We provide departing from Tokyo urban area .(Attention: we can only pick up customers live in urban areas.) And drop-off at the starting point after one day tour. We will contact you to confirm the tour details in advance. (For example: the number of passengers and the quantity of your luggage. The luggage defaults to 24 inches.) One day before the trip, you will receive the phone number of your driver for your convenience. Your driver will be waiting for you at a scheduled time and you will travel comfortably to your destination. We provide customer service, please feel free to contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone. The vehicles' pictures are for reference only, please refer to the actual situation for details.

Buyer Beware of using this company. Here is our experience. Our driver arrived late. We tried to contact her but she was not able to communicate in English. We asked our hotel's guest services to contact her to try to locate her. The driver had a hard time communicating with the guest services agent in Japanese. When she arrived we realized that she speaks Mandarin Chinese. When she started driving, we noticed that she is very unsteady driving and she is not able to hold the vehicle in lane. Quite obviously, her driving was unsafe. Thismade us quite nervous. Several times I had to tell her to slow down since she was dangerously tailgating the vehicles in the front. About 10 minutes after the start of the drive, she called her boss (or someone on the phone) and described in Mandarin that she is lost and does not know where she is. (Attached, see the screenshot of her conversation with her boss). We were picked up after 9am and she was lost at 9:17am (see attachment). After her call, she drove on the wrong side of the road. Which made us quite scared. This all happened in the first 30 minutes of the ride. That's when we asked her to pull over and we left the vehicle and grabbed a taxi to complete our journey, We expect the drivers you provide to be able to drive in a safe manner and follow traffic laws and in particular, don't drive on the wrong side of the road. We expect to receive a full refund.

1 Our website clearly states that you cannot specify the language or nationality of the driver. 2 You are booking a one-day car service in the city. In the morning, you change your itinerary to go to Kamakura, and the driver is already on the highway. You change your itinerary to go to Kamakura, and then you ask the driver to take you to Tokyo, and the car is already on the highway. You don't want to pay the highway toll. You're always changing your mind. How can the driver drive?What reason do you have to ask for a refund?
