment - a well-balanced programme nicely executed by the professional orchestra and vocalists. Viator process for ticket purchase was straightforward - I opted for the self- print voucher to be exchanged for tickets on the night. Good level of organisation at the venue - ushers polite and helpful. Overall, what's not to like?
