Tour was hired with guide in Spanish and chauffeur and turned out only chauffeur and in English. The driver very friendly and respectful in driving, but not guiding. He was just pointing us out where to go to visit sites. We e-mailed the complaint to Viator and apparently they blamed the poor driver. It's not fair. What failedb was the organization of Víator. If we knew it wasn't in Spanish, we wouldn't have hired him.
