Absolutely wonderful experience! Paiva was fun, friendly and accommodating. We never would have seen and done as much without her as a guide. Definitely recommend!

Worked really hard to tailor the tour to keep my kids engaged and meet their food needs.
My only regret is we started right across from the Palace Gardens but the guide didn’t ask us if we’d like to tour them and I didn’t know it was an option. I later learned that and would have liked to see them and think my kids would have enjoyed that as well. So it would have been a good discussion and question to ask us since we were right there.

In spite of rainy weather we had a fantastic tour with Paiva. We did the additional boat ride and tea service which were great. We learned how to navigate the subway and got a complete overview of the city in 6 hours.

Laura was an incredible guide! It was my husband and I’s first day in Japan and I can’t think of a better way to have kicked off our trip! We were shown some amazing places to grab a bite/drink. This was a wonderful customized tour. Thank you for introducing us to Japan!

This was our first visit to Tokyo and this private tour really gave us confidence to allow us to use the transportation system. Our guide, Miko, was with us every step of the way while we experienced the fish market, a tea house, temples and shrines, and even local foods, snacks and cool spots to escape the heat. Miko was personable and considered our well being at all times. We have travelled quite a bit and she was by far the best guide and companion we have ever had.
