Nice tour but check for weather conditions and crowds

The castle is beautiful and the tour guide was very knowledgeable; however, I think he failed to “read” our family to make the conversation a little more engaging. It also didn’t help that it was raining and the castle was quite full.

Great guide, pickup not worth the money

The palace is wonderful. Amelia is a nice guide, has great stories on historical figures and palace and great stamina (wish the weather was better for the gardens). However, the pickup was disappointing to say the least: in the morning they send an old van and for the return a car stinking of tobacco smoke that made me sick. You’re better (and cheaper) taking cabs.

Excellent tour! Excellent tour guide!

Our tour with Samia was on the highlights of our trip to Vienna. She was very knowledgeable of the history of the Palace and it's place in Austrian culture. She was well spoken and polite but certainly made sure we had great spots to view the artifacts. Samia was a pleasure and we highly recommend her!
