The concert was amazing...

The concert was amazing And the musicians were very skilled, entertaining and engaging. It was a bonus that we had two singers join the performance as well. You could tell the musicians enjoyed performing together. The room was beautiful and it really took you back into time as if you were listening to the music when it was first played. The only negative I have for this activity is the room was small and very hot with chairs very close together.

We were dropped off at the wrong palace by our taxi and searched for a concert and when we found a concert venue the extremely friendly and helpful staff told us that the concert venue named on our tickets was deceiving and confusing and they were sorry but we had paid for VIP tickets at a different venue. Their concert was completely sold out so although they would have provided us seats, they could not. This was a very frustrating experience. We feel both Viatour and the ticket seller should be more clear about location and at least indicate that venues have matching names not representative of actual location.

I just got back from their awesome concert, and wow, it was such a great time! The musicians were super talented and really seemed to be having fun up there. One highlight was definitely the opera singers!! Holy cow—it gave me chills (and a few laughs)! The first chair violinist was energetic and really brought the whole vibe together. If you love music, you should definitely check them out at their next show!

Fantastic! The musicians were excellent, and they really seemed to enjoy their work. The performances were enhanced with two solists doing operatic numbers that were superb. They added a playful mood to the concert. The chosen music pieces really demonstrated the musicians command of their instruments. We could have listened for much longer, as it was so enjoyable.

Location misleading and concert not where advertised. £100 wasted. Spoke to a your guide and he told me this happens every week. Viator, you should be ashamed. Will only use get your guide from now on.

Second time to this show. Last time it was much better in terms of the service people. And booked as ViP guests we were handed over free CDs. This time , we were 2 mins late and even had no the printed program. The performance itself is good.

Great concert, weird coat check policy

Very good concert, excellent musicians and singers. Enjoyed it very much. The venue has a strange coat check policy that we thought was poorly enforced. We arrived early and they insisted we had to check our coats for 1 Euro. I went ahead and checked my raincoat. My friend refused because she said she was cold and didn't want to be cold through the performance, so they finally gave up arguing with her and let her keep it on. Next thing we know a whole group of people came in with a tour group and many of them had their coats on! Weird double standard, but I decided not to argue the point for 1 Euro. Other than that, concert was very good.

It is highly recommended to clearly write the location of the event with a complete address. The details in Carthage were not clear enough and this caused us to get confused and to arrive at the Shanbrom Palace, which caused us to lose a few minutes of the event

Seating assignment policy?

I think Viator is not given priority to get good seats. There is no wavy to select your seat when you purchase your ticket. So you may get an end row seat in a class A seating area that is worse than a central seat in class B seating area. Several people got repositioned after asking about seating assignment policy. They showed the list and none of the central seating veas from Viator… For the rest, the concert is excellent and that is I only took one star away because of my comments

The Concert was very enjoyable. Very high quality performance and nice interaction with audience. To improve the performances, it would be nice if all performers were on the stage (we couldn't really see the bass or piano). You may also want to change the art work or acoustical panels places on the wall as they are a big visual distraction.

Unfortunately, it's a big disappointment. In my view, the event is a classic tourist trap and pure money making. The concert lasted only about an hour including a break, which is absolutely inappropriate for the price. The pieces of music were also played remarkably quickly, so there was hardly any musical enjoyment or atmosphere. Particularly annoying: Tickets are also sold to parents with very young children. This is understandable in principle, but totally inappropriate for a classical concert. The children could not naturally remain calm, so one was accompanied by speaking parents and children throughout the concert. Concentrated listening was unthinkable. For 60 € I feel this event is a clear rip-off. I wouldn't recommend them.
