We pick up travelers from any hotel or Airbnb location in the Tokyo area. We even provide wake-up calls Ohayo~if you'd like! If you're unable to select your pick-up address, just book the tour, and then we'll contact you to confirm your location. Our usual pick-up time is 8:30 AM , However, we also offer an early morning departure at 7 AM as an option for people who want to see the best view of Mt. Fuji without heavy traffic like a japanese morning train. We love having kids join us on this tour! Just a friendly reminder: children aged 6 and below are required by JPN law to be in a child seat. Please do let us know in advance so we can ensure everything's set for a safe and enjoyable journey for your little ones! If you need, we can also bring My Neighbor Totoro plushies along with us ^_^

It was the best experience and I highly recommend tokyohandsomecaravan Fuji tour to everyone. I was worried about making a reservation since there were no reviews, but John and Naoki’s tour was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip to Japan. They were genuinely committed to making our first experience of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding tourist spots memorable. As a result, we went to the 5th Station of Mt. Fuji, and they took us to local spots that only locals know about, allowing us to see scenery far beyond our expectations. In addition to taking us to the planned tour sites, they also asked about our interests and took us to places that matched those interests. Especially, the Funatsu Lava Tree Molds Cave was an amazing experience. John and Naoki were very friendly and energetic, making us feel like we were with old friends. We made friends in Japan! Nagata-chi and John are phenomenal tour guides for exploring the majestic Mt. Fuji and its surroundings. Despite a setback with Naoki falling ill, Nagata-chi stepped in seamlessly, ensuring our day was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we set off in the clean and comfortable van with expansive windows to soak in the stunning views, we knew we were in for a treat. John's engaging personality kept us entertained throughout the journey. Our adventure began with a visit to the 5th station of Mt. Fuji, where John captured breathtaking family photos against the awe-inspiring backdrop. Moving down to the 4th station, we enjoyed a delightful hike with insightful commentary on Japan's ancient culture and rituals. A highlight of the day was exploring a lava tunnel, complete with hard hats and gloves. John's captivating storytelling enhanced the experience, giving us a deeper understanding of the cave's formation. Next, a picturesque temple with a grand tree-lined entrance. During our visit, a Golden Week festival was in full swing, which was a delightful surprise. John and Nagata-chi allowed us to immerse ourselves fully in the festivities—interacting with locals, experiencing traditional archery, dances, drum performances, mochi making, and indulging in authentic Japanese delicacies. Venturing into a local town, we immersed ourselves in Japanese culture, admiring architecture, serene gardens, and vibrant Koi ponds. Climbing 400 steps to a stunning pagoda rewarded us with a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji and cherry blossoms, resulting in one of our favorite photos of the day. Our final stop at a serene lake, with mountains silhouetted against the setting sun, provided a tranquil conclusion to an unforgettable day. John and Nagata-chi's personalized approach made us feel like cherished guests, rather than tourists. Their warmth, humor, and extensive knowledge enriched every moment of the tour. It was like exploring with local friends who shared invaluable insights into Japan's rich heritage. Moreover, their exceptional service shone through when we accidentally left an item in their van. The next day, they went out of their way to return it to our hotel, demonstrating their commitment to customer care and going above and beyond.
