Absolutely book this if you are coming to Japan! It was so much fun. We laughed and made the best memories which they made sure to capture in video and photos for us. My kids are still talking about this experience and practicing their Samurai moves. The staff here is phenomenal they did such a great job teaching and making sure everyone got their chance to shine even my 1 year old! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Do not hesitate, book this experience!
It was informative & exciting. We got to hold katanas & throw ninja stars.

Had a wonderful time learning how to handle a katana. Got to dress up, many, many photos and videos and so much laughter!

This was the best tour we’ve had in Japan so far!!!! The experience was so fun and interactive and the samurai masters were perfect in teaching and providing guidance. They also documented the entire experience for us using our cameras so we could be present. 100% do not miss this experience!!!

Incredibly fun intro to Samurai sword culture. Small group, you are dressed in traditional outfit and then get to hands on learn the basic defence and attack moves. Finally you get to fight one Samurai in a movie type setting.

This was an amazing experience! The instructors were incredibly friendly and helpful. They taught us the different stances for swinging a katana. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Tokyo!

This was one of the coolest experiences we have ever done, the instructors (samurai’s) were so friendly and knowledgeable and hilarious. It made the class so much fun it’s a must do!
The actors were well spoken and good teachers. The experience was very fun, even if it took you out of your comfort zone. We were very late and they were so accommodating. It was a great bonding experience.

We had a very nice time learning samurai sword fighting. The staff were very knowledgeable, explained very well and ensured we all had fun learning. Our teens really enjoyed this experience.

Easy to get to by train. Good fun, thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Easy for any age group or abilities to attend.

Difficult to find but well worth it
The directions in the Viator app takes you to a street / lane behind it - keep going, turn right and right again.

Had a fantastic time getting dressed in samurai garb, learning how to use a samurai sword, and ‘defeating’ an enemy samurai.
The 4 employees who led the session were amazing and made it all the more fun while making sure we had plenty of photos and videos to remember the experience.
