Driver canceled the night before. No response on refund. Called at 10pm night before and then reported that I did not respond when I was very clear at booking the itinerary that we were seeking.

We left at 6:00am as recommended by our driver/guide which was a very good thing as the crowds get really big- especially getting on cable car. Our guide, Ali, is a very good, safe driver and made sure we got to see every we wanted to see, including the Open Air Museum in Hakone.

I traveled with two children and appreciated having a private car and being able to customize our schedule. We visited 4 spots with minimum hassle. Our driver Zulkar is prompt, communicative, and helpful. He introduced the tour spots and recommended food and activities. My daughter felt nauseous during the ride and he noticed it on the spot, stopped the car and was very kind to her.

Amazing and Memorable Mt. Fuji

Our Mt. Fuji trip is a memorable and enjoyable one. We are blessed with very good weather that we were able to se see Mt. Fuji at different angles. We had an amazing time with the boat ride in Lake Mawaguchiko and the stroll around the beautiful flowers in Oishi Park with Mt. Fuji at the backdrop. We are very thankful to our guide, Rana, who is very kind, prompt and accommodating.
